Cristina was fabulous with communication and a very helpful host. The location was awesome. Access to rooftop garden was a great bonus.
Unfortunately there was a musty smell in the apartment and black mould in the bathroom. The single beds were very uncomfortable as springs could be felt through the top of the mattress.

The landlord is very great. My friend brp had some papers stolen and the landlord printed them for us. And they will contact us in advance to check in.Besides,The house is very big and comfortable.Landlord also give us some bread and snacks for breakfast!
It is really good!

My best stay in Rome. First, very spacious and with powerful AC, made our stay super comfortable in the hottest days of summer for a family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Nice beds, good shower. We had a kitchen that we did not use much since we were close to so many good food places but it was nice to be able to fix snacks. Unbeatable location, I felt we could walk anywhere with ease. So close to Pantheon. Everyday I would walk to Cafe St. Eustachio for coffee and pastries. The apartment is located in the same building as a hotel, which has a nice terrace overlooking the city that you can visit during your stay. And lastly, we left something behind after checkout and one of the managers, Cristina, was kind enough to coordinate the item to be shipped back to USA .
Everything was perfect

Very big apartment. Great location
The shower has little mold in it and there is no dishwasher

The apartment is clean and location in the best area possible for all the attractions. Walking distance to almost everything you want to do and see in Rome!
To pick anything would be the size of the shower. It is small but doable. Definitely not worth concentrating on given the cleanliness and the location of the apartment.

Apartment was clean and the host was very attentive. Smooth check in process

Large and adorable apartment in the heart of Rome with a balcony! We had breakfast on the balcony daily and were walking distance to the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Stairs, and Colosseum. This was our favorite hotel out of 5 on our tour of France and Italy!

The apartment is within walking distance to attractions, local restaurants and cafes. Bus station and taxi station is steps away. Our host was always responsive and helpful.

Location was perfect for seeing the main sights in Rome. Close to a ton of great restaurants, public transit and taxis. There's a nice coffee shop right next door. Easy to find and easy to get access to the unit. Someone came by to ensure everything was acceptable in the unit and to make adjustments as necessary.
Hosts also helped to reserve a large taxi to the airport on request. They provided some snacks on arrival.
Beds were comfortable and clean. Entire unit was spacious for 5 people.

Location, spaciousness

The location of the property was super convenient.
The shower drain was clogged the entire time, despite a handyman attempting to fix it. The host controlled the thermostat, we had no control over the temperature. The heat was blasting uncontrollably. It took us 2 full days to get the host to turn it off. Needless to say, our family couldn’t get a good night’s rest. The trick to using the shower: turn off water every couple of minutes while you are showering, as the basin will overflow if shower runs for more than a few minutes.

The room was very clean. The roof terrace was the biggest plus!!

The apartment was very clean and spacious. There's an elevator and 3 steps. We got a very nice personal welcome and a clear information about what can be found near by and all other relevant information. we had some issues (wanted to turn on the heat and some issue with a crib for the baby and all were addressed to our satisfaction.
In the apartment there was a long hallway but it didn't matter much. There could be a little bit more light in the bathroom and in the kitchen. We were with a little baby and the electric plugs are very low so not so safe for curious babies

Beautiful airy rooms. Great location. Windows kept any noise from the street out. Lots of hot water. Very comfortable. Lovely roof terrace. Very helpful host. Would love to return. Great information in the guest book.
Loved everything. It would be useful to add the distance from the apartment to the recommended restaurants, in the same way that you have for the sights and attractions.

Great location. Good value for such a good location. Barbara very helpful at check in for nearby restaurant information, walking times to various historical sites, and showing us on map our apartment's relative position to everything of interest.
We had a fantastic time in Rome and this apartment was part of that experience. We could walk to Colliseum area or the Pantheon area in other direction just as easily. Many cafes close to hand for coffee and pastry and some Very good restaurants just around corner for larger meal.
Spacious apartment with very tall rooms. Balcony is small but access to rooftop terrace eliminates this as an issue of any kind. Roof top terrace has beautiful views of the Rome rooftops and is a perfect spot to enjoy that first cup of coffee in the morning or that final smoke and glass of wine at night. The bar is operated by adjacent hotel and is open limited hours. Drinks are what I call hotel prices. This is not a complaint just information. Many times I'd grab a coffee at the Cafe on street and enjoy the terrace even with bar service closed.
Not a complaint in any way, but if you're a kid from the country like me, be prepared for a city that never really stops or ever gets quiet.

When we arrived at the place, it was very clean & well-presented just like how they were portrayed online. The host also installed us new curtains and showed us around, very accommodating. There were complimentary snacks and drinks. Host assisted to arrange for our airport transfers, fuss-free. Was a good size apartment fit for a group of 4. Location was great to walk around the City, 400m to the Pantheon and there are nearby bus and taxi stops also. Area was not noisy during our time so we slept well at night.

Francesc, who let us in, is very nice and had some exceptional tipa for us.
We were a group of three: my mother, my girlfriend and I. My mother slept in the bedroom and we took the sofa bed.
- The terrace is property of another hotel in the building, actually.
We were not allowed to take food or beverage but we had to buy it from the bar (no problem with buying from the bar), but that is only open after 6PM!!
Completely useless! It’s like visiting any other terrace in the city. In my opinion, they are intentionally misleading people into thinking it’s their terrace. The photos should be taken down.
- We had to pay the city tax at the property, as in many other places, but I think it should be in the description.- They told us we will be provided some breakfast products. The huge suprise was that it consisted in one small capsule of jam per day per person :)) Really? 250Eur/night and you offer some 20 cent jam?! We did not ask for breakfast and it was not a selling point (like the terrace) but please do not offend your guests.
- The sofa bed / secondary bedroom was the worst sleeping experience I’ve had besides some nights in the tent. We are not demanding guests, we don’t seek luxury and almost always our reviews are positive ones but this was terrible. There is an old wooden door direcly to the hallway common with the other apartment, so every small noise will be heard. The sofa base is unstable and squeeky. If you are a couple, you cannot move without waking up the person next to you. Other activities are out of the question (wink). For cover we only had a sheet and a solky bed cover; no duvet.

The apartment is in an excellent location and is beautiful and spacious. As it shares its entrance with a very nice hotel the location feels very safe and secure. The apartment contains all facilities that you need to enjoy both Rome and any time you do get to spend in the apartment.
In the run up to our stay Cristina could not be more helpful in helping me prepare for our visit.

The apartment was really spacious, with fabulous high ceilings, and a gorgeous small balcony, and the most incredible location, a stones throw from the Pantheon, so very easy to find our way home. We travelled with 2 adult kids (19 and 22), and the sofa bed was so comfortable, we all had our separate rooms. Cristina was so nice on arrival, and there was a book with recommendations for places to eat, that were so much better than the ones we had researched. Best place we have ever stayed in Rome, and are recommending to all our friends.
Absolutely nothing - Amazing!
