beautiful hotel in paradise

Loved this place - the staff had a million smiles for us. Room was exceptionally quiet and comfortable and very clean. Bedding changed every day. The location was exceptional. I want to say a BIG thank you to Ani your hostess. What a wonderful woman - a real asset to the business

The only thing I could fault was my booking said it would include with breakfast BUT Rama Residence said it did not include breakfast as I had changed bookings?????

Loved our stay and will definitely be back

Th location is amazing, close to lots of restaurants and the beach. The rooms are fantastic and the beds are super comfy. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Another wonderful stay at Rama Resudence.

The location is great and facilities of the hotel are excellent. The room was very comfortable and well laid out. The staff were all wonderful and friendly. This was our second stay at Rama Residence and we would be more than happy to stay there again.

The only problem we encountered was during severe tropical rainstorms when water leaked into our room through the balcony doors and the main window. However, staff were quickly on hand with extra towels to help clean up.

Great location, great room and staff are extremely helpful.

Great breakfast menu. Pool is clean and plenty of seating. Our room was immaculate and extremely comfortable.

The cold drinks need to be colder. Many beers and soft drinks served warm.

The location was great. Surrounded by places to eat and drink. Plenty of Street markets as well.

Can’t wait to return.

Everything there is to like. The staff are especially friendly and efficient. I have stayed twice and both stays were super comfortable, very clean rooms and facilities. Location is excellent to beach, shopping, food, walking distance to everywhere. Roof top pool is amazing.

The Rama residence will be at the top of my list for booking next year with my family.

The location is almost perfect, the staff are very friendly, the food is good and good value, the room is a very good size and although overlooking the street, it was very quiet because of the glass partitions. The hotel facilities are good, I think the pool is too shallow and the areas around it lack shade.

Just the pool area, please see comments above. I also think the breakfast could have been slightly cheaper maybe around 10,000 each as paying guests, including coffee.

That we had to change rooms 3 times because they decided to paint our balcony & surrounds without any notice . The hotel was fully booked , so they had to move us around to fit us in. We were there only 5 days.

My recent stay at Rama Residence Padma exceeded all expectations, and I cannot express my gratitude enough, especially to the exceptional staff members, Tara and Gede. From the moment we arrived, their warm welcome and dedicated service made our experience truly remarkable. First and foremost, the accommodations at Rama Residence Padma were absolutely delightful. The room was spacious, elegantly furnished, and offered breathtaking views of the surrounding beauty. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the comfortable bed to the well-appointed amenities that provided a true sense of luxury and relaxation. What truly made our stay outstanding, however, was the impeccable service provided by Tara and Gede. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our entire visit. Their genuine smiles, professionalism, and willingness to assist with any request made us feel truly valued as guests. Tara, with her infectious enthusiasm and extensive knowledge of the local area, provided us with invaluable recommendations for exploring the best attractions and dining options nearby. She took the time to understand our preferences and tailored her suggestions accordingly, resulting in unforgettable experiences that we will cherish for a lifetime. Gede, with his impeccable attention to detail and promptness, took care of all our needs effortlessly. Improvement needed in some areas

The location of the hotel is good, its a two minute walk to Legian Beach. The team at reception were very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast and meals at the restaurant were great value for money. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment and enjoyed the size of the rooms and the furnishings were tasteful to create a relaxing environment. The beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable so we were able to have a good rest. We liked having an extra toilet available, attached to the living room. it was also convenient to have unlimited drinking water available in the room.

I think this property wants to present itself as high end, however it falls short on delivery. You notice small things where costs have been minimized, that impact the guest experience, for example, the rooms were large however there was only one downlight in each room, so it feels dark and insufficiently lit. There were a couple of lamps however there really should be more than one downlight in rooms that size, or a lot more lamps available as an alternative. Also at the price point I paid, I would expect there to be a box of tissues available and a coffee machine or better quality coffee available than Nescafe instant sachets. We enjoyed the size of the living area however the aircon outlet smelled mouldy and was dripping water. On checkout, I was asked to pay for a hand towel that went missing, I believe I picked one up and used it in the separate toilet and placed it down elsewhere in the living area or the main bathroom. I was asked to pat 45,000 rp to replace the towel. I paid the hotel 100,000rp and requested they keep the change. This is the first time in around 30 years of staying in hotels that I've been asked to pay for what I consider to be an insignificant item. I would understand if it was an item of a higher value, however the towels in the room didn't appear to be new, so I believe it would be more appropriate if the payment was not requested. It made me feel very uncomfortable as there is no way I removed a well used hand towel from the room. Our next hotel was Mamaka - and trust me, they know how to treat guests to make them feel welcomed, special and like nothing is too much trouble.

Great location great value for money.In the heart of Legian

The room was a one bedroom room which was great.Cooking facilities.Large refrigerator.Bedroom and lounge dining room seperate.Two tvs.We had breakfast on a few occasions at the restaurant which was cheap and delicious.
