Świetny pobyt, z przyjemnością ponownie zatrzymam się w tym miejscu

Świetna lokalizacja, czystość, dostęp do kilku łazienek na każdym piętrze plus łącznie chyba 3 kuchnie w obiekcie, możliwość pozostawienia bagażu, pomocny personel

Nie była to duża niedogodność w naszym wypadku ale pokój był na ostatnim piętrze bez windy

We will definitely stay again!

The room was better than we expected! The staff was very nice and helpful. Fantastic location.

This is a nice hotel. It is very near the main sights and the train station. The farmer's market is close by too (I recommend going there as prices are low). The hotel is very very very clean. Super clean. You can use the kitchen and there is free coffee and tea all day long. The staff is pleasant.

There is no breakfast offered and the price is a bit high.

Good ratio of price and quality. My room was next to the bathroom, which was very convenient. Clean room and bed. Pleasant staff. I came late at night and checked in. Check-out before 12 is a huge plus.

Great place for one night stay

The location is great and a kitchen is very handy. They provided an iron, which is very useful.

The room was good but it had some smell in it. It was not possible to ventialte it as a window is on the first floor and by opening it other guests can access it.

A wonderful historic house in the center of Krakow. The room was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were courteous. The kitchen had everything you needed.

I'll definitely recommend the hotel to others.

The hotel is placed in a quiet street at the distance of 7-minute walk from the central railway station and very close to the Old Town - perfect location. The staff is very polite and helpful. The room and common areas are clean.

Good central location, generally clan, good kitchen with facilities to prepare meals, quite environment. Possibility to live luggage for collection later free of charge. comfy bed, good usable furniture like cupboard and armchair.

no lifts, and facilities for heavy luggage in upper floors, rooms in the second and third floor via staircase.

As windows were open to the terrace which is used by some people for smoking, it is very hard to open the windows as there is a heavy smell

Be aware, garbage room!!!

Nothing at all.

In short. The room on the first floor has a window to the building courtyard 7x7 meters in size, where a few big trash containers were installed. It's easy to understand what you get at summer time with about 30 C'. It's unacceptable to rent such rooms. At the same time the receptionist didn't have any regrets and commented that "it's the room you are booked in". Really? Did you mention on booking.com something like "garbage room"? Nothing to add. Be aware.

Cleanliness and location.

The bed was squeaking and the mattress collapsed because the wooden planks underneath were not screwed into the bed. It was dangerous. Also it was too hot in my room compared to outside. Had trouble sleeping because of this. Seems like the ventilation is bad.

The Pillow was very big & the day time sunlight coming inside the room from Big Window. That means can't make room darker to sleep daytime

The staff was nice and helpful. The location is quite prime, not in the very center of everything, but still within walking distance. Plus was to have multiple shared bathrooms (4 in our floor).

A fan would have been nice as it was +33 degrees and the room was, to say the least, quite hot.
