Pleasant

Apartments is on the beach.

Apartments photos do not matches real situation. Was very bad smell, washing mashine broken, old furniture, handle to bathroom broken, 1 plate for 6 persons. Hard to write short, what we found. Look real photos.

Pros and cons

The apartment is big and spacious, beautiful view from the living room, the perfect locationwas. Right across the street from the apartment was the beach, huge play ground for kids, an exercise park, and swimming pool up the street. The area has all the stores and restaurants you need along with an am- pm store up the street as well.

The building was extremely old and smelly, trash at the entrance of the building, the front door to the apartment is very old and rusted, we struggled getting the key in and out the door, the apartment needs maintenance, one bathroom for an apartment that's meant to hold 8 to 10 people, missing suttles, kitchen cabinet doors falling off, toilet seat covering broke, no cable in the front room as stated that it was, bunk bed very old in one of the rooms, and shaky, not stable. The apartment has an unpleasant smell, and the internet connection was very poor.

Great space and location, just a little weird and in need of some repairs.

The location is great. Right on the beach, near parks and an AMPM as well as lots of cafes and some restaurants. The facilities in the apartment were great - everything you need. So much space, we were able to host get togethers for family easily. Strange to be the ones hosting when visiting for once!

It's a hard place to find without any visible signage to the hotel that you need to go to to check in. It's not a normal hotel but an hourly one, so I was advised to leave the children with my wife downstairs. The staff didn't always speak any English so communication was tough. They didn't even seem to know we had a booking until calling someone. Very strange experience. The apartment was nice enough but in need of some repairs. The shutters had some missing slats, which was particularly noticed with the windy weather. Very noisy. The duvets didn't have full covers, only sheets to put underneath them. This wasn't so pleasant, especially as the sheets inevetibly move through the night and you're left touching a duvet cover with no idea of how often it is cleaned. Clearly this apartment is a smoking one. There are ashtrays and there was a definite smell from the sofa. Not so pleasant.

Poor customer service, bad attitude to guests.

Great location in front of the Beach.

Staff doesn't speak English, only 1 person in 3 days was able to speak English. Small rooms. Only one bathroom for an apartment they state fits 12 people. Kitchen appliances are old, missing utensils - 5 forks for 10 people and 5 cups. Building from outside looks like it's going to collapse. It was stated there is a terrace, no terrace was there. To neighbor flats men are constantly coming to rent room for "2 hours". Beware, they will reserve full amount on your card before arrival and then will ask to pay again "to release it". So to be able to stay at this nonsense you actually need to bring double-the money, as deposit release will take some time.
