Very good

Everything! Byron the host is so amazing, the room was amazing! He helped me with severals things so sweet! Everytime im in Seoul im going back to this place, its such a amazing stay! Its almost my second home 😅

Dormitory in Seoul.

The host is interesting person, nice location.

Basically, it's not an hotel but a dormitory. No shampoo, toothbrush, soap provided. Didn't have extra pillow, fridge is very noisy. The most uncomfortable thing is a deposit. I was travelling without big amount of cash, had to go to an atm.

Location is top, friendly owner! Good value for the money. Late check-in was possible, laundry can be done.

Bed was a bit uncomfortable, but for the money ok. No body soap etc.

Will definitely stay here again.

The host is very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect to navigate the city. The room is comfortable. I encountered no problems whatsoever, so my stay here was much more pleasing than expected.

The place is very close to the station and the area is very convenient. The room is clean and comfortable. The fridge, desk and closet are also convenient. There are washing machines, kitchen and free kimchi and rice available which is very nice. The room is also peaceful and quiet.

Fantastic location, affordable place to stay with a super friendly host

Byron was such a friendly host. I honestly cannot recommend him more highly. I really rated how he made up kimchi and rice every day to eat for dinner, which honestly made this such a good place in terms of value for money as I could save on eating out if I wished.

I have no real criticisms of this place. I honestly had a great all round experience. But a word of warning perhaps to others that it might not appear like a hotel from the outside/ as you walk into the space - I wasn't sure if I was in the right place at first. If you're unsure, just contact Byron to make sure he comes to greet you as you arrive.

Great accommodation and Accommodating host

The host is very accommodating, you can communicate with him in English well. The room looks as it does in the pictures, it is small (manage your expectations) but already a good size for solo travelers. There is a common kitchen that's open for use. It is near the subway station and bus stops, also near convenience stores and food places! Just explore the area!!

Very good accomodation for a reasonable price

The bed was comfortable. Free laundry facilities. The accomodation is owned by a friendly family who is very helpful in case you need anything. I would stay here again.

No soap. No garbage bin in the room.
