We enjoyed our stay in a very comfortable and well-equipped apartment with an amazing view!

It was very clean and comfortable apartment. Kitchen was well-equipped, and bed was very comfortable. We also enjoyed having TV and watching Netflix. The view from the window was amazing!

Getting hot water (especially in the shower) was quite a challenge! We had to wait for 15-20 minutes for the water to get hot, and when it got hot, it was difficult to adjust the right temperature.

A wonderful stay for my family.

The apartment has everything a traveler needs - cooling and dining items, dish washer, fridge and even garbage bags. There is a grocery store only a few hundred meters away. Each day, there are new towels available to be picked up by each unit renter just a few meters outside each unit. Most importantly, the staff are super friendly and efficiently. They answered my questions almost instantaneously during my stay. Nothing to complain!!!

Arrived Wed, left Fri & both mornings had zero hot water-we wouldn't stay here again.

We had a rental car (Blue Car), so the location was good. The room had an entry area, which was really convenient for leaving shoes, coats, umbrellas, etc. and provided a double door effect for soundproofing - with regards to the hallway. The kitchenette was great - and advertised, the bed was comfortable. The room was big and the seating area was great to have.

Arrival Wed around 5:00 pm (check-out would be Fri). We were able to take hot showers that night; however, we woke up Thurs morning to zero hot water & that meant freezing cold water only, not even room temperature. I contacted the property and they arranged a repairman, BUT they did say "we had him out yesterday & we thought it was fixed". We prefer NOT to have strangers in our room without us being there, but we weren't about to stick around when there was much to see & do. When we returned to the room there was hot water, so we were able to shower then. Not ideal, but things happen. BUT when we woke up Fri morning ... there was, again, zero hot water. Considering it had been 'fixed' Wed (& who knows how many morning before), then Thurs and now needed to be 'fixed' again - - I felt like (my opinion totally) the property management company knew there was a real problem, but just kept limping it along until ... We felt bamboozled - especially for the cost - and when I contacted the company (who are very nice & responsive) for a partial refund, I was told we could have a late check-out of 12:00 instead. This was unacceptable, since we originally needed to be out by 10:00, we were up, packed & pretty much ready to go - except for showers. I repeated my request for a partial refund and got the runaround. I was later told it had to be elevated. Ridiculous. I let them know that all this would be reflected in my review... and that got me a quick response back. 75 euro refund was offered and I took it because it was better than nothing. They DID come through with that refund as promised - so I can say good about that. I wouldn't stay here again, since there are cheaper options out there, and I really do believe the hot water situation was an ongoing and known problem.

Boa, no geral.

Check in fácil, apartamento limpo e confortável.

Check out poderia ser um pouco mais tarde, pelo menos as 12:00 como é geralmente nos outros locais. Se você está de férias e quer dormir um pouco mais, não é possível. A água tem um mal cheiro.

La ducha no funcionaba y esto es realmente importante. Me quede una noche así que no valía la pena que me cambiara de apartamento cuando me di cuenta que no funcionaba. Tampoco el sistema para entrar, tuvimos muchos problemas con los códigos de entrada de las dos entradas y el sistema de la puerta de la habitación estaba sin batería por lo que tuve que llamar también .

Отличные апартаменты для начала путешествия по Исландии.

Отличные апартаменты в Рейкьявике за отличную цену. Современный просторный очень чистый номер, самостоятельное заселение, большое окно со шторой blackout, что очень актуально летом, очень удобная кровать и теплые одеяла. На машине 15 мин. от центра города. В номере есть все необходимое для проживания и самостоятельного приготовления пищи.

Все было отлично.

Betaalbaar appartement op een goede uitvalslocatie.

De bedden zijn groot en goed. De locatie is ideaal voor reizigers die zowel de regio als Reykjavik willen bezoeken. Er is een supermarkt om de hoek van het appartement. Voor de deur is er voldoende gratis parkeerruimte.

De gordijnen in appartement 208 sluiten onvoldoende aan waardoor er veel licht in de kamer komt. Naast en aan de voorzijde van het appartement ligt een betegeld terras, waar via de brandtrap en nooduitgang toegang tot kan worden verkregen. Dat betekent dus ook dat er overige gebruikers van de andere appartementen ineens aan de zijkant van je appartement kunnen "opduiken".

Great place to stay. Definitely I’ll reconsider if I ever come back.

Great area, close to a Bonus Supermarket and Cafe Bakery. Rented a car so it was easy to get around Reykjavik and plenty of parking. The building is modern and the room was spacious, clean and cosy.

When you turn the hot water there is a smell of sulfur. Not really an inconvenience but you need to get used to it.

Sehr gutes Appartment aber leider zu teuer für das was es ist.

Gute Betten, sauber, schöne Panoramaaussicht, kostenlose Parkplätze, es gab eine Waschmaschine, Spühlmaschine und einen Trockner.

Waschmittel war leer, es gab keine frischen Handtücher mehr, die Wände sind sehr hellhörig, sehr teuer

Me encantó este alojamiento. La cama es muy cómoda. La cocina está genial. Tiene un amplio ventanal y le entra mucha luz, bonitas vistas desde él. El apartamento era suficientemente amplio para dos personas. La ducha es muy grande. Calidad-precio estupendo. Está en una zona muy tranquila y tiene un aparcamiento gratuito. Justo enfrente hay un supermercado y cercanos con el coche hay varios. Tiene lavavajillas. Check-in y check-out autónomo.

The size, well heated (sometimes quite too much), free of charge parking, easy to follow check in and out instructions, well equipped kitchen. Supermarket across the street

Was not that clean. Hairs were to be seen on the floor and they were not hours. Thin walls, one could easily overhear the neighbours.

Nice rooms. Quite close to a bonus and to couple a restaurants. Our room included cutlery, bowls, plates, glasses, a pot, a pan, coffee, salt and sugar.

Not really recommended if you don't have a car, it's rather far away from the center of the city. We missed some appliances like a toaster, ie.

Over all it was a lovely experience, and I would definitely stay here again

Very handy location. Supermarket from 5 min walking distance, parking literally everywhere. The apartment was all equipped with beds sheets and towels, shampoo and conditioner, hairdryer and kitchen appliances.

The only bag thing was about a funny smell that came directly from the water. You could smell it every time the tap or shower was on. Not sure if that was what was living a bad smell in the apartment.

Brilliant experience!

The Icelandic Apartment customer team was brilliant to deal with. We had clear instructions how to enter the apartment. At the beginning we had a small hiccup with the first apartment but the team has resolved the issue within couple of minutes. We are very grateful for this. The apartment itself is a spacious studio, comfortable for a family of 4 as the sofa bed can be used for sleeping. The kitchen was fully equipped with shower, cutlery, pans..You have access to clean towels and linen.. There are shops within walking distance, the local bus is 2min from the Apartment. Raykevik is only 40min by bus or 17min by car. We had a great experience and enjoyed staying at the Icelandic Apartments.

Sehr gerne wieder, TOP-Unterkunft

+kostenlose Parkplätze an der Unterkunft +sehr geräumig und alles was man braucht da +alle wichtigen Infos auf einer Webseite zusammengetragen +Supermarkt fußläufig zu erreichen +sichere und ruhige Ecke

-Waschmittel war leer bei den Maschinen -Maschinen stehen im Flur in einer Etage und wenn man direkt daneben wohnt, kann man das schon hören

1-زيارتي للفندق في شهر نوفمبر وكان لا يوجد سخانه في شاور .. والمويا الحاره كان لها ريحه كريهه بسبب انها مياه بركانيه 2- الغرفه كانت في الدور الثاني جنب غساله الملابس وللاسف فيه ناس تستخدم الغساله في وقت متاخر وصوت النشاف كان مزعج

La vista panoramica al 6° piano. La pulizia iniziale. I letti erano molto comodi. La cucina era ben accessoriata.

Non era disponibile una scopa+paletta. Per 5 giorni non ho potuto spazzare la mia stanza. Non sapevo dove buttare la mia spazzatura.

bijzonder behulpzaam en vriendelijke team , echter alles per mail, je ziet niemand.Snelle reacties ! Mooi uitzicht, prettige verwarming.Ruim appartement.Bedden heel redelijk goed. Badkamer verder prima.

Kwam aan op een regenachtige avond om half 12, en kon eerst de ingang va het appartement niet vinden.Op de parkeerplaats komen diverse flatgebouwen uit, diveverse bedrijven ook. Het bord met de naam had wat groter en liefst verlicht gekund. Daarna kon ik de deur niet openen met de code.Het scherm bleef dongker, geen cijfers zichtbaar. Toevallig zat er iemand in de hal, die uitlegde, dat je eerst stevig op het scherm moet drukken, dan komen de cijfers naar boven en kun je intoetsen.Dit bleek vaker een probleem te geven,. Dit stond niet in de overigens uitstekkende en uitvoerige handleiding via de mail. Ik moest elke keer op een stoel klimmen, om het raampje in de woonkamer open te kunnen doen. Als het raam open is, hoor je het verkeer wel erg.Het appartementen gebouw ligt aan een kruising van enkele drukke, 4 baans wegen. Onvolledig bestek en bordjes e.d. Nauwelijks haakjes in de badkamer, wat kleine kapotte dingetjes. Water in de badkamer ruikt erg naar zwavel, in de keuken niet zo gelukkig.Maar dat hoort bij Reijkjavik. In de handleiding geen vermelding over apart weggooien van plastic e.d. ivm het milieu. Er staan beneden aparte containers voor, maar in de restafval container lag het vol plastic flessen en blikjes, jammer!

Perfect stay if you want to be outside of the city

It has all the amenities required for you to stay or cook something,grocery store is just 2 mins away which makes it a good location to live. Outside of the city, so you can travel to golden circle or any place quickly without any traffic.

Location if you want in the city, it's not for you. The details about accessing the apartment was not sent on time, but was acted upon fast after calling.

- big apartment, nice furniture - well equipped kitchen, there's even the dishwasher (and some tabs for you to use it) - comfortable bed (extra pillows available in the wardrobe) - nice building, big parking lot right in front of the main door - you can have breakfast at Pure Deli, a nice café next door (not included) - 15 minutes far from Reykjavík (by car)

- there are some stains on the sofa cushions - some switches are dirty/sticky - some hairs in the bathroom - no shower gel
