A Grand Hotel on the highway.

The hotel is on rhe highway which is very convenient. It has a grand building structure with very cordial staff right from the gate to the housekeeping. Breakfast was sumptuous and the staff were eager to help. It was really very well managed. The variety was splendid. Really relished everything including the impeccable service.

The cleanliness was missing in some areas. The side lamps looked dated and unclean. One of our rooms was not having the hair dryer. One towel had a spot.

Overall good but I would prefer a better location next time.

Room ambience and breakfast

It was noisy due to Valet car calling siren time and again throughout the night. Another problem was its lame location almost 25 Kms. away from city center through under construction highway and tonnes of traffic. Rest was good.

Definitely worth it

The hotel is pretty good, met my expectations. The staff were very courteous and mostly prompt with their services. The food is fantastic and we enjoyed a variety of snacks, finger foods and main courses. The property is very clean and well maintained and gives a warm and cosy feeling to the guests.

The location is the first thing we did not like. The hotel is pretty far away from the main city, and all the major attractions or well known places are at least 25 kms away from the hotel; this increased our travel time by a great amount. The room service can be better, there is generally a long wait time after you request something.

Below our expectations and room was ok, not to be rated as 5 star.

Breakfast was good.

View from the room was very bad, a dirty pond. Nobody bothered to offer even a welcome drink. I had to wait for around 1 hr and had to make multiple calls to check out as no staff was available to carry our luggage.

A 5 star stay !!

Service was Amazing. Everyone was incredibly helpful and polite. The breakfast was Amazing 😍 Instagram - @ash_in_paradise

I mean just because outside the hotel construction is going on for the metro project so you might face traffic. But the property itself and it's service is by far best I have experienced.

it was okay. but i would prefer radisson over ramada next time.

Mattress was of good quality. Spring 12 inches mattress

1. Only one electric socket was working in room. 2. I got the wrong food during dinner, accepted it as i was running out of time. 3. AC temp was set to 23-24 and was not adjustable.

nice hotel, very helpful staff - especially Raj Kumar, Saurabh, and Urmila.

Location is further away from airport and city centre than I expected. There is a flyover being built currently and traffic is particularly bad near the hotel. Hopefully will be better when flyover construction work is done.

I liked the way Ramada welcome guests. Staff are courteous and well groomed. Tidy and spacious rooms. The buffet is complete value for money.

It’s not a 4 star experience

The staff was not welcoming & didn’t even know how to take international card payments. Simply blamed it on the card rather than finding out which machine to use. In the morning when I had to clear up my food bill I used the same card on the right machine it worked.

comfortable but needs improvement

location is good in terms of being near the airport and away from the city hustle bustle

facilities are average. some facilities are still not operational (like sauna/steam) and staff needs more training. service is a bit slow. also room amenities are poor / average and not well stocked (face towels missing, hand towels missing)
