We had a check in at 4pm. No contact with the owner until 16.40 we had to stand on the street in front of the building.

Nothing, rude owner with whom it was impossible to communicate, waiting on the street despite the agreed check-in time

Dirt everywhere, the kitchen couldn't be entered, we couldn't take even one plate because it was closed all the time.

I chose this accommodation because the area was convenient to me. Despite some not very good reviews that I had read my stay at Bigus was very pleasant. Small, clean room equiped with little fridge, Kettler, and microwave. And the lady working there very nice and helpful.

It seems a bit neglected, etc.but the price was quite accurate and pretty low as for Berlin standards.

It was nice , the host was friendly and helpful with mentioning some hotspots and locations

I loved the location , it was within proximity to Atm , Italian restaurant , convenience stores, pizzeria shops

It was a bit difficult to bath as the hot water pressure wasn't stable , bathroom and toilet was not so clean

Provide microwave and fridge. The staff was very friendly and enjoyed the stay there

No lift so need to carry 2 huge luggage to rooftop..But it’s manageable

the building is old and you can hear the tram passing by even at night, the floor construction is so old that I have thought I will fall through.Charged 20 euros extra for being late at check in, even i have explained it was because of the traffic.

The best we’re comfortable, could open the window for air

We were in number 7, there was no hot water in the day, Toilet smelt strongly of urine (it physically made me gag so had to breath through my mouth when I was in there) Sick or some sort of mush on the floor, hasn’t been cleaned up Flys everywhere In the loo Electric hazard on the floor, I’m sure this wouldn’t actually be allowed Right by the tram so I guarantee you’ll be woken up every night I wouldn’t stay again, especially for the price

The booking system shows that this hotel has a parking space for the client. We came to check in, and it turned out that the parking is public,and we were asked to move our car to avoid blocking the way. The next day we complained that Booking shows free parking, and were told they do not discuss it, and the hotel manager never said they had private parking spaces. Free public space is available anywhere, and the hotel must not be able to include this option on the website. The manager threatened to call the police if we didn’t move the car. We paid in full for our stay, but the manager was rude and said we didn’t have to stay. Again, we were looking for a hotel with a parking space and paid the money, expecting to have one, and this hotel should change their description to avoid misleading potential customers.
