Het kon niet beter.

Het was in één woord geweldig. De eigenaar was zo vriendelijk. Hij bracht ons naar t centrum. Hij stond altijd met koffie en thee klaar Hij gaf de beste tips hoe we moesten rijden wat we zeker moesten zien. Ontzettend aardig. Heel uitgebreid ontbijt.

Outstanding. The house is clean, comfortable, very convenient. Nice place. The host and hostess so kind, friendly and polite. The tasty breakfast was simply delicious. I'm still thinking of it. If we come back some day to Kerry, we will consider this place for sure. Thanks for being so nice!

A fantastic climax to our 10 day tour of Cork & Kerry.

We loved absolutely everything about Ashville House. This B&B is set in a very peaceful area, yet very convenient for restaurants etc. in Tralee. The hosts, Tim & Rose, went out of they way to make our stay wonderful and relaxing. The room was spacious, spotless and really comfortable; and the breakfast experience was exceptional with a huge choice of freshly prepared food, plus an amazing selection of breads, cereals, fruit, cheeses etc. Everything in the house is absolutely top quality - from the plush lounge, to the breakfast room cutlery! A fantastic climax to our 10 day tour of Cork and Kerry. Thank you.

Excellent location and lovely hosts. Superb breakfast- best we have had in any b&b so far.

Very welcoming and excellent breakfast- a variety of fruit selection and options of breakfast- full Irish, salmon and scrambled eggs or Home made pancakes. Both Tim and Rose are kind and excellent hosts. They made tea for us at any time we wanted. We felt very welcomed. Thanks to the hosts. Tim gave us some useful tips about the local area. The house is just next to Tralee city centre and was a very convenient location to get to Dingle peninsula which is a must visit in Kerry.

One of the best B&Bs we have ever stayed at. We stayed there for three days and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Lovely hosts, great breakfast and very comfortable rooms. 100% recommendation!

Tim and Rose were the best hosts ever. The room was large and well appointed. The house in general, was spotless.

Lovely room within a walled yard. Nice garden. Has gorgous shared living room with fireplace and offered tea and snacks on our arrival. Morning breakfast was best of our whole 20 day trip. Full Irish breakfast in the outdoor covered gazebo with abuundance of fresh meats, cheese, and sweets. Also had pleasant conversations with Tom and his wife. It's a go-to stop.

Set in lovely neighbourhood surroundings. Beautiful well cared for gardens. Inside was spacious, immaculately clean, fresh and modern with a wonderful breakfast sunroom over looking manicured lawn.

An exceptional place to stay

The best breakfast choice we can recall even in expensive hotels! Continental and/or various choices for cooked breakfast. Great choice of fruit cereal and yoghurt. Bottled water also supplied. Breakfast provided in large conservatory with beautiful views of the garden.

It would have been nice to have tea making facilities in bedroom but hosts provided tea or coffee in the lounge with biscuits and cake. Large lounge for the use of guests.

Fantastic relaxed and comfortable

Booked only for one person by mistake but they sorted it straight away for me and my sister could not have been nicer x spotless beautiful and would recommend it the owners went out of there way to make us feel welcome xx and the breakfast omg delicious 😋

I really enjoyed my stay

The breakfast was amazing! And the seating area for the breakfast was absolutely beautiful. It was an added homely bonus to have the cute little dogs walking around, they were so friendly. The hosts were very friendly and always checking to ensure that we had what we needed.
