From a satisfied visitor

The location was central with all places of interest in the city of Rhodes only a short walk away. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and all facilities were in good working order. Antigona was exceptional and took a personal interest to ensure that our stay was perfect.

Danezis property owners need to take Anger Management classes

Nothing. As Danezis apartment landlords from the get go they exhibited a very rude, unreasonable and invasion of our privacy behaviour

We were shell-shocked to had encountered such aggressive behaviour from the landlords during our first morning of our stay. First of all: Danezis property contacted us via WhatsApp 7 days before our arrival, because they wanted us to prepaid them the full amount. Booking.com advised us to not prepay them as Danezis property states in their terms & conditions that No prepayment is required. Booking.com said that is invasion of our privacy that Danezis property kept sending us messages via WhatsApp instead of using Booking.com messenger. Moreover the property advertises that it is for Adults only, but they lied, as they had put tenants with a screaming toddler next door to our room. ▪︎ Also we did Not like that the male landlord bullied us and threatening us in our very first morning because he wanted to take away both of our passports and the full amount of the rent, during early hours of the morning. ▪︎ Which he banged on our door with his fists during our very morning while we were sleeping, instead of waiting to wake up. However we had informed his wife that as our flight was delayed we were travelling for many hours as a result we were knackered. His wife met us in our first night moaning that we arrived late and also she told us to not use much of the air conditioning. That it was the very first sentence she told us. The male landlord (Anastasis) did Not take into consideration that we had a jet lag, difference of time, and that we were knackered. He exhibited a very rude, unreasonable and bullying behaviour. Instead of the host waiting for us to wake up on our first morning to arrange details, he pounded on the door of our room with his fists, woke us up, shouted in our faces and demanded that we both give him our passports

Great location, friendly staff, great accommodations.

Great location, great customer service, comfortable apartment. Antigone made sure we had everything we needed.

Water pressure in the shower was very low. Even though I gave my credit card in advance, it wasn’t charged until I arrived at the apartment and it was declined due to suspected fraud because it didn’t recognize an international charge, so I had problems trying to get it approved. It would’ve been helpful if the card was charged a few days in advance.

We really enjoyed our stay there. The apartment is centrally located, everything can be found within a few minutes' walk. We liked that we had our own líving room too so it didn't feel like we were locked in a small room. Anitigoné is an extremely attentive host, available for any request. We strongly recommend the accommodation.

Although the apartment was clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location…

the entire place reeked of moth balls. We informed the owner, but the stench remained. An open closet door revealed luggage and miscellaneous items, perhaps left by other guests, which seemed to be the source of the irritating odor. A suggestion is to clean out and remove the moth balls or whatever creates such unpleasant air.

A wonderful place, I highly recommend it.

I highly recommend this place, it was perfect in every aspect and made our vacation truly wonderful. Apartment We stayed in the Gallini apartment (2 separate bedrooms, a living room with a kitchenette, a balcony with a view just like in the pictures; everything was as described on Booking). There was air conditioning and a TV in every room. The beds were comfortable (they had the most comfortable mattress we've ever slept on). The person in charge of the apartment was very friendly. Excellent communication, she made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was cleaned daily, and the trash was taken out. The bed linen and towels were changed every 3 days. Additionally, the building had an elevator, so we could comfortably go up to our floor with our luggage. Location This is probably the best location you can choose in Rhodes. The bus station is 1 minute away. This part of Rhodes is a trendy district outside the fortress, with many nice pubs, restaurants, and plenty of shops and boutiques. The apartment is about 1-2 minutes away from various restaurants with delicious food and the fortress walls, with a pleasant walking path surrounded by beautiful and picturesque plants. The beach was about an 8-10 minute walk away, and the old town was 8 minutes away. It's a very safe and pleasant area.

Amazing

I cannot find enough good words about this apartment and Antigona. I came with my family. Apartment is right in the centre of the town, but still quiet to sleep and get relaxed. Beds are nice, comfortable, apartment is beautiful, balcony is amazing as it gives you best possible view on the castle and night life. I had my beer on that balcony every evening 😁

Lovely flat, excellent location and great value

Host was so friendly and helpful. 2 bed apartment with separate living area/kitchen worked really well for 4 adults. Great location in centre so easy to walk to from airport bus, and old town etc. Excellent value for money!

Ideal for exploring the old city.

The apartment is ideal for a short break at the old city of Rhodos. It is at walking distance from the old city and cafes, restaurants and shops. The host is kind and helpful. Air conditioning at all rooms.

Not convenient for a long stay, since kitchen is too small and no common area. Not convenient to park a car.

Convenient location close to old town, close to Elli beach and close new town. Shops and lots of cafes in the vicinity. Spotless apartment!

The shower cubicle was a bit old and worn our and the shower head did not pour water straight. The cubicle was also quite small.

clean and too central

The house was clean, right in the heart of Rhodes.

There was a bit of noice so we couldn’t leave windows open at night. But with the soundproofing was really good. With close windows you couldn’t hear anything.

Excellent apartments with friendly hosts

The location was excellent short walk to the old town, harbour & Ellie beach, the bus stop is literally on the doorstep. You are surrounded by restaurants bars bakeries cafes but it's not noisy. Our apartment was fully equipped & spotlessly clean, the bed & pillows were so comfortable. The outstanding factor for us on our holidays were the hosts Anastasios & Maria so helpful & friendly couldn't do enough for us, they made our holiday so pleasant, they even cooked us delicious Greek lunch twice 😀 no hassle in leaving our luggage once checked out as we weren't flying until that evening, had a bottle of cold water in the fridge on arrival & once checked in handed us a bowl of grapes as arrived late at night.We definitely have made friends for life & recommend these apartments to everyone & we will be back again for sure. Very satisfied guests Denise & Denis Murray

Superb

Very comfortable apartment at a great location for visiting the castle, old town and port! Easy access to buses! Cleaning service available every day!

The nearest beach requires ~10 min walking.

Location excellent. Few minutes walk from the old city, beach, harbour, shops, restaurants and bars. Really in the heart of everything. They gave us management's number so we could call them when we arrived and check in only took minutes. They also accommodated early check in for us. The owner and manager were really lovely. The place was spotless and comfortable. Air con was very good too. We had to do some remote work and wifi was excellent. Both of us able to work and no problems with video calls. They also offer to clean the room and replace towels every few days which is pretty exceptional for self catering accommodation.

Kitchen area is small if you were going to be preparing and cooking food very often.

The appartement is very well situated in the nice old street in the center. Close to the beach. You don´t need a car in this place. You can visit all places by walking. Bus station with buses going outside of Rhodos (Lindos etc.) is just in the corner. If you have any problem M.Yiannis is always disposal to help you.

Convenient location, clean and spacious

The location is unbeatable—you are in the middle of everything.. bakeries, restaurants, nightlife but once you shut the door, it is calm and quiet. You can barely hear the street. We loved staying here wirh kids. The ease of popping in and out was great. We even parked our car on the street kn front of the apartment because we got lucky in finding parking. Yiannis was very welcoming and helped bring our luggage up. He gave us his number to contact him and we had no issues with him. The apartment was super clean. We were told to mi imize use of air conditioner and water boiler so we always shut it off when we were not there or didn’t need it. Trash was taken out the 3rd day and towels would have been changed too but we declined for a short vist of 4 days. We try to refuce our carbon footprint as much as possible so it was no trouble for us. The beds were very comfortable and the whole place and experience felt like a home away from home.

The bathroom is small but that is to be expected in Rhodes. We have stayed at other properties and bathrooms are just not a big deal here.

Best of the old, best of the new.

This is a really well appointed apartment, ideally located on the edge of the Old Town but next to all the useful facilities of the New Town. 50 m from the bus station, you can easily access all of the highlights of Rhodes island, returning to comfort and convenience at the end of the day. Much better value than other places we have stayed in Rhodes town.
