I’ve been on many staycations and I’ve never experienced a 5* like this!! management haven’t got back to me regarding a
Nothing was great about the property especially as it states 5*! unclean, needs a lot of TLC and outside a lot of noise at night due to pub close by and plenty of drunks.
the above and that the beds were uncomfortable, cobwebs on windows, headboard on bed not attached properly, no wardrobes, hot water in bathroom heats to 60oC and you can stop it from happening, hallway carpet filthy and much more! do not waste your money!! complained the first night and we didn’t stay for the rest of our trip. management seem to be ignoring the complaint and not reimbursing the second night that we didn’t stay. very unfair!

Would not stay here again.
Adam was very helpful.
Property hard to find. Not in the best area. Apartment was very tired. We were woke up at 6:20 in the morning with them changing the beer barrels with the next door’s pub. Not a very good nights sleep.Dead pigeon in netting at the rear of the property. And Unwashed bowls in the cupboards.
