Location
Very small space, uncomfortable beds, a lamp by the bed is broken, bedheading is broken, shower gets flooded. Very dusty.

The location is good for the amenities of the town. Clean and tidy and easy access. Only a 15-minute walk to the Racecourse.

Nothing was great about the property especially as it states 5*! unclean, needs a lot of TLC and outside a lot of noise at night due to pub close by and plenty of drunks.
the above and that the beds were uncomfortable, cobwebs on windows, headboard on bed not attached properly, no wardrobes, hot water in bathroom heats to 60oC and you can stop it from happening, hallway carpet filthy and much more! do not waste your money!! complained the first night and we didn’t stay for the rest of our trip. management seem to be ignoring the complaint and not reimbursing the second night that we didn’t stay. very unfair!

Adam was very helpful.
Property hard to find. Not in the best area. Apartment was very tired. We were woke up at 6:20 in the morning with them changing the beer barrels with the next door’s pub. Not a very good nights sleep.Dead pigeon in netting at the rear of the property. And Unwashed bowls in the cupboards.

Spotless, modern, spacious and comfortable apartment
I was apprehensive before hand about the code system for both doors but it all worked out with no problem

not good and not worth the money. The only positive was the managing company who were very helpful. Nice photos though...! it doesn't reflect the property!~
we thought that having spent closet £400 for a night the apartment would be nice. It was very disappointing. The living room was more of a kitchen with a sofa in it, rather than a living room with a kitchen in it! The apartment was very overpriced for what it was. The photos show a lovely breakfast/ cafetière of coffee etc but it was fitted out so basically that there wasn't even a corkscrew! no coffee machine, no cafetière. originally we booked a different apartment in the same building but it was changed without our knowledge - it looked nothing like the apartment we were given.

Central location. Easy walking distance to town center. Not too far from public carpark which was reasonably priced for overnight parking.
Too many stairs. Narrow staircase. Uncomfortable bed. Barstools in eating area not good for someone with hip problems. No toilet roll holder. No shelves in bathroom for toiletries. No drawers/wardrobe for clothes, had to use spare beds to put our clothes on. Strange system for hot water at the taps, kitchen hot tap was a bit hit and miss.

The property was dirty and I found a hypodermic needle in the double bedroom. This apartment is not fit for habitation.
The bed was uncomfortable, the owner stole my deposit and will not return it. These people are criminal taking peoples money and putting me in danger.

Very comfortable rooms. Staff very helpful.
Stairs, Only because of my age.
