Bella struttura in pietra leccese e in pieno centro storico - giusto alle spalle del Duomo - camere abbastanza grandi (disposte a vari livelli) con spazio all'aperto attrezzato da poltroncine molto comode. Ottima la presenza della macchina da caffe (con tante cialde a disposizione) del bollitore e del microonde

Camere poste ai piani alti raggiungibili grazie a delle scale non proprio comode - Purtroppo la mattina alle 7,00, 7,30 e 8,00 si è costretti ad ascoltare le campane del duomo

Prachtig gerestaureerde B&B met oog voor details.

Mooi gerestaureerde B&B in San Cesario di Lecce. Wij hadden de benedenverdieping met een klein gezellig binnenplaatsje. Gastvrouw Julia doet er alles aan om het naar je zin te maken. Ik ben geen grote fan van de kerkklok, die begint s' morgens om 07.00 uur flink te luiden. s 'nachts is het echter wel stil. De auto is wat lastiger te parkeren, op 250 meter van de B&B is een parkeerplaats waar altijd wel een plekje vrij is. Ik liep s' avonds nog even een rondje om de auto alsnog vlak bij de B&B te parkeren. Er is dan vaak wel een plekje vrij in de directe omgeving. Lecce is een mooie stad om te bezoeken. De stranden van "Torre sant Andrea" zijn ook mooi om te bezichtigen, of om even lekker te zwemmen in het kraakheldere water.

Parkeren is niet optimaal, maar is wel mee te leven. Vooral wanneer je het afzet tegen de rest van de accommodatie.

Peaceful oasis close to Lecce; narrow checkin window; breakfast not at the property (requests need to be made in advance

- very clean - neat, well thought decoration and refurbishment - spacy and pleasant - calm environment, peaceful and safe place with several free parkings close by - flexible host as well as the cafe where breakfast is offered (even though more clear and transparent information should be shared beforehand so there is no confusion)

- beware: VERY narrow window for check in; it is not a practice for accommodations to offer a 2 hour window (12-14) for check in, so if you believe it’s done as per usual and you arive at 17. - you’re in trouble ;) read the description in detail, as we didn’t see it and since we haven’t received a confirmatory message from the host (as the usual practice is), we were late (but with a small bump in the road, it turned out well in the end) - another thing we were not informed about is that you need to make special requests for your breakfast as it is NOT offered at the premises, you’re rather sent out to a cafe (that serves only italian pastries - no continental, american or vegetarian options as the description states:) unless you specifically ask for those) or they bring what you’d like to your room. since we didn’t want to make any special requests and felt like we’ll do great with the array of whatever is offered within the scope of “continental & co.” we were rather surprised when we realized what breakfast meant at this property - can’t enjoy the garden during the summer with ac running inside as it is too loud and it blows hot air directly towards the chairs (ac outer unit not visible on pics here)

Amazing experience! Will be back.

It is just amazing! Interior of the accommodation is very beautifully arranged, with authentic interior, restored monastery. Super clean. We were in Venere apartment where we had our own kitchen, dining room, bathroom, huge bedroom, private terrace and balcony. The air conditioning is working perfectly, although outside was very hot - we enjoyed great temperatures inside. Breakfast is tasty - Italian style: croissant and local pastries. But you can also bring your own since they have a kitchen, if you prefer something else too. So I would recommend this B&B with all of my heart. Also the staff was friendly and always willing to help us. <3 :)

The only - could be, are at least for someone the bells in the church nearby, if you prefer strict silence in the mornings. But they did not bother us at all, we slept just great. :)

Amazing! Best place to stay!

Everything! The location is amazing in a village very typical behind a church and the main square. Then the appartment is just beautifull, it’s literally a castle! Super well decorated with care and love. The host was also the niciest and gave awsome recommendations. Stay here you’ll love it!

Excellent accommodation in Salento

Excellent host, very generous and helpful. The room is very well looked after with an outside private sitting area. Air conditioned with fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. Location right in the centre of San Cesario di Lecce which is less than 10 minutes drive to the centre of Lecce. Great breakfast at a nearby caffetteria.

The best accommodation we had in a three month tour

Wow. This place is absolutely stunning. A noble 16th century house beautifully renovated and turned into a fabulous, comfortable space. We were there for work but it would make a perfect romantic getaway, especially the room with the spa bath. The presentation is excellent, with a very friendly host and a lovely Italian breakfast. Great heating, great WiFi, great hot showers. Lovely location just round the corner from the beautiful piazza. The kind of property where you look back at others you gave a 10 and wish you could call this a 12.

We only stayed a night but had absolutely no problems at all.

Fabulous B&B in the heart of San Cesario just behind the Cathedral

Dimora Delle Grazie is an old building that has been sympathetically renovated and carefully designed by the owners, great attention to detail and huge space with also a fabulous patio garden. great value for money.

Superb

Beautiful accommodation in a historic building. The best accommodation we had in our entire Italy trip. Lucia and her team were very friendly and helpful. Everyday they came to clean the appartment and change the towels. Plus, every morning we received Italian pastries for breakfast. Lucia even changed the breakfast on request because it was to sweet for us. She also organized a travel bed and chair for our little baby. The flat is located next to a lively church which is at the heart of the town. San Cesario is a nice authentic little town with a train station that brings you to Lecce several times a day.

The flat is beatiful including the kitchen. But the kitchen equipment could be more comprehensive. E.g. we were missing tea towels and a cutting board. Additionally, the olive oil was nearly finished and there was no vinegar. The flat is not very soundproof. We could hear the neighbour snore (and they certainly our baby cry) and the nearby church bells ring. But this did not disturb us very much.

Great stay, tucked away in an Italian village.

It was a great experience. The host was a lovely female. She made sure we had everything we needed. For the breakfast we had to go to this cafe around the corner, it was such a lovely cafe. The host also made sure we had breakfast in the room when required. The room is lovely, we definitely got a good deal. The service was impeccable.

The place is a little far and is better reachable by car.

Book immediately! You will not regret it!!!

If we could put mark more than 10, we definitely would have done it! One of the best welcome by Lucia! She is so cute and positive person! We mentioned that we are in honey moon, so she kindly let us find a bottle of Prosecco in the room. Location is 10 SECONDS from the city center, 15 min to reach the sea, 10 mins to Lecce. It's not room, it's a house! The size of bathroom is huge! You can enjoy hydromassage bath. Bar where breakfast is served is really cozy and staff is really nice and helpful. To reach it you need just to cross the street and then you will enjoy a typical Italian (or pugliese, if you choose pasticciotto) breakfast! It worths all money! And it worths at least a second visit! Thank you Lucia for warm welcome and hope to see you soon again!

Old stone house of grid.

Host was very unwelcoming and seemed rather annoyed by our arrival. Wanted us to arrive at a time of her convenience instead of the regulary set time frame and despite already letting her know when we would be there. There was hair in the shower from guest staying there before. There was hair in the bathroom from guests staying there before. There was a towel from a guest staying there before laying around. Though saying repeatedly to pay in cash the host ignored that and wanted us to pay with card as she went away to Bari and was not available for any questions except via Whatsapp. Breakfast non-existent. Supposedly in a Bar somewhere... we did not bother to go as the the host disclosed this only after asking via Whatsapp. Check-In consisted of Lucia leaving us waiting for at least 5 minutes in 37 degrees after walking with our bags to the hotel due to non-existing parking spots. Lucia came down, signaled us to follow her, went up to the room and that was it. - No info about anything - and left. When asking for the check-out, it said online 10.00 and on the info leaflet in the room as well. Lucia wanted us to leave at 9.30 though. When asked why, she said ten. Generally a very beautiful house in a nice setting but we did not feel welcome or well hosted. The hair and towel were the icing of the cake. Would not come back there.?

OMG!!!This apartament is so so amazing !!!!Very good location!!!I Recommend this apartament very much!!! In the heart of city center, of course center is very calm an not too much restaurants and just few bars!!!Amazing!!!We loved our stay!!! ;) Apartament is amazing I reccomend this apartament and owner women is very very nice and polite, also breakfast was deliciuos ;) Thank you ;)
