Apartment was good, view was excellent. Itwas very noisy due to traffic. The bathroom and shower was much too small for wheelchairs.

This is a really lovely well appointed flat with very good access to the beautiful town. Be aware that this part of France is hilly and there is a short but steep walk to the old town. But everything was great, and the property manager was very helpful

My wife and I stayed for 8 nights and enjoyed the spaciousness, appearance, and location of the apartment. We appreciated the speedy Wi-Fi, good air-conditioning, and very nice views from the large balcony. The local property manager could have been more proactive, but in my communications with the very responsive owner, I suspect this situation will improve in the future.

Stayed for 4 nights with my daughter. Apartment was in a great location. We used buses, trams and trains each day to visit Menton, Nice and Eze village and to access airport (15 bus then tram from Port Lympia is easy, fast and cheap). Villefranche beach was super for swimming and relaxing. Plenty of places to eat. Great evening atmosphere. Hills and steps could be an issue for less mobile. Only improvement would be better directions for arrivals from the station. Thanks

We had a great stay in Villefranche-sur-Mer. It was the perfect location between Nice and Monaco. The apartment was as advertised. It is on a busy road so there is a fair amount of noise from the cars and scooters. If you keep the doors to the balcony closed it isn’t too bothersome. You have a nice view of the bay and the hillside. The train station is about a 10 minute walk. We did have an issue with the water heater but the manager/owner were very helpful in getting that fixed right away. Overall, we had a nice stay.

I stayed in the apartment for the Month of June with my husband. It was spacious, clean and the view from the terrace is awesome!
I didn't cook much, but the kitchen was well equipped and the living room space was very comfortable. The building feels very safe and is a short walk to the heart of the old city.
The realtor was VERY responsive in coordinating the keys and answered all questions promptly. We had an enjoyable stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the property was exactly as advertised. Gorgeous views over the bay, essential air-con and the handling of our booking was seamless.

I stayed here for a week in August which is peak holiday season on the Riviera. The apartment is compact but with a lovely lounge, diner, kitchen across the whole width, leading out into a large terrace with great view over the old town rooftops, church and bay. Everything is well decorated and contemporary. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you would need including a dishwasher, juicer, microwave. Although I only made breakfast here, the juicer was great for buying fresh fruit from the market and having a smoothie daily! The lounge is very comfortable and the furniture is new. The shower is small but the bathroom well stocked with cupboards and towel rails. There is also a washing machine in here. The two bedrooms are small and there is only storage in the main double bedroom, but the twin room would be fine for kids. There is air con, electric shutters and awning over the terrace worked by a remote control.
It was located in a nice building on the first floor, located on a busy road (Avenue Albert 1er.) but it was generally quiet at night with the shutters down. There is a very small lift. The road though busy was a mixed blessing as it has 2 bus stops, the 81 and 100, from Nice to Monaco and St Jean Cap Ferat, and these were easy and cheap to use. The railway station is located about 10 minutes downhill. It is right opposite the old town and a 5minute stroll down through the quaint streets, and past the church to the harbourfront and all of the sweet restaurants and shops.
My son and I really enjoyed it and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the apartment and the location. Recommend taking the bus to Beaulieu, the walk along Promenade Maurice Rouvier to St Jean, a train trip to Antibes old town, and a few days at the nice beach clubs nearby like Deli Bo, Anao Plage, Zelos beach and Paloma beach.
I found both the owner and the local rental agents Azur Mediterranee, very helpful before I booked, and the information about location and key access was accurate. I had a few operational issues on the first night and day with the aircon and awnings, so some written info on their workings would have been helpful, especially as I was on my own for a few days before my son arrived! As I was arriving at night it would have been nice for the bed to be made up but, never having done self catering before, this is probably the norm!
All in all a lovely clean contemporary apartment in a lovely location with fab views!!

The flat was really nice. The furniture was brand new and it had air conditioning. So you could pretty much keep a really nice and chilly temperature in the flat all day long. There was also fast Wifi wich was pretty important, since I had to work a bit during my stay.
The view on the bay was was amazing.
The kitchen had everything we have at home, so there was no trouble cooking food, or making coffee. Also very important, there is a dish washer and a laundry washing machine.
Everything was nice and clean. The TV had SmartTV options, so you could just connect a Harddrive to it wich was really convenient.
Its really close to the train and bus station, so trips to Nice or Monaco are very easy to make. All in all we had a perfect stay.

Beautiful, new, well equipped Appartment in great location
This appartment really surprised us, as it is just as nice as in the fotos. It has a very bright, spacious living area with nice and comfortable furniture, everything is brandnew and very clean! It has a big open kitchen, that is very well equipped (including microwave, Espresso machine, toaster, mixer and a lot more). There is one eating table in the living area, plus another one in the kitchen, that can simply be moved outside on the large beautiful terrace. Both the double bedroom and the twin bedroom (very comfortable matraces) are very cosy and quiet at night. The bathroom with shower is big, modern and bright; the toilet is separate.
With air conditioning the apartment can be perfectly tempered. Anyway the best thing is the breathtaking view from the terrace on the beautiful Villefranche bay with the old city in front of it.
The location of the apartment is also great. It is only a few steps down the street to reach the center and only a short walk to the beautiful old city and the bay. The train station can be reached by a 10 mins walk; from there you can take trains to Nice, Antibes, Cannes, Monaco etc.
The ladies in charge of the apartment speak perfect English and are very friendly and helpful.
We spent a great week in this place and are absolutely recommending it to anyone!

This apartment was very spacious and perfect for four people. Everything was brand new - a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. The balcony overlooked the water in the distance - could have used outdoor furniture. It is about a 15 minute walk down to main road along the beach and I don't recommend it for anyone with walking disabilities. Our only issues were with the management of the apartment. We were expected to sign a document upon our arrival that ensured all contents were accounted for in the apartment - it was in French so we were unable to read it. Another issue was the "after the fact" bank fees that they charged for with no substantiality for it. We paid bank transfers in Canada but they expect you to pay for their bank transfers once you arrive. They deducted this off our security deposit after the deposit took 17 days to return to us. There were also no linens and towels upon arrival - when they did arrive later that evening we did not have covers for the duvets. I would still recommend the apartment for space, cleanliness and amenities, but it is run more like a business rather than a personal feel I have received and appreciate from other rentals I have used.

This flat is the best of everything – it has old world charm with its unbeatable location, but also very modern amenities. The living space has beautiful views of the bay and a large balcony, from which you can enjoy the sunsets in the evening. The location is unbeatable. Plenty of charming restaurants and cafes are a short walk away, and the nearby train station allows you to travel to Nice, Monaco, Cannes, and beyond! The apartment is very comfortable, very new, and perfect for a relaxing weekend in the South of France. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there and would recommend it to anyone!
