同行的家人之中，有需要擠奶的媽媽，事先有透過訊息詢問是否可以提供冷凍櫃借存放。飯店回覆沒問題。後來入住時，接待人員有主動詢問是不是需要提供協助，雖然我們後來不需要了，但是飯店方有記住住客的需求，讓人覺得賓至如歸！

服務很周到、貼心；房間乾淨整齊；樓下就有迪士尼商店，如果在樂園裡面沒買夠會到飯店還有機會！

Perfect on property stay

Each staff member who attended us was extremely friendly and helpful at all times. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, shower was perfect with great pressure, house keeping was thorough and there was substantial amounts of shampoo/conditioner/lotion. The front desk/concierge assisted me with currency exchange, Disney park tickets, directions, taxi's, baggage storage and advice on places to visit and were always professional and efficient. The shuttle bus was very convenient and we never had to wait very long during our 3 night stay in early November 2024. We ate at the World of Color Restaurant once for a casual lunch and the food and service was fantastic. In conclusion the stay was a wonderful experience and I would not hesitate to stay there again or recommend to friends or family.

Everything was great, but due to environmental reasons additional toiletries must be purchased if required. This didn't affect my stay as I was aware of this and brought my own.

The cleanliness of the facilities and room, friendly and accommodating staff, restaurants are just okay and adjusted to the needs of customers esp to those who have food allergies. Location is easy to navigate.

I don’t have any complaint.

It’s acceptable but unlikely revisiting

Its decor was nice

Its bed wasn’t comfortable at all, the room gives you a feeling of emptiness, not very enjoyable at the price paid.

An enjoyable exprience and worth trying for comfort if you're visiting the park.

I liked that they have a luggage storage option before the check-in time and that you can check -in before the check-in time and go straight to the park so there's no more need to check-in after the Disneyland park visit. The property was huge but the rooms are very walkable from the lobby. The variety of food options are not extensive but enough for every palette. I loved as well the water dispenser that the property had placed for every room and that there's an ice maker machine. I loved as well that we were given given a connecting room. The room was very tidy the size of the shower area is just right.

The food option of the breakfast was limited. The soundproofing of the rooms were lacking because I heard someone talking over the phone outside our room. The size of the merchandise shop was small and had limited items.

Convenient, very family friendly.

Very clean, spacious rooms. Kids loved the pool. Friendly and helpful staff.

Food at the restaurants was too expensive. We opted to go into the city for food and for a more authentic Hong Kong experience. Room service menu did not include easy western-family foods like fries/pizza/burgers.

The hotel smells really nice and fresh. Express check in dan check out. When we got to the room, our luggages were already in the room.

The breakfast menu should be more "disney"

It was passable but would not return.

The room was a very good size. The shuttle bus service was good. The luggage storage was good. The staff on the door ordering taxis were excellent.

The selection for breakfast and dinner was very poor. The pool was closed. Had to Order extra milk coffee and tea for room 3 times and each time they did not bring the amount of each that I ordered.

Clean and comfortable stay!

The premier rooms was comfortable. The rooms are clean,

The staff was not ‘Disney-friendly’. Rather cold. Very robotic. There was no Disney character walking around the ground. The food choices were limited and very expensive.

Overall good experience

Lovely interior design, smooth checkin Frequent shuttle bus to HK Disneyland Nice place, I think seaview would have been a better choice.

We were given a quite far room from the lift and found it hard to pull our heavy luggages, maybe the carpet on the hallways is thick. Not much food choices on the ground floor and on the expensive side as well. Breakfast menu is ok, but I enjoyed the dinner better.

Great place to stay with the kids especially when going to the park.

As to be expected from a Disney hotel, the facilities were all very good and designed to be loved by kids. The pools were very big and clean. The gardens were nice too.

Very few choices when it comes to food especially for the kids.

Perfect for Families Wanting An Even More Magical & Memorable Disney Family Holiday

Disney Explorers Lodge is the newest property/hotel amongst the 3 Disney has on the island. This hotel opened in 2017. Not really sure if it is the most affordable (note this is still Disney, so expect to spend), but a quick Google search will show that it potentially is. Anyway, just book any of the 3 properties. You will not regret. If you have kids, they will forever have cherished memories. Guaranteed. This property has 3 restaurants, a nice large recreational pool, a kiddie play area and 4 gardens to explore. The cast members from the front desk, to the gift shop, to the restaurants are all very professional and friendly. One of head waiters/managers at Dragon Wind (Chinese restaurant) even advised us to just call the front desk if we needed to have the food we had wrapped warmed up for future consumption. My family deeply appreciated this because we did not want the food to go to waste especially since we are unable to finish all the generous servings in one sitting. The hotel is also very organized. There are buses that charter you from the property to the main theme park from park opening to closing. Also, they have a great system and an area where you can leave your luggages and bags in case you plan to check out and still spend the day at the main park. My reco is to leave your things at the hotel storage area instead of the park's because the one at the park is often full. You will also have to fight for space with non-hotel guests if you opt for the park storage area. Hence, bottom line is stop thinking and start booking! Disneyland Resort and Park will truly give you and your family a magical experience!

We should have stayed an extra night, so we could have enjoyed the pool. That is on us. Obviously the price of the food at the restaurants could be friendlier to the wallet, but this was expected. It is Disney, and you should be prepared to spend. It is a holiday with the family, so you should expect to spend. Magical memories come at a price. Thus, if you are able to afford, it is so worth it!
