In a good location near tourist and local facilities.
Not a lot . Bit of noise from adjacent flats but normal as type of dwellings.

L’appartamento è piccolo ma confortevole. Le camere da letto non sono riscaldate in inverno. La posizione è buona ad un quarto d’ora a piedi dal centro, collegata da frequenti bus e la fermata è vicinissima.

Cichy apartament, wygodne łóżka, winda, blisko centrum. Takiego szukałem.

Great opportunity to stay in a regular neighbourhood of the City, away from the tourist trail! Apartment block very clean inside with a gratefully appreciated lift, always working.
The apartment was spotlessly clean and tidy. Nice comfy sofa for relaxing after a tough day sightseeing or swimming! TV with Netflix.
Host Virginia was very fast to respond to any messages and very quickly organised a repair when there was a small problem with the property. She was very helpful and friendly.
Great little Día supermarket 2 mins walk from the apartment. Fresh bakery good daily, plus nice bakery more or less next door for sweet treats.
Nothing major, possibly leave a few basics in the kitchen - we struggled to find an open supermarket as we arrived late on Saturday and most were closed on Sunday.
We bought a teatowel and dishcloth during our stay.
Generally very little to detract from the property though.

The apartment was ckean and quiet . Had everything you would need. Microwave, fridge etc.
Slightly out of town centre. 15 to 20 minutes to walk to the centre .

Great communication with the owner! Really nice and new apartment, close to old part of city center 10 min by walking. Everything went smoothly and I am happy to recommend this place if you search for modern and convenient place to stay in Malaga :)

The apartment was very clean & comfortable, with plenty of space for 2 people. The kitchen is a good size, and well-equipped. My friend & I really liked the sofa in the living-room, which was great for stretching out on and watching TV. We were also grateful for the air-conditioning, as the weather was very hot the first few days. The location is convenient for walking into the city centre (10 minutes) & for buses to the centre or the railway/bus stations. There are some good bars in the Square, too, for breakfast or dinner, and the Día supermarket is less than 5 minutes walk up the road. Tilman, who met me to give me the keys, was very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.
These are not really dislikes, just things to be aware of.
As in many apartments here in Spain (and other places, I suppose) you can hear noise from the neighbours, but it wasn't bad enough to spoil our stay.
Also, when you leave you need to leave the keys inside the apartment, but don't forget to prop the main entrance door open downstairs first or you might end up trapped between that and the secondary entrance door, as my friend did, because you need the key to open the main door from the inside & to open the secondary door from its outside. This could be a problem if you are staying as a solo traveller.

Great location, close to all Malaga attractions. An absolutely lovely person was waiting for us to give us keys. He gave us also lot of useful information what to do, where to go, where to eat etc. and seemed not to be tired at all despite of late hour (we arrived after midnight).

The flat was very clean and well equipped. The owners really nice and helpful, we had an issue with the toilet not flushing which sorted itself out but they were quick to respond to that problem.
The double bed was comfortable although I found the pillow not so comfy.
The flats in a good location, easy to walk to the old town and the plaza merced where there's a whole load of good bars and restaurants.
There's a great bakery just a few doors down from the apartment and a small supermarket nearby as well.
The flat was quite noisy in the evenings, one of the neighbours was playing the same piano piece for over an hour and a half one night! After about 10.30, it's very quiet thu and quiet during the day.
We had a few problems with opening the outside doors to the building, one set of door keys is easier to use than the other, there's a definite trick to positioning the keys in the lock!

Well located, well equipped apartment, comfortable, spacious, good value for money. Very good management service.
Initial problems with internet but resolved during our stay.

situated on the edge of the centre, so all is still within walking distance.
otherwise functional and ok.
Already days before we were asked at which exactly hour we would arrive, numerous ( irritating ) mails and SMS.
The apartment in January was freezing cold and the air conditioning (no heating) was only turned on when we arrived, the rooms completely cooled down.
The key didn't fit very well, we stood for a long time and tried again and again.
The house is a bit noisy. Large construction site in front of the window.
The sofa was covered with a protective blanket.
The information at Booking is not quite correct.

I would like to thank you el senor José and Ana who were extremely hospitable and kind. I had a great time in their lovely apartment.
It's great value for money as it can accommodate 3/4 people. The location is overall convenient, 10min walk from the centre, 30min walk to the beach. You have a supermarket, tapas bar, café, chicken shop and bus stop 2min away.
The apartment is very homely and offers all necessary facilities (fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine, iron, hair dryer).
The hosts also provided lots of leaflets and books.
The location is not pictoresque, it's right on top of a building site at the moment and can be a bit noisy.

Very good communication through email and WhatsApp throughout the process. Anna is very friendly and was a pleasure to deal with. Nice little apartment in residential area with balcony.
It was some distance on foot (approx 20 mins) from the old town and the last bit is uphill too so that can be difficult in the heat. There was some noise but this is par for the course with apartments. Also there appears to be some renovations being done just across from the property so there may be some noise early in the morning but it was no big deal for me.
