Great location nice apartment great hot tub

A few small issues were disappointing locks on main gate and back door broken . Air conditioning remote not working so could not access air conditioning settings ( very noisy) missing smoke alarm, couldn’t turn off lights on extractor fan in kitchen ?? , iron cord exposed bare wires in multiple places and finally back garden messy ( dead branches ect on floor ) these are all little things that should be easily rectified.

Quiet and clean and comfy.

Fun to have a spa, rooms were clean and well appointed and comfortable. We had everything we needed

We couldn’t work the coffee machine. Most likely user error but seemed difficult to use.

Relaxing and luxurious stay within short walking distance to main attractions, restaurants and amenities.

The property is in a quiet residential area, 10 minutes walk to/from the old historical citadel and 15 minutes walk to/from the main city centre. We booked loft S however we were upgraded to the much more luxurious Loft Y next door due to an electrical fault with the jacuzzi. The matter was resolved immediately upon reporting it via WhatsApp and did not interfere with our trip at all. Both lofts are of high spec contemporary design, airy and spacious, while Loft Y is the larger of the condominium Loft S was a tidy and well designed space also. It was easy to keep clean and tidy during our stay. The walk-in rain shower was lovely, the bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped and, of course, the Jacuzzi was the highlight!

The dishwasher in Loft Y was not accessible.

Security a major issue

Location was very good close enough to all tourist attractions and close to the airport

Hot tub didn't work properly. Security was a major issue which when I raised the issue about somebody trying to break into the apartment it was met with no resolve or caring what so ever. This meant it ruined the whole experience.

Very modern and clean. Spa was really good but the bed isn’t comfortable.

Exceptional

Spa, bed, douche à l'italienne, kitchen, keyless doors (pin code) so don't forget the email with all the informations.

there is no special view. But I knew it so it was not a problem for me.

Great stay for a couple

The room was very nice and comfortable. we didn’t use the kitchen but is was very well equipped. Having a parking place is also great.

Great for a romantic escape

Spacious apartment, clean, very well located (10min away from the Cité de Carcassonne), modern with a big tv, heating systems and most importantly the much enjoyable outdoor private jacuzzi. I definitely recommend!

The mattress was a bit uncomfortable A slight smell of cigarettes

Excellent Location. Clean good decor.

Mattress very uncomfortable and sinking in the middle. No where to put toiletries in the shower.
