i would say, if someone looking for accomodation for a family, this accomodation is a good , even with the few negative

beach is good, boats are not a problem. pool is really good. stuff is friendly.

Bed is not the best. its really hard.

Only thing good about this villa is its near the beach

Very dirty bathroom, everything has to be re furnished, inside the villa there is a bad smell, bathroom is getting clogged when bathing, spiders everywhere, it's not like the above photos, I think these were old photos, dirty pool, spoiled our mood when we entered the villa, we paid for 2 days but we stayed only 1 day, very disappointing and not worth for money, not suitable for families,just like a haunted house

I would not return - it’s unsanitary and unsafe for children especially

The apartments are in a great location and that is the only real reason to stay here the cleaning staff are very friendly and try help in some bad situations

- poor communication throughout - descriptions are not clear on website - no water for 3 days - couldn’t flush toilets, wash, clean etc - no electric for 2 days - pool area has so many dangerous hazards - uneven and broken decking, open electrics, dog poo on the grass area, filled bins, pool not cleansed regularly - manager and PA to owners both hard to get hold of and do not support with issues to solve issues - just blame the island or each other - payment is cash or bank transfer so you have no back up when everything fails - all needs a refurb

Great location with a beautiful ocean view!

We loved the location, it was so easy to enjoy a half an hour walk right into the center of town OR hop right on the bus. It was so convenient to have the bus stop right outside the villas. We also enjoyed having a market/store right outside as well, it was so easy to walk over and grab water bottles or snacks. We also loved the view of the ocean/beach/palm trees and it was the best view to wake up too. The wifi was also fantastic! Worked very fast.

We wished that there would have been breakfast. the oven in the kitchen wasn’t easy to use. The pool & beach could have lounge chairs to be a bit more inviting.

Disappointed, overpriced.

Good location. Nice beach.

Unit was not clean, walls, stove, kettle, microwave dirty. Stove trips mains when using it. Kitchen bin has no lid. Food spatters on cupboards from previuos guest. Large cockcroaches. Alot of litter on property that has not been picked up, as well as overflowing bin.

Perfect location/proximity to the beach and good Quality/Price

Very close to the beach, private secured parking, free wifi, superb view from room, nice staff, clean rooms

Some repairs needed regarding the amenities(hot water for shower) A Dishwasher and dryer would be great to have

Relaxing stay it was for me and the team

The facility is strategically located by the beach with access to the main road and bus stop. There is a grocery store approximately 2 minutes walk away. It is a secure and quite place

Old apartment, broken furniture. Need taxi or bus to go everywhere Almost no wifi in the apartment!

Excellent location with direct access to an almost private beach from the garden. Amazing sea views. Spacious room, daily cleaning, friendly staff, secure private parking. Great value for money.

A little outdated in every way. Weak Wi-Fi (easily solvable with a cheap local sim card)

Beautiful location, good value-for-money accommodation close to the heart of Grand Baie.

Although basic, it has everything you need for a self-catering stay in Grand Baie. The location is excellent - in the quieter part if the town (so you can get some sleep!) but near enough to walk to the busier part. Beautiful views of the beach and bay and I often had the beach virtually to myself. Private off-road parking. The apartment could have been cleaned every day if I’d wanted. There is a safe which is good for security. Staff were very helpful and allowed me to continue to use the apartment after check-out time on the day I left.

It could do with a ‘freshen-up’ as it is looking a bit old and tired in places but nothing a few licks of paint couldn’t remedy. I missed having a table outside on the balcony (there were only chairs and a sun lounger but no table) and the wifi was not strong enough to reach the balcony.
