The people who own the property were very friendly and easy to get on with .. greeting was very nice and a warm welcome with a cup of coffee or tea .. the room was really clean and the bed was very comfy. I would recommend it to everyone... lovely kind people ... 100% go again Thank you so much to you all .. dena and Keith

Wonderful place to stay, especially if one wants to enjoy an event close by, such as at Chickenshed or at Trent Park.

Polite staff who cared about making sure we were ok. Amazing big bed in our room. The room was vey clean. My son (155cm tall) slept on the sofa very comfortably. Lovely clean bathrooms.

I was expecting to be given a blow-up mattress on the floor for my son. One of the curtains had come unhooked at the top. It was very easy to fix, and I fixed it and didn’t report it.

This is Home, such a bomb property

Everything from start to finish. Kate and Andy are super hosts, so warm, welcoming, loving and genuinely nice people. We sat outside their lovely back garden to chat like we had known each other for ages. The rooms are so well aired, sparkling clean, spacious, inviting and so comfortable. The decor around the house is top notch, I honestly went in and knew I was in the perfect place. Before I left Kate gave me a waaarm hug and wished me the very best, I was so blessed to have been a guest in this property

Obviously a en suite would have been good, but I knew there was not one when I booked.

Wonderfully comfortable stay, great location and lovely hosts

Really great and easy location to find. Brooklyn house is situated between Cockfosters and Oakwood tube stations. We used Oakwood was a 5 min walk away. There was plenty of parking on the road outside or on the driveway. Andy was a lovely host and very welcoming/helpful. Our rooms were spacious with lots of light and very comfortable. TV with virgin media and WiFi included. Would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful house and great location to get into the city!

The location was great for us as the underground was so close. The gentleman that checked us in was so lovely and welcoming! The room itself was gorgeous, I really liked the different colour schemes they had!

Everything was wonderful, really can’t complain!

Very homely and clean. There’s a shared bathroom which is clean and available to everyone. Also I shared kitchen, home from home

would prefer en-suite but wasn’t a problem as shower room and toilet downstairs.

Comfort was good and we could park.

Bath out of use and no breakfast available which was mentioned as included. So value dropped We wrongly assumed an ensuite.was available.

Nice house in a good safe location. Comfortable room and bed.

Unfortunately the last night got really noisy. I was awoken at around 2345 on a Thursday night to loud music coming from downstairs. I did ask (I'm guessing one of the owners) to turn it down, which she did, but you could still hear the music which went on until 0100 as even the smallest sound travels up the stairs. But the damage was done and ended up not sleeping on the last night. It was a really disappointing end to what would have been a great 4 day stay and a much higher review.
