Very nice apartment. Very very clean and well equipped. The apartment was spacious even for the four of us and had a beautiful view over the see. The area is relaxing and quiet and with the beach only a few minuts away. We were at the beach almost everyday, because it was so easy to get there and easy to get your own spot because it was never overcrowded. The host is super helpfull and friendly. We got a very good introduktion to the apartment and the area and even nice local product to try like red wine, biscuits, cherry and homemade olive oil. On the day we arrived there were already a little food and drinks for us in the apartment. It was a huge succes for our youngest child to find that the apartment had PlayStation, Nesquik and milk:) During our stay we saw a lot of Croatia but it was so lovely to return back to Rtina in the evening. The area is very very nice and quiet without a lot of traffic and crowds of people. What a wonderful place to land on our first trip to Croatia❤️🤍💙

Bed (sofa) in salon could be softer. Much softer. Internet connection was acting up sometimes but it's probably transient technical problem.

It has been a lot of fun to visit Tomi's Apartments because of hisreally wonderful apartment with even more facilities than we expected. We enjoyed his advice + help i.e. the local fish you organised for us, the wine to welcome us, the juice and the cookies, the herbs to cook with, his mum's help to prepare the fish and especially paddling along the coastline of the bay and trying out mountainbike cycling. Thank you for everything. :-)

Superior accommodation in a quiet area

Superior accommodation in a quiet area, the house has 3 apartments. Very well equipped. Absolute cleanliness. The host was very nice. We appreciated the water, juice and wine prepared in the fridge. We used barbecue area, rent a kayak, bicycles, deck chairs on the beach ... Distance from a very quiet beach 2 min. We really didn't miss anything. Thank you

Calm, private, clean

Extraordinary clean apartment. It looks fresh new. There are only three apartments and the landlord in the house. Landlord and his mum are super friendly. The house is just 3 min walk to rocky beach, but the beach is almost private. Not many people there plus there is sand in the water so kids enjoyed it very much. The landlord also provides kajaks and some outdoor games for kids- really sweet. The kitchen is fully equipped. Microwave and stove, kettle nad coffee machine with free filter and coffee! We also got little presents in the fridge. Truly lovely place. Zadar is just 20min drive. The nearest local market 10 min walk and the Plodine marker 10 min drive. All apartments have balcony and you can also you outside garden seating with some swings for kids. Thank you so much. It was our second stay there and we were again truly happy

Everything was good, we had a great vacation in that wonderful place. The apartment was clean, the host was very helpful and nice.We received great gifts. Thanks Tomislav! The beach is very close and it is perfect for kids, we enjoy it a lot. Initially we planned to see other places, but we prefered to stay in that little paradise and relax. If you are looking for a quiet place, far away from the city, this village is the right place to go.

We really enjoyed the location very close to the beach. The beach was calm, not crowded. In the apartment there was everything we needed - well-equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom and living room, two balconies with view of the sea. The host also gave us nice present - local products and a gift for our baby. In the garden we could have a barbecue, there was also a swing for children.

Mattress in the bed was too soft.

The apartment is very clean and FULLY equipped - there are everything what you need. There is beautiful view on the sea from the balcony. The owner is very helpful and sympathic. There are swings and trampoline in the garden for children. We walked to the beach about 5 minutes and we were often alone there, so this is very calm and quiet area. We recommend this apartment to everyone.

Wonderful family vacation

Wonderful location, very well equipped apartment, especially kitchen. Bathroom with washing machine and all the detergents! Comfortable beds! Overall quiet family place with super friendly owner. Supermarket 0,5km away. excellent access to the sea - just 4 min walk. Stony beach, but Sand in the water- no need for water shoes. Great for kids. Not crowded at all, we had totally lovely vacation and we are coming back next year!!

Great stay

We got the apartment on the first floor for the two of us. It consists of a bedroom, living room, kitchen, two balconies, a kitchen and a dining area. The apartment has many windows, so we enjoyed the sea view. It was really hot when we were staying in Rtina, but the air conditioning was working great. The kitchen is completely equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals. The owner welcomed us with wine, some sweets and juice, all cold and ready to be consumed. There was a coffee maker (and coffee) and water heater in the kitchen, sugar, detergent, new unused sponges. Everything was clean and there was (good) shampoo, hair conditioner, body lotion and shower gel in the bathroom as well as hand soap, washing machine gel and clothes conditioner. The apartment is in the close vicinity of the beach (3 minute walk). The parling is spacious, right next to the side of the house. There is a large barbecue for all the guests to use and a large table outside with sea view in the yard next to the barbecue with all the equipment. We were provided with mosquito repellents that worked like a charm. The house is in a quiet street, so the evenings were calm. We enjoyed our stay very much, we will come back for sure.
