All i can say the price is good but please improve cleaning outside the fence. Thanks!

I like the landscaping all over sanremo, the nice swimming pools and the beautiful palm trees. The staffs were nice.

The location, its hard to find a rides, the guards don’t have a telephone to access all the staff/host/owner, the guards when i arrived was lack of information, the outside of the sanremo is very dirty, garbages in the outside, there should be a cleaner to maintain keeping clean the outside the fence surroundings like plastic garbage everyday.

This place is recommended.

I like the surroundings. It is very much conducive for people who wants tranquility and quietness. There was a scheduled maintenance on the electrical connections during our stay but that was understandable. The host wanted to accommodate our requests as much as possible.

Self Checkin should be improved

The space is cozy

We had to wait for almost 1 hr to be able to checkin. Perhaps improve their system so guest checkin are smooth.

staff isnt accommodting. sound mean when being asked qstions but wont prvd everything ahead of time

- we had to message the property all the time, when they could've just gave us instructions. point is- we have to coordinate with them first for us to know the answer. i think as their customer, it is inconvenient to be texting/calling them everytime we need something instead of just telling us

-staff is not accommodating. -we have to coordinate with them first for us to get the answer to our questions, such as keys/card to the property. and when we were about to use the pool, the guard stopped us as we don't have an Amenities Booking Code, when in the first place, this should have been provided by the host/staff ahead of time to avoid any inconvenience. And u know what happened? we dialed the staff's number again and all of us were stucked first as guard won't allow us to use the pool unless we already have the code. --Cleanliness? 7/10. -room 6114, there's a leftover rice when we arrived - anyway thanks, its charged for experience

I didn't like anything.

The units are old and no maintenance. No proper beddings and blankets. Too far from the descriptions. The place has no available stores, difficult access to almost everything.

I wasn't able to stay because security wouldn't let me enter property to possibly find someone that had keys although I showed them my confirmation number. After about 30 minutes I left and went somewhere else to stay.

Not recommended

Has kitchenette in the unit and pool for everyone.

Doesn’t meet my cleanliness criteria, Find cockroaches,mosquitoes and yucky yellow mould in the bathroom ,hot water doesn’t work properly,sink was not installed properly which is risky for kids ,and bed sheets has holes and so thin.we stayed in room 6217 and No reception to help you check in.

Fantastisk pool! Virkelig det var hele opholdet værd! Aldrig særligt mange mennesker, de fleste dage havde jeg poolen helt for mig selv! Tv’et virkede uden problemer og hurtigt internet. Køkkenet og badeværelset var også ganske fint

Der er et lille kakerlak problem hvilket er lidt irriterende, men det virkelig ik så slemt og til prisen var jeg helt okay med det.

it was nice one living room and kitchen with 2 bedrooms, one for the kids and one for the parents, it was nice for family gathering and I enjoyed it with my Wife and kids. security is 24 hours there and malls are near by

Our stay is okay. Sakto lang.

I love that there’s already kitchen utensils and other facilities and appliances that we can use during our stay. My husband love the stay since we can cook our own food.

My husband has a slight comment about the beds quality. CR was not so clean.

Exceptional

I really love the place. Ethel and Grace did a great job on the front desk. They made sure we have everything we needed, we called several times in the front desk and they were soo accommodating. Aileen and Evelyn our room attendant did a fantastic job with our room, they delivered everything we ask and made sure we we’re comfortable. The restaurant is great they were open 24 hours so you won’t ever go hungry. all in all it was 5 stars for everyone!

Great place to stay

Pool is beautiful and kept very well,have an amazing basketball court, unit included basic cooking devices which was great, location is good(only 20-25 minute walk to mall and ocean park) friendly staff and a good and welcoming environment

Wifi in my particular unit is not reliable,has a daily limit and wifi use is very limited,if you absolutely need wifi on a constant basis it would be a difficult place to stay, but that's just the unit I used(3315),maybe other units are different.

Superb

Very good location near Sm seaside and central Cebu. Excellent security staff very helpful. Easy and convenient frequent single motor (motorcycle) taxi and regular taxi to sm seaside available. Swimming pool is nice to relax in after a day of traveling holidaying. Excellent undground car parking convenient taxi drop off right beneath unit. Will stay again 😄.

The building design is classic. Staffs are accomodating and friendly. I like the bed, appliaces and the hot shower.

I don't like the cr. Floor is a bit dirty and wet, shower curtain is moldy. Seen a small cockroach on the wall.

ONLY THE POOL AND PLACE ARE NICE AND RELAXING

NO FOOD,THE AIRCON UNIT IN THE 2 ROOMS ARE VERY DIRTY IN FACT WE ARE THE ONE WHO CLEAN FOR IT,THE DOOR AT THE ROOM AND CR ARE DAMAGE,NO INTERNET AND THE HOST CANCEL OUR BOOKING EVEN IF WE ARE ON OUR WAY EVENTHOUGH ITS NOT YET THE TIME TO CANCELL THE BOOKING.THE PARKING AREA ARE VERY MUCH EXPENSIVE!THE FRONT DESK GUARD ARE VERY SLOW IN ACCOMODATING GUEST AND THERE ARE NO ANNOUNCEMENT THAT THE POOL ARE CLOSED DURING MONDAY MORNING DUE TO TREATMENT!
