Najgorsze to brak zamka w drzwiach od łazienki, dosłownie wyrwany. Nie dało się ich wgl zamknąć... Same się otwierały. Mało komfortowe ☹️ Widok z okna nie powalał, bardzo dużo gołębi na balkonie i na parapetach. Na andresole ciężko się wdrapać, ale na szczęście kanapa na dole się rozkłada. Brak rolet/ grubych zasłon w oknach, przy zapalonym świetle sąsiedzi doskonale widzą co dzieje się w pokoju, a rano słońce daje po oczach.

Very close to the bus and train station. The town centre is around 20 mins away on foot. Very near to supermarkets and a large shopping precinct. Rooms are comfy and suitable for short stays.
Very noisy traffic if your room is at the front of the building. The kitchenette is very basic. Could do with a microwave. A few additional kitchen utensils would be useful eg bottle opener, can opener.

Cena (stosunkowo atrakcyjna po rabacie), lokalizacja (bo akurat miałem dość blisko), możliwość pobytu bez kontaktu z nikim.
Grzejnik działał mimo pory roku nawet bez podłączania grzałki.
Łóżko na antresoli mimo, że to sam gruby materac to całkiem wygodne.
Brakowało elementów z udogodnień, które widniały w ogłoszeniu (chociażby suszarka do włosów, opiszę niżej), czystość wątpliwa, łóżko miało zmienioną pościel, ale obok przy schodach były (chyba) kobiece włosy. Przy wyjściu nieco piasku, co momentalnie dało się odczuć wchodząc.
Deska toaletowa była lekko zażółknięta, nie chciałem dochodzić powodów - nie odważyłem się skorzystać.
Szafka pod zlewem wyglądała jak po powodzi, spuchnięta, wyeksploatowana. Prysznic względnie czysty, ale odpływ przytkany, mocowanie rączki od prysznica uszkodzone, jakiś pojemnik na mydło/szampon w nim też przekrzywiony (ale i tak z tego nie korzystałem), brak półeczki na chemię do mycia, przez co za każdym razem musiałem się "schylać po mydło". Górne okno było otwarte, a niekoniecznie każdy chce skakać po parapecie (zresztą przy takich kwaterach okiennych i tak mógłby być problem, a dodatkowej wajchy do otwierania nie zauważyłem). Gdy próbowałem się dodzwonić w podanych godzinach pracy recepcji nikt nie odbierał, pukając nikt nie otwierał, zostawiłem sms z prośbą o żelazko i deskę do prasowania (na podrabianej skórze kanapy słabo prasować), to nikt nie odpisał (a jako, że w telefonie są włączone wiadomości RCS to widać było, że była ta wiadomość odczytana). Określiłem godzinę w której się pojawię z 3 godzinnym wyprzedzeniem (byłoby dłuższe, gdyby ktoś raczył odebrać telefon). Wychodząc spóźnionym (bo skądś trzeba było ogarnąć coś do prasowania) jednak żelazko się pojawiło.. na ziemi.. koło wiaderka z mopem (choć może to jakiś inny lokator oddał w ten sposób)
Zwykle rzadko wystawiam negatywne komentarze, ale przy takim podejściu, gdzie kontakt był do momentu potwierdzenia o której godzinie będę i w jaki sposób odbiorę klucze, a później totalna zlewka.. to niestety byłem zmuszony to zostawić.

Bardzo niewygodny, wykrojony chyba z klatki schodowej i jeszcze czegoś apartament. Na antresolę, na której położony jest materac (bo łóżka nie ma) wchodzi się po tak stromych stopniach, że widziałem wygodniejsze drabiny (starsze osoby - zapomnijcie!). Poza tym na antresoli da się chodzić właściwie tylko na czworakach.
Okno wychodzi na dziedziniec i nie bardzo da się je zasłonić.

Well situated and had great potential. Lovely room and great bathroom facilities. We ended sleeping in the pull out sofa as the bed upstairs wasn’t suitable. A mattress on the floor is very unhygienic. Everything else was just great.
Just needs a small frame to keep mattress of the floor to help with ventilation.

„Apartament” o ile tak go można nazwać lata świetności dawno ma już za sobą, wyglada zdecydowanie gorzej niż na zdjęciach - łóżko strasznie skrzypi jakby miało się rozpaść, stół bardzo mocno zniszczony (blat podrapany, z licznymi odpryskami), listwy przypodłogowe pourywane, deska sedesowa pęknięta i ledwo trzyma się toalety, urwany plastik od spłuczki do wody, ze słuchawki prysznicowej cieknie, ściany podrapane i poplamione, rolety dzień-noc pourywane (prywatności zero), a do tego co ważne śmierdzi z kanalizacji… Jakby ktoś chciał wypocząć to też nie za bardzo, bo ściany są cienkie jak papierek i dosłownie wszystko słychać (np. chodzenie po klatce schodowej jakby zamontować głośnik przy uchu). Do tego obsługa po zameldowaniu nie odpowiada na jakiekolwiek prośby i uwagi mając nas głęboko w poważaniu. Nie polecam

We asked if the water in the taps was drinkable, the girl at the reception said I don't know. They were very indifferent. Everything was bad.

We loved Krakow.
The hotel facilities were very bad. The room was very cold, we got sick, they were extremely indifferent to the customers. When we asked whether the water in the kitchen was clean, they said they did not know. We asked for a blanket, they did not give us a blanket. We wanted to rent an electric heater outside, but we could not find it. There was only a heater in one room. The room was on and off for 10 minutes. It was very low wattage. It did not heat. We moved it between rooms. There was no hand and face towel. The pillows were uncomfortable, as thin as toast.

Spacious bedroom area with small table to eat at. Also ample space in bathroom.
Shower had excellent water pressure and temperature.
The apartment was clean and good size.
It was situated on a straight road directly leading to bus and rail station which was great as I entered and left by train and also used buses.
The staff were helpful and contacted me regularly to help me arrive as easily as possible.
They arranged a direct accomodation pick up for a day excursion. Very friendly, helpful young man took me to pick up point and waited with me to ensure I got on correct bus.
Although the apartment was clean overall, it wss a little tired and could do with being refreshed but this may be planned as end of high season past?
Bathroom floor I found to be slippery when wet as was the shower basin without any mats to reduce risk of slips.
I chose an apartment to cater for myself but I found it to be poorly equipped really and the cooking utensils a little worn, especially the frying pan. There were no useful utensils such as a spatula, hence a scratched pan ?
A few more useful utensils would have been beneficial although I wasn’t expecting a fully equipped kitchen
Just to make people aware that the road the apartment is licated on is a busy one.

Trochę niewygodne drewniane krzesła, nie widziałem też kosmetyków o których było na stronie. Poza tym bateria w łazience niestabilna, mocno rozluzowana.

Das Bett war nicht besonders gut, insbesondere die steile Leiter dazu, auf dem Sofa konnte man aber normal schlafen. Die Lage ist perfekt, 5 Min zum Bahnhof, was wünscht man sich noch.
In den Nachbarzimmern wurde geraucht, niemand passt auf, die Regeln eingehalten werden.

Everything was perfect the apartment staff made my stay stress free they arranged my pick up from the airport and then arranged my Trip to the salt mine on my last day. I can't thank you enough when I return I will be staying again.

Podobała mi się fantastyczna lokalizacja, widok z balkonu na cichy dziedziniec, bardzo ładna i czysta łazienka. Materac na antresoli również bardzo wygodny. Ogólnie pokój do lekkiego odświeżenia, czystość apartamentu bardzo dobra.
Noo muszę przyznać, że pokój zdecydowanie ładniejszy na zdjęciu, brawa dla fotografa ;) Przeszkadzały mi niezbyt czyste ściany, brzeg stołu był cały oderwany, blat popękany. Kanapa zapadała się do tyłu, nie dało się oglądać TV. Denerwowały mnie niektóre niedziałające rolety. Gdzieniegdzie wisiały kable, ogólnie po przyjrzeniu widziało się defekty, za taki standard prawie trzy stówy za noc to lekko przydrogo.

Very dirty, the stairs was insane dirty also the plates were dirty and we needed wash them before putting something on it. We get also dirty towels, ut was disgusting cuz we didn't know if they were used or what.

Its walking distance to the mall and to the main square.
Our room is on 8th floor there is no elevator. The property is not so clean the balcony looks like abandoned. The one night we spent there we havent slept that much the young kids partying and screaming until 2 am.

Nice little cozy apartment, built as a loft, with a low higher platform where the sleeping area is set. The kitchen has what you need to cook, fridge with a small freezer compartment. A small sitting-eating area was also available, as well as a higher bar with higher chairs in case you need to work at the computer, for ex. Since the apartment I had was in the back section of the building (entry through the patio) it was quiet.
The location is very practical, not far from the train station, close to cafes and small stores.
I had a problem with the shower the first day, lacking hot water, but after calling the number I had in case I needed anything, it was fixed relatively quickly. Also, nicely, they assured me that if the problem could not be fixed (it was Friday afternoon when this happened), I would be moved to another apartment with hot water (which in the end did not happen, since the problem was fixed).
Internet comes and goes, especially in the evening, probably because more people are trying to connect.
There is no fume extraction hood in the kitchen, so you have to be aware about what you cook.
Although the patio-facing window was good for keeping it quiet (rather than a street-facing window), it provided little light.

the cleanliness and comfort is lacking. for me the mattress was comfortable (mattress on the floor is my fave, no joke), but my boyfriend hated it, couldn't sleep. the couch and blanket was not clean by any means, there was no curtain or blinds on the window, so had to be careful, most channels on the TV didn't work, had to use one of the towels as a mat to not flood the bathroom, there is no way to get to reception without calling them on the phone, LASTLY on the last night there was a group of young people in the courtyard outside/ running up and down the stairs till 2am, could hear everything, there is no way to owners can intervene at that time, so you're left to deal with that

Being close to the train and bus station is great. The block is a lovely old block. There was lots of tea bags and coffee etc (thank you!) and a hob and kitchen equipment. The room was big with a balcony, sofa, TV and chair. It was very clean.
The apartment I had looked out onto a busy main road which I can imagine in the summer, when you want to have the balcony doors open, might be quite loud. The platform bed area is too low to stand up in. Everything was from ikea, which is fine really but there was no hint of the old apartment anywhere.

Great localization near the main railway station, super friendly staff, plenty of space downstairs, fridge, even a mini-iron!
I got a ground floor room facing the street and it was really loud, all night long - it's on of the busiest streets in Kraków. Apart from that, the attic where the bed is situated is like 1,5m tall, so I had to go to bed and get up in an 90 degrees angle... Also, it's not a bed, just two matressess on top of each other, and no other furniture in the attic - the matressess were very ok though, and once I crawled to them and put earplugs I was able to get a good night's sleep.
