Great stay - perfect modern apartment for Gdansk old town weekend visit.

the location is great - very convenient yet secluded from the hustle and bustle. The apartment is very modern and well decorated. It had everything we needed for the weekend stay.

The apartment floor was not very clean - it was not washed perhaps for a while - we had to use flipflops indoor to avoid the feet getting dusty. Sofa bed was not very comfortable - one side of the sofa was very uncomfortable, so will not recommend to have 2 people sleeping on it. Could have been helpful to have some city guide/ restaurant recommendation - but of course not mandatory.

To były fantastycznie spędzone trzy dni w Gdańsku, do czego przysłużył się ten apartament!

Lokalizacja fantastyczna! Apartament wyposażony we WSZYSTKO co jest potrzebne do przetrwania! Sam budynek bardzo przyjazny dla wynajmującego. Stosunek ceny do jakości -10/10. POLECAMY.

Wiadomo, że na to wpływu nie mamy, ale budowa za budynkiem, akurat przypadł nam apartament z balkonem w jej stronę. Parking płatny dodatkowo, czego nie zauważyłem/doczytałem w ogłoszeniu. Warto to zaznaczyć na przyszłość. Tyle z uwag, reszta BAJKA!

Beautiful and comfortable apartment near Christmas Market

Very clean spacious apartment with a complete kitchen and we also had a view of the river. It’s walking distance to the famous Christmas Market. There’s lots to see getting to the market especially the architecture of old buildings. Gdansk is truly a magical place.

Świetna lokalizacja obiektu, lecz stopień jego zużycia psuje cały obraz.

Świetna lokalizacja, duża powierzchnia apartamentu, dobre podstawowe wyposażenie.

Aby obiekt zasługiwał na miano apartamentu należy o niego zadbać tj. odświeżyć oraz wyczyścić. Lokal który wynajmowałem nosił widoczne ślady użytkownika poprzednich gości i nikt o to nie zadbał, aby to poprawić m.in poplamiona kanapa oraz dywan, brudne firanki, poniszczone listwy, zepsuta roleta okienna oraz odpadający wieszak na ręcznik.

Palazzo bello e curato in ottima posizione, camere confortevoli, temperatura interna ideale.

Ritirare le chiavi è stato semplice, le si ritira negli uffici del residence. La posizione è in centro ma defilata dalla confusione. Condominio molto curato, appartamento spazioso e ben arredato, riscaldamento ottimo, attrezzatura da letto completa e confortevole. Al piano terra ci sono un paio di ristoranti molto belli dove si mangia benissimo.

Entrare la prima volta non è semplicissimo. Il residence è grande anche se ben segnalato. Il badge per aprire il cancello da solo non basta, bisogna digitare il numero di palazzina e appartamento ma non ce lo avevano detto, ci siamo arrivati da soli dopo 10 minuti che eravamo sotto la pioggia battente. Manca il tappeto per la doccia, ed essendo aperta era necessario. Cuscini di dimensioni davvero piccole per dormirci. La porta della camera padronale non si chiudeva perchè c'era il letto davanti.

Es war einfach nur schön. Danzig ist eine super schöne Stadt. Es gibt viel zu sehen und zu entdecken

Die Schlüsselübergabe hat super funktioniert. Ein Telefonat und man wusste sofort wo das Büro ist um die Schlüssel abzuholen.

Great location, beautiful apartment

The apartments were clean, warm & in a great location. We had one with a balcony that over looked the river.

We could have done with an extra key in case we wanted to do anything separately.

Danzig ist immer schön.

Lage ist sehr schön.Sie können wichtige Orte in Danzig zu Fuß erreichen. Allein Apartament ist sehr modern und gut ausgestattet.

Abgesehen davon, dass es ziemlich teuer ist , fällt mir nicht anderes ein.

To był horror z pająkami w brudnym Apartamencie z usterkami technicznymi. Mieliśmy nieprzespaną noc.

NIE POLECAM

"Apartament" był brudny (poplamiona kanapa w salonie, brudne wentylatory, brudna słuchawka od deszczownicy, brudny balkon i meble na balkonie). "Apartament" miał liczne usterki techniczne (poobrywane zasłony, urwany led, pęknięta płytka na podłodze w hallu, przeciekający wc, w kuchni między szafkami odklejała się płyta pomiędzy blatem a szafkami, w kuchni popsuty wentylator z którego wylazły dwa duże pająki), wszechobecne pająki pomimo tego, że mieszkanie było na drugim piętrze. Brak klimatyzacji. Dodatkowo płatne miejsce postojowe w wys. 50 pln. Pobieranie kaucji 500 pln i zwrot pieniędzy dopiero po kilku dniach. Pomimo prośby nie spisują protokołu zdawczo - odbiorczego, więc lepiej robić zdjęcia przed i po. OGÓLNIE NIE POLECAM ! Z uwagi na bliskość mostu zwodzonego co jakiś czas słychać wiele razy dziennie dźwięk ostrzegawczy. Niemiła obsługa firmy, która pomimo zgłoszonych zastrzeżeń i pająków w szumnie nazywanym Apartamencie nie chciała zmienić mieszkania tylko za dodatkową opłatą za sprzątanie w wysokości 150 pln (próba naciągania). SZCZERZE ODRADZAM ! My mieliśmy nieprzespaną noc przed podróżą a pająki były też w sypialni. To był horror !

Es gab kein Frühstücksangebot außer dem Restaurant nebenan und eher schlecht als recht

Kein vergleichbares Frühstücksangebot oder aber wahlweise Halbpansion vor Ort buchbar. Schmale nicht trennbare (zu Einzelbetten) und unbequeme Betten. Äußerst bedienungsunfreundliche Küchengeräte (schwierig zu bedienen) Schmucklose und nur mit zwei Korbstühlen ausgestattet Balkonterrasse. Hand- und Badehandtücher waren nicht ganz weiß (leicht gelblich, was auf schlechte Waschqualität zurück zu führen ist. Es gab auch keine Möglichkeiten die Handtücher im Bad aufzuhängen. Kleiderschrank durch das Doppelbett schwer zugänglich (viel zu eng zw. Doppelbett und Schrank), (keine durchdachte Planung).Im Zimmer befand sich auch keine Garderobe.

The location, right next to the old town. The apartment is exactly as showed in the photos. It's fully equiped with everything needed.

Some towels weren't properly cleaned, the toaster was full of melted/burned cheese leftovers (used and not cleaned). Our apartment was facing a new construction area in which they started working very soon and therefore didn't allow us to rest until late.

Apartments exceeded our expectations! Clean, cosy, modern and with breathtaking view! Old town is just 2 minutes far away from apartments but in the same time-plave is very quite and relaxing.

Highly recommended for couples and location is as good as it gets.

Sellection of kitchen equipment could be better. (Knifes not sharp and no sharpener available) Sellection of glasses and cups rather limited. This is absoluitely no problem as what you need is there. To lift this apartment from present very high level to superb, would bee to install air-condition, alterative to make fan available and to improve the kitchen amendments a bit.
