Highly recommend this property for its convenient location for a short stay in Lake Como.

We had a wonderful first time in Como and it was mainly due to our accommodation! The host Livia was very pleasant and nice and helpful, she even recommended some restaurants for us to experience the local culinary culture. The apartment has very nice interior, the rooms were very spacious and well air conditioned- just like in the photos! The location was right in the middle of the town centre, which meant that there were a lot of restaurants near by which were walking distance, as well as pharmacies, gelato shop and souvenir stores. It was also near the ferry pier, so you can visit the other villages, and the cable car which took you to the top to see the Como scenery. The balcony had a wonderful view looking towards the Lake Como, so you could enjoy the sunrise/ sunset within the comfort of the accommodation! We highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Lake Como!

Great apartment in the heart of Como

Great location in Como close to everything. Despite being in the center of the main square off the ferry dock, the apartment was quiet as all windows are new. Good air conditioning -which is rare and very needed. Big rooms; high ceilings; 2 beautiful bathrooms; the basics for kitchen needs. Wonderful service from Livia who greeted us at the apartment and was available to answer questions as needed during our stay.

Wonderful rental property that’s worth splurging on, as long as you’re OK with a firm mattress

We stayed for two weeks in May 2022. The location is fantastic - right next to the ferry terminal and one of the train stations, with a great restaurant right in front of the building and multiple gelato shops within two to three blocks. The rental exceeded our expectations; the sunset from the balcony was beautiful (see photo), the rooms were clean and spacious, the automatic blinds on the windows helped block out noise and early morning light, and the AC was strong enough to keep us cool in high-80s temperatures. We also enjoyed being able to relax late at night by watching our favorite TV shows on the big screen TV (we brought our Apple TV and an HDMI cable from home and were easily able to stream Netflix, iTunes etc.). Livia was also very helpful - she gave us some good tips when we arrived, and ordered a taxi for us when we left.

The only drawback to our entire two-week stay was that the bed was too hard. We sleep on a medium firm mattress at home, but this mattress left us with achy backs in the morning.

convenience to all of the shops and restaurants. The apartment was luxurious. The owners had thought of everything to make our stay delightful. It was in the same building as 5 star Vista hotel which was double our price.

What was proposed is exactly what you got. Everything was punctual, brand new clean, excellent location and very spacious appartment, great value for money. Much better proposition than any hotel around. The appartment lake view is amazing and it is located in the true heart of the true center.

Very trivial things - like a clothes washing machine. Almost nothing.

Amazing place!

Very comfortable, very nice and style interior. Livia kindly let us stay and was very patient and welcoming! She talked about the most interesting places in Como and helped with the transfer! excellent service!

Most beautiful Apartment in Como

This is one of the most beautiful apartments I have stayed in. It’s very spacious, high quality furnitures, huge balcony and amazing Bathrooms. The location couldn’t be better. Direct View on the lake, the ferry is right next to the apartment and all restaurants are in immediate walking distance. Livia our host helped us several times with great suggestions of places to visit and how to get around the fastest. We had a great experience here and will definitely come again.

A View of Paradise

Fantastic location , furnishings and shower. The balcony was the best. You go to the lake to enjoy the lake so being able to always look at it from your balcony was sublime. We enjoyed our coffee every morning out on the balcony then in the evening with our wine.

The A/C is not like other luxury properties in Europe ….so if you go to Como in extreme hot weather (97-100 degrees daily), don’t expect to sleep comfortably , unless you sleep in the guest rear bedroom . The front gets hot even with the ( automatic = great) shutters closed during the heat of the day.

It’s in the old town. Breathtaking views, beautiful sunset, close to everything including restaurants, shopping, duomo, and ferry port to Bellagio. The balcony is very nice!
