Nice clean apartment, perfect location, good price-value ratio.

Nice clean apartment, beds were comfortable in the main rooms, amazing shaded balcony, perfect central location close to Acropolis, well-equipped kitchen, easy communication with staff.

AC was not working properly in either of the rooms (but appreciated that the host was offering to repair as soon as it was possible.) Bathroom is definetly too small, but managable. We were 5 ppl, but would rather recommend for 4 ppl max.

Superb

Excellent location, could walk to all major tourist attractions easily. Five minute walk to a bakery and cafeteria, 10-15 minutes to the Acropolis. Very clean and loved having our own kitchen and washing machine. Loved the character of the building as well, and the staff was very organized and responsive.

Bathtub/shower was quite small. But we managed….even my larger husband.

Comfortable, clean apartment in great location.

The apartment is nice: old fashioned, but clean with new beds, and everything works great. The location was perfect - easy walk to all downtown tourist sites, including the acropolis and plaka. Hosts were super responsive, ordered a cab for us from the airport, and the instructions to get in were perfect. Many restaurants a couple blocks from apartment, which were delicious and not full of tourists (ie cheaper).

Only complaint was the upstairs neighbors were pretty loud from 2-4 am 2 out of 3 nights, which was a nuisance for some of our family. Others slept through it fine.

Very good

Nice two bed one bath apartment in a neighborhood close to restaurants and the Acropolis.

The meet up when we arrived was confusing and frustrating especially since we had been traveling for 30 hours. The woman who finally showed up to let us in did not know anything about the apartment or the area.

Central comfortable apartment with garden

Very nice apartment, we were in 2 but it comfortably forts 4(2 double bedrooms). Excellent location around 10 min walk to Acropolis yet in a quiet neighborhood, close to shops and cafes Would really recommend when in Athens

The apartment was beautiful and spacious. It was very clean and we felt safe. I would definitely stay here again!

the property was in a good location and walkable to a lot of restaurants.

the self check in policy was confusing and inconvenient.

Great base to explore the Acropolis area. Koukaki is a nice neighborhood

Location, cleanliness

A bit too small for 5 guests. The sitting room was “sacrificed” to make another bed. AC in one room did not function properly.

disappointing

They made us collect the key from some random location on route. arrived there and the key not there. made to wait outside the property about an hour before someone came with the key!! it’s 9pm at night! had to make 10 phone calls to organise it myself. not an apology from the managers of the property!

Like a Greek on Filopappou Hill

Great location, 10 minutes walk and you are on top of Filopappou Hill or at the foot of Acropolis. Great supermarket in 2 minutes walk (sklavenitis). Rooms are spacious, in old fashioned classical style with fireplace in the living room. Beds are huge, 1.8m wide, if 2 beds are not enough, there is a couch in the living room. Everything is clean and all appliances are in place for long stay.

A bit shady inside. Which is actually good during summer time. But during winter, you want your home full of light.

excellent beds, very quiet at night

the beds were very comfortable. American king beds!!! quiet at night. yet very close to excellent restaurants nice air conditioned and washing machine. all amenities. very easy to get hold property managers and outstanding taxi arrangements.

shower had odd bump in it. useable space very small. found pretty difficult to get out of as step down was far with nothing to hang onto. not much toilet paper. no directions on stove. had never seen this kind. or washing machine. no basic condiments.

Quiet place in center of Athens perfect for family, but check if AC works.

The location of this place is awesome, it's very center but very quiet. There is plenty of space and very nice stuffed kitchen and working washing machine. So families will enjoy the place a lot. Also, you will feel as they say that it is your home in Athens, not a hotel. You like live in there. There is wide but quiet street, so you can park your car!

One AC didn't work at all. Sleeping in August heat without AC is tough.

Good apartment that we will recommend to any family, located in a safe and touristic area.

the apartment was clean with a very comfortable kitchen and was big enough for our family, specially kids liked it. it was warm and the WiFi was stable;very close to the touristic areas. The hotel manager support and communication and transport arrangement were very excellent from the airport to the apartment and even to the other city and then from apartment to the airport. Very good host! Good apartment that we will recommend to any family, located in a safe and touristic area.

the neighbors upstairs were a bit nosy during their (Greek) holiday celebration.
