good for overnight. Repaxing, easy to get to

breakfast was yummy! quiet place, got good sleep. Perfect for 1 night stop over. near bars and restaurants. Walking distance. ATM on site. friendly staff. Money exchange rate better than airport. clean, hot shower, good water pressure. safe drinking water provided. and in room massage available.

The staff are all very nice, helpful, respectful, always smiling. They made me feel at home.. Very clean, spotless.. The location is very convenient with J mall center, banks, local restaurants.. everything you need is there, just a step away from the hotel. Free shuttle bus to and from the airport

overall, the stay was good. has a good security and has alot of elevators so the there’s no long queue. staff is very ac

the location is convenient to SM mall, it is also near to Sto.Nino church if you’d like to visit. The staff was accommodating, courteous and professional, and their patience was superb, was late for their free airport shuttle ride but their attendant was patiently waiting, still with a welcoming smile. room was clean, no unnecessary smell, bathroom is clean and has a Hot shower, which is excellent. the toilet is one of a kind, has a unique way of washing your thingy, so techy, (one you see in Japan). breakfast was good, all warm and fresh, there was a salad and soup area which is a plus point, dining hall was neat, tables are not too crowded. plus, there is a mall few steps outside the inn which has a grocery stop inside convenient for errands for snacks and necessities.

ac was slow in in making the room cooler. not that soundproof, the noise from the upper floors were heard, probably they were moving some furnitures(idk). the sink in the dining area was clogged, when first used.

Awesome staff. Great location. Very clean.

Toilet would not flush in room. No iron/ board. We could smell cigarettes smoke at times in our non- smoking room. We told front desk of this and it got better.

Good located for our needs. Friendly staff and nice view over the city.

Facilities are still closed, like the top floor water park/pool area. Don't know why but as there is no restrictions now it should be open. It would have been giving us more opportunities to see the city on the mountain side as well.

Staff will always greet you with a smile. They are trustworthy too, you can confidently leave your valuables in the room. I have not experienced any problems with my things.

Staff are courteous. Facility is clean.

There was no clear instructions on how to turn on the shower in the bathroom. Also, the waiting area by the main entrance door has no a/c. And I could use another pillow.

Surprisingly excellent.

Breakfast was OK not too much selection. The hotels location was perfect 🥰 💞 Would like to come back again someday.

a hell hole that’s ment to squeeze the last pesos out of its guests

leaving was the best experience about Toyoko hotel

I liked nothing about this property or it’s staff on arrival we are told to wait until 4 pm to check in we arrived just before 1 pm but if we payed 500 pesos to join some club we could have our rooms immediately we are all pensioners
