Located at the Beaver Creek resort in Colorado, this well-appointed house sits on the 17th hole of the Country Club of The Rockies. Situated in a gated community on a private lot with grand views of the back bowls of Vail, this house is fantastic for the skier, angler, or business person. Beaver Creek is the hidden gem of Colorado, with great slopes and less crowds. The Arrowhead subdivision, surrounded by little towns, is an easy drive to find great shops and even better eateries. Just a 5-minute drive to the ski lift via a free bus, Edwards and Avon, and a 10-minute drive to the Village of Beaver Creek. Opt for a ski day in Vail- just 20 minutes down the road.

A ski bus- comes to the house when called to take you to the bottom of Arrowhead in just 5 minutes. Convenience at it’s best.

The house is truly a private residence, with high-end furniture, artwork and amenities. A full chef’s kitchen, game room and private outdoor hot tub awaits you. A fully appointed kitchen allows you to prepare a holiday dinner or sit back and relax for a catered meal.

This is a great house for multiple families; three ample bedrooms with ensuite baths and a lower level for kids. A den converts to a bedroom with an attached full bath for extra space.

Accommodations are beautiful. Kirsten called first day to make sure we had everything we needed, and gave us her recommendations of things to do with the kids. First week of June is really quiet, which gave us all the time we wanted on the tennis and pickle ball courts.

Kiersten was a great host. I felt welcome in this beautiful home and my family loved it. The decor is great and lots of little things like condiments and spices and barware were so appreciated. Very spacious gorgeous house with lots of privacy as well as large family areas. Very clean, beds comfortable and bathrooms are upscale nice and lots of hot water! We took the bus from literally the end of the private driveway to Arrowhead/ Beaver creek. We spent 2 days on the back bowls at Vail. Which was a short drive. Great trip !! Great house great hosts….Thank you!!

The home was excellent. About a 10 min drive to Westin or Beaver creek base. Can take the shuttle to Arrowhead. Had 3 families there with plenty of room. Some mix up on the hot tub which was fixed towards the end of trip. So 4 stars on cleanliness. This is a one time event. The home is well designed for privacy for each family and has a very nice kitchen. The home is quiet and secluded to allow for great relaxation. The parking is a bit tricky since it is at the end of the block. Would highly recommend for groups up to 15. The host was extremely responsive and took care of things in a timely manner. Hope to return to this home in future trips to Beaver Creek. Get food supplies after checking in, there are alot of spices etc there already from prior guests. We left a few extras ourselves. I would recommend grocery shopping at Village Market in Edwards. Closer than CIty Market in Avon.

Beautiful house! It was truly the perfect house for our family gathering with plenty of room to accommodate our large group with ages ranging from 3 years old to 99! Great open layout, big kitchen which had everything we needed for cooking, an awesome game room downstairs and comfortable, spacious bedrooms. Kirsten was so easy to work with during the booking process and provided us with lots of information about activities, restaurants, etc. in the area. I would highly recommend staying here!

Everything was great! We absolutely loved the house and the backyard was perfect for the kids to play in the snow. There was more than enough room for our party of 12. Highly recommended!

A perfect house for our annual family skiing vacation with my 3 sons and their families and the location and ease of getting to Beaver Creek made it work well for all 12 of us. The house was beautiful, loved the hot tub, and the kitchen was well equipped

Other than a little booking issue (which was taken care of) we had a wonderful stay. All of my buddies commented that this was one of the nicest stays we have had ever. Super easy to get the shuttle to pick us up as they literally backed right up to the house. Nothing really to complain about.

The property was even better than we expected. There was plenty of space for our large group. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed and there were plenty of bathrooms. The hot tub was a big plus after a long day of skiing and the kids had a blast sledding down a hill right in the backyard. We skied mostly in Vail which is about a 15-20 minute easy drive. Beaver Creek is also a great spot to ski and there is a shuttle service that you can call and have them pick your group up on the drive way of the house and it takes you to Arrowhead. From there you can get scheduled shuttles right to the slopes in Beaver Creek. Same thing for returning home. We did our grocery shopping at a nearby Walmart and ate most of our meals at home, but we did have dinner one night at Sauce on the Creek which was delicious. The only problem we had was that when we arrived (around 3), the heating was not on. After realizing there was a problem with the system, a plumber was called to the property. The heating was fixed at around 12 AM so the first day was not ideal, but the homeowner did fix the problem. Overall, it was an awesome vacation for our family.

This was a great place to stay for a larger group. The shuttle service is so convenient to get to the ski lift. The bus comes right to the end of the driveway and drops you off just steps from the arrowbahn lift. The spacious living rooms and hot tub were great for gathering.

We loved our stay at the house. We were 3 families on a ski vacation in Vail. The house is prettier than the photos! Multiple bed rooms & levels provided just the right amount of privacy for each family. The shared spaces are great - living room views are stunning, kitchen has everything you can ask for and there is a basement den with pool table where we spent countless evening hours! Kirsten, the owner, was super helpful and always very responsive. We had a couple of minor issues and she was quick to respond and get them sorted out! Would highly recommend staying here to anyone considering a visit to Beaver Creek / Vail. And would love to stay here again!

House was perfect for our two families enjoying a ski trip for Spring Break. Nicely decorated and plenty of space. Owner was accessible for questions and provided good suggestions and recommendations. Only negative was that the hot tub didn't work (wouldn't get hot) until the morning we checked out--and that was a requirement for selecting the property in the first place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Had to move the trundle beds for some privacy/quiet, and forgot to move them back. Sorry 🙁� Everything else met our needs with a fabulous location and easy shuttle to the lift. Thanks for sharing Your property with our ski 🎿� group. It helped group and making our 37yr a success and trip to remember.

The house was great for a large group. Very close to Beaver Creek and Vail for skiing / snowboarding. Kristen was great prior to our arrival and during our stay, taking care of anything we needed.

We fell in love with the house the moment we pulled up the driveway. It is conveniently located just a few minutes away from the Beaver Creek ski resort, which is what we were looking for. Inside, the house is VERY well equipped (bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen) with all the amenities one would need for a worry-free getaway. Lastly, the owner was very easy to reach and just a phone call away to solve any of our questions. She made our arrival and stay a very pleasant one. We would love to come back to his home!!!

Great Property for large groups. Amenities are very nice throughout. Comfortable and spacious so you can spread out. Concierge van service for pick ups and drop offs at the lift was awesome! My group said if we ever returned to Beaver Creek, they would stay here again!

LOVED the house, the location and had an amazing time. HUGE house and great for a large group to stay comfortably. Not to mention the house is fully stocked with everything, even down to shampoo, coffee, etc. Great experience and would highly recommend!
