Buona soluzione

Posizione, stile

Il bagno è molto di stile ma pensato male. Mentre ci si fa la doccia l’acqua va a finire fra la vasca e il muro (essendo la vasca free standing). Avrei anche messo qualche luce in più in camera.

Superb

Stunning little place with the best views of the Giralda from not one but two balconies! It was a belated birthday trip for my husband, and staff went above and beyond to make it a memorable and comfortable stay. Highly recommend it.

Just a small thing, but water spilt sideways and went everywhere on the bathroom floor after a shower and took a while to dry.

A room in a good location but spoilt by too much noise

Location was good. Apartment clean.

The noise...in the evening and early morning. Would rather comprise on location and have a good nights sleep. Apartment functional,no frills

Although there was no physical reception, the communication by Watsapp was very efficient and helpful. Meticulously clean, and perfect central location.

Confusing. bare minimum

it was clean.

first of all, I found it very hard to distinguish where this property was. I was under the impression that the main address for the hotel was where I was staying and spent 40 mins looking for that property. after a long time we realised, we were being directed to an entirely different address altogether. I think this should’ve been made very clear in the check in instructions. I understand you may have several properties but it’s important to provide the customer with all the relevant information. A map could’ve been provided, a clear distinction that we were not staying in the hotel but a separate unmarked property would’ve been appreciated. Finally, a bottle of water would’ve been nice.

Great location, easy access and great staff.

Lovely property, great location and massive bed

Not sure it needed 2 tvs and both my partner and I found the bathroom to be inconvenient due to the wall cut out being by the bedside meaning when on the toilet it felt a little revealing.

Location of the room is very central and close to all attractions. The room also was equipped with a small kitchen

Little Gem in the heart of Historical Centre.

Great location. Friendly staff. Easy access to everything.

The only negative thing that I could say is that the shower does not drain quickly enough so this causes floor flooding.

Our breakfast arrived 2 hours late after a couple of phone calls on a public holiday. Very disappointing.

Not part of the hotel. Breakfast was poor . But location was very central.

Location was excellent and the bed was super comfy. Nice modern style.

Breakfast was really poor e.g. broken biscuits, stale crunchy croissant and fruit salad where the bananas and apples had turned brown. Served in the room with no choice . The advert was misleading as I had thought I booked into the boutique hotel, but these rooms are totally separate from the hotel. So you get none of the facilities of a boutique hotel such as a buffet breakfast and nice toiletries. Really disappointing.

Amazing city and top hotel

Amazing location. Jacuzzi on balcony as we were upgraded. Great view from balcony. Friendly staff. Lift straight into room. Absolutely loved our stay and hotel

great fun- comfy and with very helpful staff

the location was great! comfy bed and good bathroom the staff were lovely and extremely helpful

there were not many utensils for preparing food… no sharp knives for slicing…

Perfect stay

Our accomodation was changed. We had modern apartment next to the Cathedral, Alcazar and many restaurants at no extra cost. Check in with easy door code, two big roof terraces with amazing view, coffee machine, friendly and helpful staff. Recommend!

I loved this room. It’s Uber modern and extremely comfortable and a great, central location.

We were upgraded to Welldone Sierpes due to neighbouring construction works at Welldone Cathedral. The staff at Welldone Sierpes could not have been more helpful and attentive. The room was an apartment style with a kitchenette. The staff even left us a bottle of Cava. The room was huge with a hydrobath!

Being so very central on the main Sierpes pedestrian area the room was noisy. Even the bin carts went by around 1am to clean the streets.

Seville is lovely but wouldn’t go when they have a festival on as way too busy

sierpes hotel - room 104 nice and large , great bathroom. staff very good location of hotel - very noisy

we were meant to stay in the penthouse with plunge pool at the well done cathedral but few weeks before we were told they were closing this hotel as building works adjacent . we stayed at their sister hotel sierpes. location central but very noisy and locked out a couple of times as key code didn’t work we visited welldone cathedral and the surrounding area various times as a pretty area with lots of restaurants by the cathedral and saw no evidence of building works and on our last evening we went their again and all the lights were on in one of the apartments ?? - not sure what was going on but Seville was very busy with their April fair . left disappointed

Lovely apartment right next to the cathedral. Daily cleaning service and it was spotlessly clean. Access via door code rather than a key.

Perfect central position. Cozy apartment.

There was a weird notice by the staff couple of days before the arrival. I was informed that my apartment would not have been available due to some work inside a building nearby, so they proposed a change to another building of the same chain. Once I asked for more details they confirmed to me that we could have stayed at the first apartment.

The perfect location, with gorgeous food and beautiful city architecture.

Location was just perfect, we had a lovely view from our balcony of the Cathedral. Everything was just a few minutes walking distance with plenty of lovely food restaurants and bars on our doorstep. Would highly recommend, you won't be disapointed.

Leaving this beautiful place and going home!

We liked Seville. Wish we had had a hotel.

Location

This is not a hotel. No one was ever at reception. When we couldn’t get in, asked a man next door to call and someone came to register us and give us a door code. TV didn’t work. Small room with minimalist furniture. We saw no one in 4 days. It was weird.

Amazing weekend break with friends.

Room was a really good size and very bright and clean. staff were amazing and couldn’t be more helpful even brought a delicious breakfast to our room. Would definitely highly recommend!!

Hotel was a little disappointing, but the staff were very helpful

We really liked the room, although missed the plunge pool that we had booked. We were put in another hotel - Sierpes Boutique, Seville. There was no view as such, whereas on our original booking we would have been able to see Cathedral from our roof terrace. We could only view shops and apartments, in our pedestrianised street, so taxi could not collect us from hotel.

The breakfast was very dull, too sweet. Plenty of chocolate or cake but not to our liking - we sent most back.

Comfortable stay in perfect location

Outstanding location among narrow lanes very close to the Cathedral and a short walk from other city centre attractions. Surrounded by good restaurants and bars. Everything worked, including the contactless access, and the bed was comfortable. Surprisingly quiet. Responsive WhatsApp reception service.

Breakfast was poor for the price we paid. No reception, so a lot of online paperwork for the guest.
