Exceptional

Great room and bed for the money with good AC and facilities. Staff super friendly despite not speaking English. Rented me a scooter for cheap as well. Has a modest gym for when it's not too hot

Laundry included would be nice but couldn't complain

Great!

Breakfast was just bananas or bananas and eggs, very basic but appreciated as I didn’t know it was included. 2 bottles of water are also put outside the room every day. Bird is really helpful and he took me to rent a scooter. The room initially smelled of sewage due to a blocked drain so they happily swapped my room for me.

The heavy use of air freshener (many guesthouses do this)

Great value for money! i extended a stay in here by one more day simply because the owner made it so convenient for us. They did an extra effort to make our stay enjoyable🤩🤩🤩! Arranging scooter rental, transfer to an airport and in general amazing speed of responsivness 👍👍👍. We rented the place due to proximity to Kite surf school. and it was a great choice - 4 mins by scooter to KiteZone Phuket. we had marvelous 4 days in total enjoying kitesurfing and staying in vii house.

❤️Excellent value for money❤️

Excellent value for money. Owner does it all to sort all our requirements and questions. They offered us a lift to rent a scooter, arranged a taxi to the airport, fixed at speed of light small thing in the room only a min after we asked! We selected the place for KiteZone Phuket place where we had fantastic experience (4 days) of kitesurfing and this place is literally 5 mins away by scooter and still in a very quite zone of busy Phuket :-)

Friendly staff and clean rooms

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They were willing to help me bring me baggage from my old accommodation to there, which helped me a lot. The room was very clean and well kept.

I booked this place for the gym but it hadn’t been used in a long time so the equipment was either dirty or didn’t work, and only one of three fans in the gym worked so it was too hot to workout in there.

Superb

The property was very clean, it had everything you would need in the room, great gym facilities and the owners are very friendly and went out of there way to help us. Rawai is a busy local town with great bars and restaurants. I would advise renting a moped for when you stay here as it’s a 20 minute walk into town or you can grab a taxi. I would definitely recommend this place great budget accommodation.

Superb

Friendly staff, always there to help you out in any way possible. We asked a few cuttlery and plates to have meals since the room has fridge and kettle (there's a table and chairs outside to use). Room is spacious and comfortable. WiFi is good. Really good location if you want to stay out of city centre.

Just a few recommendations: staff that speaks English would be ideal, avoiding mistranslations using Google translator or disturbing other guests. The ?kitchenette in back of the room wasn't really useful as it had no appliances...still can't tell what's the purpose. Better motorbike maintenance.

Superb

We ended up staying 1 week for we felt comfortable in this guesthouse. The room is big, there is a fridge, kettle and cutlery and plates are offered if you want to have breakfast in table outside your room - quite convenient. A/c work well. Hot shower available. Very close to main road and easy access to beaches in Rawai.

More clarity regarding bed& breakfast conditions: should change booking status for guesthouse only so there's no room for misunderstanding. Communication is really hard with the keeper, despite her full attention to our requests with a smile. Just use Google translator! Bike rental is available but the bike we rented wasn't properly maintained...just a few improvements that could be done going forward.

Hidden Gem

The perfect place to stay in Rawai, Phuket. Large, clean room with great A/C. Situated on a very quiet street with only a short ride to great restaurants, bars and beaches. The hosts are amazing and were willing to help with any of our need. Will definitely be back. Thanks you.
