Over facilities such as location, promendade and the connected malls were convenient and wonderful and staff were kind and caring.
Though I booked ocean view rooms, the construction and noise were not pleasant to enjoy the stay and the floors a bit lower than I expected. I think the booking.com should have notified me earlier of the limit of floor per type of rooms I book. they say can’t go beyond certain floors due to my type of booking.

There is little to like when a Hotel advertises and prices as five star but presents as three star
This Hotel is WORN.
Hilton should be held to account for failing to maintain what must have been a very nice resort hotel in its day.
I had rust stains in my shower, scuff marks all over the walls, doors falling off hinges and aircon that rattled constantly.
Common areas are as bad.
The pool bar is rusting and empty.
The gym has water stains in the ceiling.
The breakfast buffet is amongst the most expensive I have ever encountered (and I am widely travelled).
There are many silly rules to follow.
The indoor pool carries a charge of W35,000 to use despite being a paying guest?!
The outdoor pool is swamped with Korean families (note Koreans do not swim, they stand and talk in the pool)
The staff are well trained, plentiful and professional. I feel sorry for them working in such conditions.

breakfast at DaMoim was good. Strolling around the hotel especially the walk side SongJeong Beach was BEAUTIFUL experience.
it couldn't be better. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel.

The hotel was amazing the staff was better and the food was to die for.
I didn't like the fact I couldn't stay there.

Beautiful awesome hotel. The pools were empty sadly. The schedule of the restaurants are extremely early but this is a Korean thing.
Beautiful location by the sea
Restaurants closed at 8.30pm

I selected the same room option that I chose last summer. Although it is still as of now not the peak season, they assigned me a room on the 3rd floor, unlike on the 7th floor last summer. It was a big disappointment. Many rooms were empty on the upper floor. How could you assign a room on the lowest floor so close to the construction area and it is loud all day long??? How can one relax to look at the ocean view???

clean and convenient.
due to the construction, we got noise and less fine view from the room. didn’t know my type of room has limitations in floors - only 2nd and 3rd floor. wish ti get informed in advance and it seems less flexibility in assigning rooms even in weekdays, which means less guests.. need more guest-friendly flexibility in their services!

Beautiful view and comfy beds
Very unclear instructions, low quality / inexistant service, Not feeling welcomed (you book just a
room with no service at all).

I want to swim in there but Hotel didn't explain exactly. Where is it? How was appearance? etc

Beautiful location.
Rooms slightly rough around the edges for a 5 star hotel.

The bathtub is good.
The air conditioning was not working. We called the front desk and the receptionist told us to simply open the door/window, which is ridiculous to hear for a 5-star hotel. Then she gave us a old metal fan which made a lot of noise at night. As we left the window open, we could hear the noise from outside, including the construction noise/drilling sound at 8:30am… what a night!!! One last thing, we asked for a few more bottles of water to bring with us on the road and was also told there would be additional charges. But people can get these water from the fitness center for free! This has truly been a disappointment. Do not recommend this place at all.

good view , comfortable bed, cosy, good food, friendly and helpful staff
perhaps should have shampoo gel instead of bar soap. Wish they could have toothbrush and toothpaste for their guests

Simply an amazing hotel to spend the night. We only spent a single night here as it nearly broke the bank, but what we got was just incredible. We had a stunning ocean view with a balcony. The room was absolutely huge, and the double bed was massive and very comfortable. The bathroom was also huge with two sinks, a walk in closet and a separate bath area looking over the ocean. We made sure to come back to the hotel early to take advantage of this amazing room.
We had dinner at The Moin buffet, which while expensive (around £70 a head), was amazing. There were several food sections, each providing a different style: western food which included different fish dishes, pizza and grilled meats (steak, lamb, shortrib, fish); eastern food which included stir-fries, shrimp tempura, dumplings, rice and meat dishes; a dedicated sashimi and sushi station with a sushi chef constantly refilling the stock; a vegetable station with different types of korean vegetables; and finally a very well stocked dessert station which had cakes, macaroons, ice cream and a chocolate fountain. It was one of the best meals we had during our time in Korea.
We didn't get an opportunity to try out the infinity pool since we arrived back too late, we had to pick between the pool and the buffet, and since we were starving we opted for the latter. If I stay here again, I would love to jump into the infinity pool.
The check in process was exceptional, our bags were taken when we arrived in the valet area by taxi, we went to the lobby on the 10th floor and got our keycards, went to the room and our bags were delivered soon after. We even managed to check in early, we arrived at the hotel at around 12pm and fully expected to leave our bags and go to the nearby Haedong Yonggungsa Temple which is about a 20-25 minute walk away, and then return to check in, but the room was ready when we arrived and they checked us in with no issues.
There is really not a lot that we disliked. Perhaps one of the only disappointments was the accessibilty of the hotel. It's on the far East end of Busan and did not have an easy route via public transport so we opted for a taxi. Luckily the journey for us was very straightforward as we were coming from the other side of Busan and were able to travel via the bridges and motorways the whole way. The cost of the taxi was also very reasonable.
It should also be mentioned that this hotel is expensive. We paid around £420 for a single night, plus £140 for the buffet for two people. But considering this is a 5* resort, it's difficult to complain and this is what were fully expecting.

Great location and facilities. New hotel that is well designed.
We didn't get to check in for 3 hours and had to wander around till our room was ready.

Our room has a great view of ocean and we were impressed by housekeeping - they organized even our belongings so nicely! Every employee was super friendly and helpful from concierge, front desk, bar, restaurant and etc.

The Club Lounge access offered a wide variety of extras. The Infinity pool, use of Lounge and general Ananti Town were all wonderful. Bedroom was large, accommodating with a calm mountain balcony view. Helpful staff, comfortable accommodation and facilities. It's big enough to accommodate its customers but small enough to feel comfortable and not over crowded.
Some small furnishings need a touch up, like trash cans and amenity boxes. Though my main area for concern was the cleaning staff's trolley parked outside my room in the morning. It would have been a little disturbing if I wanted to sleep in as you can hear everything.
1.5
Room design, cleaness,
check in location, elevator connections to parking, poor map indication in & out to each pacilities etc.
