The Complex consists of 30 privately owned bungalows around a large pool and each property is managed by its owner. We have a Vv license which enables us to rent our property legally. All communication with the owner will provide you with all the information you will need for a very comfortable stay.
A superb well furnished 1 bedroom bungalow set in a magnificent lawned Community garden with palm trees, shrubs and a large swimming pool. The property is situated on Estrella Del Mar in the town of Corralejo with a bus terminal 100 meters from the Complex. The property can be accessed by bus from the airport and services all the major tourist spots. The Estrella Del Mar Complex is in an up-market quiet area of Corralejo just 3 minutes from the sea and beach, 3 minutes to the Campanario centre with all the necessary shops and amenities and a 10 minute walk to the town Main Street. There is ample parking outside the Complex either on the Main Street of Avenidas Grandes Playas, or in the cul-de-sac at the rear entrance. There's is also a small car park outside the 3rd entrance to the site.
Estrella Del Mar is an oasis of tranquility with 30 bungalows set around a swimming pool and beautiful landscaped gardens. The Complex can be accessed via 3 entrances which are security gated with digital coded for access. The bungalow is semi detached and its entrance faces the swimming pool and all the gardens and has a South facing aspect with full sun. The pool has a child safety barrier around it and one shallow end. No diving is allowed. 4 communal showers are situated by the pool. There are pool loungers available around the pool and can be taken to your patio during the day but must be returned to the pool are area at the end of the day.
FACILITIES
Lounge - the lounge has a sofa which converts to a sofa bed, chairs, sideboard, UK TV, internet access with private WiFi to the bungalow, radio, DVD player. There is also a ceiling fan and warm lighting around the room. There is a dining table with 2 chairs and is suitable for 2 adults.
Kitchen - the kitchen is fitted and has an oven, ceramic hob, kettle, coffee maker, fridge/freezer, washing machine,toaster, sandwich maker, slow cooker, ample utensils, crockery, glasses, cookware etc. Ther is an iron and ironing board. Ther is also a fire alarm, carbon monoxide detector and fire extinguisher in the room.
Dining- the dining area is situated by the breakfast bar in the lounge.
Bathroom - the bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, bidet and storage cupboard.
Bedroom- the bedroom has twin beds with good mattresses, wardrobe, 2 chest of drawers, bedside tables and lamps. It has a ceiling fan and air conditioning has recently been installed in the bedroom. There is a security safe for storing your valuables in the wardrobe. There is also a hair dryer.
Safety features - the main entrance has a dead lock key entrance, a security key pad outside the bungalow for your bungalow key, smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher, security guards to all windows, exterior lighting.
Patio - the patio has a table and 4 chairs for outside dining, a clothes dryer and patio umbrella.
General- all bed linen and towels are provided. Subsequent weeks stay will have a change of bedding and towels. Tea towels are provided and a hand towel for the kitchen. There are some beach towels. Smoking is not allowed inside the bungalow and pets are not allowed. There are site rules which must be adhered to and these are displayed on the site noticeboard.
Although the site is accessible for wheel chairs, the interior of the bungalow is not suitable for wheel chair use. The price per week is inclusive of all amenities as mentioned with no added cost.
Check-in is usually after noon and check-out by 10:00. Please consult with the owner about times if they are not suitable.

Really impressed with this property..one of only 30 on complex. First time at this location...only 1 minute from Campanario. Well equipped with oven and microwave and large fridge space, British TV and CD/DVD player and on-site books available. Certainly recommend and look forward to returning next year. Great comms with owners.

The bungalow never saw a cleaner for the whole of our
11 night stay, we got one bed changed and that was just all start from a quick swish around the toilet. I do go on holiday to clean ( I will was dishes etc) But washing floors is o no go. The bedroom was really small making to get in / out of bed specially at night when there are no lights to switch on which won’t waken your partner. All in all the property is in a good location but not even that would be enough to entice me back.
We had to ask for clean bed linen when the cleaner came to check our passports the day after we arrived. Air conditioning was broken which we were only told about the day before we were due to arrive. Bedroom tiny and very awkward to get in and out bed. Photos make the property look a lot bigger than it actually is.

It was a lovely place to stay. Perfect WiFi and everything you need for your stay. The beach is a short cut to the Main Street and all the best beach bars. The Campanario centre is just minutes away. It has everything you need to buy. No need to take your iron or anything as the kitchen has everything. All in all a perfect place to stay. Also the neighbours were very helpful as well.

Mixture of rentals and full time owners some of the properties were empty,out of the 30 there were about 6 for rent and about 7 permanently occupied.

Communication with the owner prior to arrival was excellent. Property description was 100% accurate. Lovely accommodation stocked with absolutely everything you could possibly need. Area is peacefully quiet but at the same time within easy walking distance of everything should you wish to go out. Large supermarket was only five minutes walk away.
Perfect hosts and we would not hesitate to book again. Credit given to the owners for allowing us to have a great memorable holiday.

Everything we needed to do what we wanted
A lovely complex with bungalows round a pool. Friendly neighbours and a 5 minute walk to the nearest bar and restaurants and supermarket.
Literally a 5 minute walk on to the beach and a steady 25-35 walk to the harbour.
A perfect place for couples to stay . Enjoyed every minute.

Lovely bungalow with excellent location and well looked after communal areas. Fully equipped with everything you need. Extremely comfortable stay at this lovely property.
Only downside was children on complex continuously running round which I did not expect on a complex of 1 bedroom properties.
One of the bungalows is being rented out to a family with 2 children under 5. Although property lived up to expectations this did take the edge off what could have been an even more relaxing holiday. As this is only a small complex 4 children in total living here and constantly running around impacted on our stay.

Perfect location within easy walking distance to everything you could possibly want. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook but didn’t need to because of the location. Have already booked to go back!

Winter Sun in Corralejo
We have stayed in Corralejo twice before and chose this bungalow as it was close to the Campanario. It didn’t disappoint as it was a perfect location for walking to the town centre and to the beach. The bungalow was on a small development set in lovely well maintained gardens with a beautiful bougainvillea covering the outside area. It was very quiet and peaceful. The kitchen was very well stocked and had everything we needed. We ate out in the evening at different restaurants near the music square. There was a good choice of food on offer including seafood and tapas. As we stayed in December, it was quite cold in the evening but most restaurants had heaters so that we were able to sit outside. We really enjoyed our stay.

Enjoyable stay
Property had everything you could possibly need however the bedroom was overcrowded and difficult to move around. The wifi was hit and miss. Location was excellent and the development well maintained.

für mich war alles perfekt, ein wunderschöner Bungalow in herrlicher Lage mit toller Sonnenterrasse, sauberem Gemeinschaftspool in einer kleinen, ruhigen Bungalowgemeinschaft mit netten Nachbarn, nah zum Strand und in die Stadt (zu Fuß nur wenige Minuten), Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden, sehr gut eingerichtetes Appartement, mit allem, was man braucht.

On a passé un super séjour sur Corralejo. Le bungalow et sa terrasse sur laquelle nous avons passé beaucoup de temps. La petite résidence tranquille, jolie, discrète, intimiste et pourtant facilement ouverte sur la rencontre du voisinage sympathique.
Le logement est bien équipé, très agréable à vivre; il manquerait justement un beau lit double dans la chambre pour revenir avec ma chérie avec grand grand plaisir.

The bungalow is in a very secure and central location,cozy as in all the amenities you require for a holiday are here ,compact yes,very nice pool area,and any problem arising the support system they have in place is second to none be it the owners or cleaners/maintenance team.

Wij hebben twee heerlijke weken gehad in dit fijne appartementje. Het appartement was van alle gebruikersgemakken voorzien. We twijfelen niet om terug te keren als wij weer naar Fuerteventura gaan.

very good location, very quiet
very well maintained estate with 30 nice apartments. Ideal for two. Apartment is facing the sun. During the winter period it is wonderful if you want to have a sun bath and being protected from the wind. The apartment has everything you need and more. Strongly recommended.
