The host Karen is marvellous and went over and above to to ensure that we had the best experience. We went out for a picnic to Margaret River and as we travelled via Plane we didn't have any picnic gear, Karen amazingly provided us for the day. It ³ great to mingle with other travellers staying during our stay. It was special to us to come back each day to relax and enjoy the sunsets with beautiful company

This property and your host and her gorgeous dog will make you feel welcome and right at home.

Our stay was fabulous. Our host was friendly, knowledgeable and very welcoming. We felt completely at ease at Karen's place. She was approachable and informative, the bed was amazingly comfortable and the amenities and breakfast first rate. I will definitely be staying again. The location was super convenient to the beach and plenty of lovely places to eat and enjoy the perfect weather we had. The view from the pool/outdoor area is very lovely, the always changing ocean and magical sunsets were also a highlight. You can lay in bed in the Deluxe room and watch the movement of and on the ocean. We had a substantial breakage incident (our own fault entirely) which Karen dealt with, with understanding and no hysterics, she is an absolute gem x Many would not have been so cruisy in the same circumstances. Thank you Karen, it was lovely to meet you. We had a truly enjoyable, relaxing stay

Amazing place to relax and reset!

Karen, the owner was very friendly, location was amazing, house was lovely, breakfast and pool was a great bonus:) Felt very comfortable in the room and house;) Fridge and tea and coffee in room was great;) Our room hada beach/ pool view and a lovely ensuite too;) We really enjoyed our kid free break here and could walk to the beach, Mullaloo Hotel, cinemas and shops a short drive;) Thanks so much Karen!

Mullaloo is a very nice place to stay

It was a budget solution for me, staying there till I did fly out, so I took small room, got what I pay for The hostess Karen is very kind, breakfast is good , the whole place is fantastic. Highly recommended 5 min walking distance to the beach and beautiful park

A true place to recharge and enjoy ocean views.

Breakfast: Karen put in a lot of thought and offers a big spectrum of food options, some of which she sources from lil markets. It's nice to see healthy locally produced options, rather than just generic store stuff. Ambiance: perfect place to chill out. There are about 8 different areas to lounge in so you're never on top of each other. Plus the fresh air and Seabreeze that goes through the house will make you feel good. Beds: comfy as. Love the care and details she put in making the beds.

That it was fully booked and I couldn't extend my 4 night stay with another 2 nights :) hahahaha

Lovely stay, nice host.

Everything was lovely, breakfast included, free parking, close to shops and restaurants and lovely beach. Karen was very friendly and helpful. The lovely home with pool was very clean and lots of sun-chairs to lounge around by the pool . Can highly recommend and would definitely stay again.
