Lovely room, nicely decorated and comfortable beds. Nice walks from the door, very pretty countryside and loved all the wildlife, sparrows and swallows, rabbits and deer in the lane and of course the moorhen chicks in the garden!
Struggled to sleep through the grandfather clock chiming through the night. It wasn't that loud and didn't seem to be a problem for my daughter but I'm a very light sleeper.

Breakfast was very nice, homecooked food. Perfect for the beginning of the day.
The location was ideal for us to visit our son's family in Foulsham. But you need a car.
Very peaceful and quiet.
Can't think of anything.

Quiet, clean and friendly owners. Lovely full English breakfast cooked by the owner the following morning.
You didn’t seem to get a key for your room. However, this could have been as we were the only group staying at the time.

Lovely location. So tranquil . Hosts were very chatty and the breakfast was delicious. Would definitely stay again. Excellent value for money. Weather was warm and sunny. Breakfast was overlooking the garden which had a selection of birds in it.
There was nothing we didn't like.

Breakfast was excellent. Bedroom very clean and comfortable. Lovely and quiet place! Very great value for money!! Wi-Fi was strong.
Could have done with an extra sausage with the breakfast but that’s me being very picky.

After an epic drive from North Wales I was really looking forward to settling down in my room and I was hoped the place was decent, I needn't have worried !.
It was a little hard to find at first but maybe that was the fact the roads in the area are pitch black and I didn't see the signpost that told me where to turn.
I called the owner and told her where I was and she stayed on the phone giving me directions all the way to the door where she was very kindly standing outside waving at me, though I was probably about 200 metres away it still made it easier and it did help.
She showed me my room and explained when breakfast was and advised me what was open locally so I could get some well needed food.
The room was lovely and well appointed, a large very comfortable bed, a very spacious clean bathroom (with a bidet now you don't see those very often any more!), the place was a delight.
After a very good nights sleep I came down for breakfast which I ate whilst looking out on the gardens, almost to order a squirrel appeared and bounced round the garden while the array of birds swooping around was lovely, admittedly neither things were created by the owners but it really did add to the experience.
The breakfast was great (the sausages were gorgeous) and with a full stomach I reluctantly packed up my car and sadly had to leave for the day ahead.
As it was a trip for work I was only there for one night but I am already hoping my business takes me back to the area so I can come back again !
The signage showing the actual location of the property was quite small and I did miss it first time around and due to it being tucked away there wasn't anybody else I could ask for directions but the owner made up for this and saved the day.

Wood Farm is located in a beautiful, peaceful setting, just what we needed in a holiday. Upon arrival, we were shown up to our spacious garden-view room. Breakfast was very very good and plenty of it.

There was a lovely welcome when we arrived , the hosts adhered to covid rules, the house and our room were spotlessly clean and spacious. In the morning there was a beautifully cooked breakfast served, fresh coffee, cereals and fruit . We would highly recommend a stay .
We could not fault our stay

We stayed here for 2 nights whilst visiting Cromer\ Sheringham 30 minutes away. Signposted from around 500 yards out, we had an X5 and some of the roads were quite narrow but very little traffic so not a problem. The welcome was very friendly. We parked right right outside the front door. Upon entering we sanitised our hands using the sanitiser provided. The room upstairs in the Farm House was spacious with an en-suite (including a lovely power shower). The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was personal, freshly cooked and absolutely right for what we wanted (cereals, orange juice, toast. Tiptree jams, and a freshly cooked breakfast). Each morning we sat in the back garden and enjoyed the sun and birds song before breakfast. We never felt intruded upon, and everything was very relaxed although we were out all day and also out locally for dinner. Back at 9.15pm and a quick welcome bark from the dogs then all off to sleep. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend for any people wanting that quiet stay in the area.
Nothing - it was all good from us over the 2 nights.

Very clean, good location as (quiet), nice cooked breakfast (good choice, dog was welcome, nice local walk along disused railway track, big comfy bed, we will consider returning
Very poor WiFi, small TV (will bring my binoculars next time), well below par for these days. Being a bit picky....access for disabled or infirm will be hampered as the access to the building has a very deep gravel driveway, impossible if using wheel chair or on walking sticks

Beautiful farmhouse setting, everywhere is spotlessly clean, fantastic hosts and superb cooked breakfast. This place is the best B&B I’ve stayed in. Very dog friendly, lovely walks nearby
