Ubicación genial cama de la muerte.

La ubicación y el personal de gestión. Muy amables.

Alquilamos para 3 como es lógico debía haber ropa de cama para el sillón y toallas, lo trajeron al día siguiente así que bien. La cama de la habitación de matrimonio una basura, está hundida en el centro y el colchón es más grande que el somier.

Would recommend a 4th floor, 1 bed apartment with a balcony

House is ok. Position is great. The agency should improve.

Awesome position! It is in the middle of the main "hotspots" of El Medano. The bedroom remains fresh.

The house inside is ok. Be wary the shower can be very slippery! What I didn't like the most is that the agency managing the house didn't provide me with the keys for the laundry which is in the terrace. I asked the guy who give me the key to have them asap and I even sent a reminder via Watsapp the day after. They haven't even answered to that...

Insects in apartment

Location

We left the apartment after two days because it was full of insects (termites and something similar to small ants). Insects are everywhere. The furniture is old, nothing like the one in the picture. The apartment needs a complete renovation. We did not receive any help in finding a new apartment. The staff does not speak English. I don't recommend it.

Large apartment in the center of El Medano

For us the location was super - in the center of EL Medano, everything was close by. The apartment is in first floor, very large and comfortable, kitchen is fully equipped. As it is in the main street with restaurants and evening life, it is not suitable for those who are sensitive to noise. Free parking is not available at the location, but there is quite easy to find parking in the streets 5-10 min walking away.

Some pieces of furniture in the apartment are quite old and it would be nice to be replaced.

Everything as expected

Host was supposed to meet us but since we were running late, he made sure there will be someone to hand us the keys and show us the apartment. I fell unwell at the end of the stay and we changed our mind a few times (leaving, then staying, then leaving earlier) and the host was very understanding and patient. The apartment is not furnished in a modern style but is very clean. The bedroom bed - very comfortable. The living room couch - too. There is no air conditioner (which was something we got shocked to find out out was missing) but in the end, you don't need air con there firstly because it was not unbearably hot and, secondly, by opening the front-room and back-room windows, you can get plenty of air; and with El Medano, being always windy, the temperature in the apartment was perfect. Clear instructions where to dispose of the recyclable waste was given. A complementary water bottle in the fridge was much appreciated as we arrived late and shops were closed. Cooking felt like home - everything you needed was supplied. Very spacious and comfortable place. We loved it.

Very good location close to the restaurants, the boardwalk and the beach, very comfortable bed, good wifi

Since the location is super central it is quite noisy in the living room. The bedroom has a window to the stairs which was sometimes a bit loud as well. However, we’re not noise sensitive so it didn’t bother us too much

Recommend close to the beach and bars restaurants

Daniel was very good with communication before we arrived and during our stay via WhatsApp. Loved the new double mattress, the sharp knives and more kitchen equipment.

The main room does have a busy street below and some of the furniture does need an update. Especially the kitchen drainer above the sink.

Everything else! The location was great!! Lively with alot of restauranrs nearby and the beach 1 minute away Great vacations to breath a little and remember what life looks like in covid times

Some little points: - no washing machine: Daniel pointed me to a laundromat 2 minutes away. Could be complicated if you're staying more than a week.. - the fact that you need to throw away the trash in a plaza that is 4 minutes away (plaza rojo): no place to throw the cash in the building, but i think it's the same in all El Médano - regarding the noise: it's ok in the room when you close the door, but in the living room you hear everything on the street so beware if you are more than 2; however the lockdown is at 22h00 and it's calm after this hour

Perfect if you wake up early)

Everything else was very very good! Apartment provides a lot of space enough for two-three people, kitchen is well equipped, bathroom is a bit old, but also good enough. Bed is comfortable and the host was very kind to give me extra blanket. Hosts are very attentive and always available via WhatsApp, ready to help. I had a very good stay, thank you ☺️ I recommend to choose this place if you wake up early or difficult to disturb, then it's a very good deal!

The location itself is great - close to the beach and the best cafes and restaurants, but the window in the living room goes to a narrow and busy street, so from 7am till 22pm it's a bit noisy even if the window is closed. And you may want some fresh air, so it's difficult to keep window closed all day( It's also could be noisy in the bedroom, because the window there goes to the stairs. Keep in mind, that apartment is on the first floor, so you hear people who enter and exit the first floor. For me it was ok, I wake up at 7 am, but if you an owl and easy to wake up, you may need earplugs.
