Great apartment we loved our stay and would come again

It was a beautiful property, more spacious than it appears on the website. The location was fantastic and beds were comfortable. There is A/C and heating in the living room and bedrooms if needed. The kitchen was well stocked and bathroom was clean. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. The staff in the office downstairs were very accommodating and helpful.

Only thing is the flat does smell of drains when you first come in. I think this is just because it’s an old building but the smell seemed to come from the larger bathroom so maybe the drains need cleaning.

Good location

The location was excellent with plenty of restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops, etc. in close proximity. The corner unit had good lighting during the day. It had an elevator which is unusual in this part of Girona. The kitchen was functional.

The apartment and furnishings are pretty warm out. The bed mattress was old an lumpy. There was no filtered water or coffee cups which would have nice.

Central location, well equipped very clean and friendly staff

Very central location and great layout of the flat, equipped with all the essentials, washing machine, iron and board, kettle, coffee machine, and kitchen/dining equipment. Very clean and staff is friendly and helpful. Provided suitcase storage before check-in and after checking out. Air condition and heating both working well! Definitely come back.

Lovely apartment in the middle of the old city.

Very spacious and comfortable. Great having two bathrooms for a family. Kitchen was well appointed. Great location and very easy check in. Staff office is just across the road and they were quick to respond to inquiries.

Sound travelled between apartments but it was not too noisy.

Everything especially the location. Brilliant restaurants on our doorstep. Culture all around. Very clean apartment very well equipped. Security very good.

Lovely apartment in the best location

The location was fantastic and the apartment was a lovely comfortable base for the city. Having the Bravissimo office so near was great and all the staff we encountered were super helpful, particularly Marco, both before and during our trip. The whole process of checking in and out couldn't have been easier and we would highly recommend a stay in one of their properties. Wish we were still there!
