Nice alternative neighbourhood with small cafes Nd restaurants.

Staff was a bit limited in English.

Good hotel in a good place

Very good location, reasonable breakfasts, not annoying service, balcony (terrace) in the room make it very good

The size of the room is too small, only the balcony add value. We asked about the late checkout (1-2 hours later) because our flight was delayed and the answer was to pay the full daily rate, which is not really friendly for the leaving guest, especially if those few hours make any sence for the hotel.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und man die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen.

Das Frühstück war reichlich. Die Lage vom Iota Hotel ist genial - sehr zentral. Man kann alles gut zu Fuß erreichen.

Cappuccino, Milchkaffee musste man extra bezahlen und war nicht im Frühstück enthalten.

Not a VFM option but decent for a few nights

Location was good next to liberty square, room was clean and stuff was friendly.

The room was incredibly cramped; it barely fit a bed and a single chair, despite being intended for two guests. Our room faced the street on the second floor, which was disappointing and not what we had anticipated. The bedding configuration was for two single beds, making it uncomfortable to sleep with my partner. The bathroom was another issue, with a sliding door that had a gap, allowing the person on the bed to see someone using the toilet – an unacceptable lack of privacy. I requested an upgrade, but the exorbitant cost wasn't justified by any added value. Additionally, we arrived at the hotel after an early flight at 8:30 am and asked for an early check-in. We were shocked to be told this would cost 50% of the nightly rate, which felt unreasonable given that we had to check out at 11 pm on our last night.

A wonderful hotel in a great, central location near cute coffee shops and historical landmarks.

The breakfast was AMAZING! I loved the overall hotel aesthetic, and the staff was very helpful and welcoming. The location was perfect. I loved, LOVED the bathroom in my room. Gorgeous and thoughtful touches with the design. All of the plants on the property made me feel like I was in the jungle — they brought the outside in, and it was refreshing to experience after such a long time traveling.

The mattress was a bit too firm for me — felt like I was sleeping on plywood with a little padding on it.

Great location and nice hotel

Fantastic location and beautiful building. Comes with useful items - sewing kits, vanity kit, shower stuff, water etc. and a fridge in the room is very handy

Multiple times I asked the front desk to send someone to fix the tv in my room - the batteries were dead in the remote and as soon as I put the room key card in it automatically turned onto horror films… this was not fixed each time I asked, but fortunately I was able to find the tv off by finding the wall plug under the desk. Not a big issue but I would have hoped staff would have been more responsive given I was there for 3 days

The boutique property is ideally located and has a fabulous rooftop bar/restaurant.

The location is ideal, just a few minutes walk from all main tourist attractions, a bonus is that there is a lovely tea museum and wine bar right next door. The breakfast was delicious and hotel arranges transfers were affordable and really good. The roof top restaurant is great, we enjoyed drinks and dinner up here with city views.

Bathroom could have been cleaner and the size of the king rooms varied (as we were a group of friends we noticed the difference from one room to the next).

רוב השהייה המזגן לא עבד והיה חם. הטלויזיה עם ערוצים מקומיים בלבד. ללא יוטיוב וחלק מהזמן בכלל לא עבדה. הכריות קשות. החדרים פונים לרחוב או לחנייה ללא נוף או מבט לגינה. וללא מרפסת. המלון נראה יפה בתמונות. בפועל הוא סטנדרטי לחלוטין והצוות לא עושה יותר מדי כדי לעזור.

Will not stay here anymore!

Location only!

I never had an experience where 1. The staff was not helpfull 2. Room is not cleaned properly..I don’t think they clean it. 3. No refill for coffee or tea 4. The Rain shower water is all over the place..

الفندق بدون مكيفات يقولون انها عطلانة و إذا فتحت النافذة تحس انك نايم في وسط الشارع من قوة الازعاج و إذا قفلت النافذة تشعر بانك تختنق من النقص بالأكسجين و الكتمة

Overall excellent location, just 3 min walk from restaurants, Freedom Square, Mall, Metro Station, Nightlife etc.

Property was clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Restaurant was extremely convenient!

Great value for money and excellent restaurants.

Room was clean and modern, bathroom shower were fantastic. Lots of amenities in the room which was great for a short stay as would save packing razors, tooth bushes etc. The hotel restaurants were fantastic, exceptional value for money both have the same menu but the rooftop was beautiful on an evening. Value for money was incredible and staff really friendly.

Rooms could have been slightly bigger would recommend upgrading if you require more space.
