Apartmán pod Špilasem

Lokalita je super (kousek na Špilas i do města). Rozložení bytu. Klimatizace.

Koupelna měla zatuchlé aroma. S větší batožinou by byl problém, byt je ve 4. patře bez výtahu.

Fantastische tijd, in mooi groot appartement.

Prachtig appartement.

Hou er rekening mee dat het appartement op de 5e etage is en je 96 treden op moet om er te komen. (Er is geen lift) In de advertentie stond dat er gratis parkeergelegenheid op straat was, maar dat klopt niet. Het kost ongeveer 60 euro per dag (ook in de nacht moet er betaald worden) Parkeerautomaat werkt zeer slecht, dus hebben we de auto maar 3 km verderop in een parkeergarage gezet. (stukken goedkoper0

Mehr als enttäuschend!

Sehr missverständliche und dubiose Anweisungen zum Online-Check-In (Frage nach Ausweiskopie!!!). Angaben "Parkplatz inbegriffen" unverschämt: Es sind öffentliche Parkplätze an einer vielbefahrenen Straße, die alle belegt waren. Wir waren eine halbe Stunde auf der Suche nach einem Parkplatz! Wir konnten die Unterkunft wegen zahlreicher Missverständnisse (auch von Seiten der Gastgeber) nicht in Anspruch nehmen und erhielten von der Unterkunft keinerlei Entschädigung!

It could have been much better, but the owner did not care for the guests.

The apartment was quite large.

The apartment is situated very close to noisy Street.The access to the apartment was unnecessarily complicated and hard. The owner was really uncommunicative and unhelpful. He acted as if our group was a bunch of thiefs, trying to break into the apartment. We needed to give him much of our personal info, which also didn’t feel nice. The apartment is situated on the fifth floor which is tiring, regarding the fact that the building didn’t have elevator. The apartment smelled like cat urine, and was poorly equipped, as it did not have many kitchen utensils required for cooking.

A place for overnight

A big and modern apartment. Air conditioning and clean.

NO lift for the fifth floor apartment. No nearby restaurant and only a tiny grocery. Kitchen looks modern but lacking necessary facilities like cutting knives. We used normal dinning knife to cut the bread. The bathroom has no normal shower. Checking out time is early! Parking is not available and the public parking garage about 3 km away.

Terrible, NO GOOD AT ALL

The place is in a private residential building on the top floor of a very old building. 4 flight stairs and it feelt like 8. There is a constant louds noice in the kitchen. A tack tack, tick forever going. Constant, that is right! When I contacted the owner or administrator, They were so very rude and answered that I had to behave, that I could leave the apartment go to a hotel or stay in the bedroom, and that there I will not hear the noise. Yes, Incredible. No apologies, or that they were going to send someone to fix it. Yes, I rent an apartment to have more space and they state that I do not want to hear the noise I can spend my stay in the bedroom. The shower was broken and the water gets all over the place with not sufficient power to take a proper shower. Right after I was leaving a new client was coming, and only one there was the cleaning lady, so no fixing any of the dysfunctionalities in the apartment. One of the bedrooms is like being in someone's private bedroom with all the pictures of a family. If you want to work or rest it is not the place to stay. Somehow they believe that they have the right to take your money and be rude and not address what is wrong. The controls for the Tv. had no battery. YOU HAVE TO PUT UP WITH WHAT IS WRONG IN THE PLACE OR GO.

Perfect stay

Very nice flat in the old renovated house in the city center, spacious and comfortable. Big bathroom, large common space and two cosy bedrooms. Very comfortable beds. No problem with getting the keys and a separate set of keys. Parking was free in a street nearby. The house is situated in the vicinity of the castle and old town. We heard no noise from the street nor from the neighbours. No problem with the invoice.

The apartment is cool for short residence, and I really loved the location and planing.

We loved the location of Old Town Apartment Spilberk. The Spilberk Park is just around the corner. Also the apartment is very spacious and I really loved it’s planing. The host put additional bed in one of bedrooms, so it was perfect for my little son. The bedclothes were fresh. The view from the roof is very romantic and picturesque. Also before booking, you should know that the apartment is on 5th floor in the old building without elevator. We had no problem with that.

The apartment’s floor wasn’t clean enough, so my socks were sticking to the floor. It was quite gross. The furniture has known it’s better times. Also there was a problem with parking. We found a free parking lot and it was 7 minutes walk from apartment, but it was luck for us. I had a feeling that apartment is wonderful, but the host doesn’t treat it good.

I wouldn't go again

Well it is cheap compared to most options.

Location is not great. Top floor in 5 story building without elevator. Fridge makes annoying sound that I couldn't ignore while trying to chill in the living room. "Free parking" is a shady alley accross the street where you can leave your car if there is space.

Not a value for money, but good if you don't find any other option

The apartment during winter is quiet, not much noise, very specious rooms in every aspect. The check-in process is effortless!

Unfortunately not everything was according to the photos and definitely not hotel level cleaning. Some of the issues were with the facilities, television was not working properly both of the remotes had issues. Toaster was dirty and not clean, same applies to places like wardrobe, living room and in some spots in the bathroom. The apartment is on the 4th floor without elevator so if you have older people or kids with stroller choose definitely another place. I don't think this place other than the location and the size is according to what you pay.

It was cosy and nice.

We were looking for a place in Brno w a parking place, so we used the filter and found this place. The fact was that parking is included - if you are lucky to find it in the streets around. In our case, we found a place 9 minutes from the place and paid for it. No big deal but we think the profile of this apartment should change to acknowledge this fact.

Great location next to Spilberk, good Nespresso coffee, pleasanteries were above expected

There were no means to attach the shower head, please be aware that you need to walk 4 stairs. Parking can be difficult depending on the time of the day.
