Dream apartments contacted me a few days before travel and told us they double booked the apartment and have to move us to a different property they have elsewhere in city centre, then when planning to go to that property on the day of travel, I receive a call to tell us to go to the original. After a lengthy discussion explaining I was told I have been moved to a different address with written confirmation, all I get told was this was an error and there was never a double booking. Only thing I received was an apology no support or any compensation for the inconvenience of this massive error. We were hoping for at least some compensation as we made arrangements with taxi company to take us to the place we were moved to and receptionist wouldn’t even sort a taxi to take us to the other property. Shocking!

Location was good
Sofa in the living room was broken & not comfortable to sit on.
The water in the shower/bath was ice cold and wouldn't heat up.
Hairs of previous tenants were in the bathroom.
Surfaces and sofa were not clean, there were marks & cup stains on the arms of sofa & on tables/work tops.
Smell of cigarettes
Dirty dishes & mugs
Wasn't an enjoyable stay, which is a pity as we have used Dreams Apartments in the past and have never experienced this before. I doubt we will be back again.

Location. Warm and comfortable, everything provided. Spotless. Excellent value. Quickly and easily booked. Person on the phone was very nice and helpful. TV has all the channels. Lots of takeaways and shops nearby. Big beds, loads of bedding and towels.
Didn't like having to phone what was to me an international number to obtain the door codes and having to give a credit card security of 100 pounds, even if only a 'pending' transaction. Don't like when a place says it has parking but means you need to go around the side streets looking for a spot and risking a parking fine after 8:30am. Noise from the street is only to be expected though, not an issue for me. Toilet bowl was wobbly, and tap coming loose, it's a nice apartment but a little the worse for wear.

The property was exceptional, spotless and clue for money
There was nothing I could fault during my stay

Very little
No parking- had to park a 10 minute walk away. Couldn’t shower as shower drain was blocked, bed wasn’t made on arrival, fake nail and hairs on the bed, lighter laying on the kitchen floor. Not very clean. Tv doesn’t work. Have attached photos of the way we found the bed on arrival and the shower drain blocked. Have emailed staff 2 days ago but no reply from them

The apartment was spacious, it has so much potential to be better
There was absolutely nothing to "dream" about these apartments. firstly after carrying my sons buggy up a few flights of stairs. To arrive to apartment 11 to realise there was no cot for him after requesting one and receiving an email back saying "no probs". We then realised how dirty the apartment was, carpets weren't hoovered, you could feel the dirt on your bare feet. Kitchenette wasn't swept, crumbs/dirt apparent. I then went to use one of the microwaves to sterilise my sons bottles, to find that it was splattered with food. The apartment was booked for two adults yet there was only one tea bag and one sachet of coffee which was opened (nothing else!). I don't think anything has been cleaned. Mirrors have marks all over them. My mother then opened the press under the sink which is beside the dish washer, we were appalled by the smell coming out. Having this bad experience so far it made me want to check the beds I'd be lying in with my baby, the mattresses were rotten with stains all over them. Having no requested cot I had to move one of the beds close to the wall so he wouldn't fall out over night, when moving the bed we found alot of items underneath such as makeup etc. Also on booking.com it states there's available parking at the property, landing here today I asked reception about parking he said there's no available parking but can park along the side streets. Also, went to use the oven and ended up having to clean it out ourselves.Having reported these complaints to reception, the man told me there's nothing he could do only report this to the cleaners which weren't back on shift until the next morning. He said I could collect a cot if I drove back over to reception which is a 10 minute drive from the actual apartments. I shouldn't have to leave where I'm supposed to be staying for a holiday. I am awaiting now to speak to a manager

The guy on the phone when I was paying. The apartment was acceptable.
The apartment in the living area had a table that was broken and screwed back together and in the corner of the kitchen floor the metal fitting was loose.
We had an 11 month old daughter with us. These are adding to potential problems we could have.
Also, the hot water didn't work. I think the tank is broken.

Location.
The apartment was disgusting, smelled of cigarettes, stains all over the walls, back door wasn’t locked so lucky nobody broke in. Looks like more of a drug party apartment than a dream apartment, disappointing.

Lovely rooms and space in the apartment
Trying to get my key out of the lock box was frustrating because it was quite stiff

Belfast is well with a visit, lots to do for solo travellers, couples, families & groups.
The bed wasn't that bad for comfort, the bedroom was the only part that lived up to the photographs on the advert.
They allowed me to stay an extra hour which was greatly appreciated so I didn't have to wait at the airport for a long time till my flight.
Not as impressionable, striking, luxurious, prestigious & elegant as originally anticipated:
The bathroom needs maintaining, worn/dirty/off coloured marks around the mirror & elsewhere, cracked tiles on the bathroom floor, long hairs appearing around the bathroom (not mine for definite).
Dripping water in the ceiling/room above in the kitchen area, the washing machine door didn't lock: paying for services that don't match their advertisement.
Kitchen flooring, torn, lumpy/bubbling, with holes.
Extremely overly sensitive smoke alarm when cooking, even with the annoying racket/whirring from the extractor fan which had to be on full & seemed like next to no use anyway.
That deposit is an insult & unjust, I got mine back but still made to feel like a criminal before my short time away, I felt less of a criminal visiting Crumlin Road Gaol.
Attached photographs are more for the owners to view & amend the issues.

Great location and nice well-sized rooms with all facilities as described.
Rooms smelled of stale smoke and the locks were weird - front door was a bit picky about the angle of the key going in and the bathroom was tricky to unlock again so we just kept it closed rather than locked during use.

It was well looked after and bigger than we expected. Great facilities and highly recommend Paul's Pub near by for food and drinks. Well situated for shops. There was noise coming from the apartment next door when we were going in to the apartment but once the door closed. we couldn't hear a thing.
I can't think of anything

Good location for visiting city hospital.
Only one bed . Sofa bed was broken and had no bedding. Meant one of us had to sleep on the floor and we had to share the beds covers. No extra bedding available. Staff failed to answer the phone at 4.30. did not get through until 5.30 by which time the staff had gone home and there was no one to deliver bedding to us. I would like a 50% refund to account for unusabilitu of one bed.

Nearly every apartment was having a rave, smoking session or a fight until all hours. Would be a great place if you wanted an after party.

The room is very quite and comfortable. The location was amazing for me
There is no any spices (salt, sugar etc)

The apartment was roomy and close to a lot of great restaurants
Very thin walls, you’ll hear every neighbor enter their home and all the walls shake when the doors around the complex open and close. People were in and out all not, we really slept poorly. Pans need to be replaced and some of the furniture was coming apart. Beds were extremely noisy…we would wake eachother just rolling over.

The location. That's about it.the location thats about it
On the 1st of November we arrived in Belfast for a 2 night stay in the dream apartments, Belfast. It was a family trip.
On arrival the appartments looked nice. However the front door to the apartments was broken and could be considered a security risk. The apartment was on the 3rd floor, and we had a baby with care needs and my mother who is elderly yet there was no lift. Does this mean that the apartments are not wheelchair accessable?
I had requested a baby travel cot when I booked, and I received a message saying this was no problem. When I noticed there was no travel cot I rang the receptionist that had given me the codes to the apartment. He said there was no note on my file.I never received phone call back or a travel cot.
My 18 month old niece is on full time oxygen, has care needs If I had known there was no travel cot, I would have brought my own. This was a considerable inconvenience.
The shower was dirty and the regulator was broken, which meant we could not regulate the temperature. The water was too hot to have a proper shower, and it burned the skin. This was highly dangerous in my opinion.
The only word to describe the bed was shocking, as it was lopsided and very noisy. It felt like it was broken and a good night's sleep was out of the question.
We have been in contact with Dream apartments but as yet are still to receive a reply.
Great value for money if you have low standards, and the location was excellent.
