Holiday was great just a few little things that could have been better

It was in a great location, not too busy

The room needs a few little fixes, and the main bed was fairly uncomfortable, the lounges also uncomfortable but we did have a great holiday

Wasn’t terrible but if you state in description that you provide things they should be there

Stated pool towels and eggs, bread/makings for breakfast included but there weren’t any which was disappointing as we arrived late and assumed we had food for breakfast. Cleanliness was not good. Dusty, Porta cot had to be wiped down of dust

Great place to stay for the price

The resort and location was really good. The apartment was spacious. The facilities included pools, slides, mini golf, Tennis courts, small playground, a cinema and a cafe. It was a short walk to the supermarket and beach.

We had to wait to get into our room as the cleaner had not finshed cleaning. The floor had not been mopped and we had to wait for towels to be dropped back. The bottom bunk bed could do with a new mattress or a memory form topper. Other than that a great place.

The apartment was like I said 100%

The apartment was amazing

Nothing to do with the apartment The only thing that was against the resort The spa s we’re horrible they looked like a soup pot lots of people were commenting about them The one near where the restaurant is was absolutely grose People were taking the kids out if it I told my granddaughter definitely do not put your head under that water

my kids said this was the best holiday house they ever lived in, they actually had been to a few 4/5 stars hotels bu

good sized rooms, perfect for family of 4. got everything a family would need for daily life. great facilities, lots of surprises, the owner even provided tennis rackets, noodles and golf clubs. my kids love the swimming pools and they spent every night there meeting new friends and playing water games. the restaurant was very handy and staff were helpful. we had two dinners there as kids are too busy playing and reluctant to leave. well, pretty much everything we love this property, it added heaps of fun to our holidays. thank you so much!

Pull out sofa was dirty. No covers on Pillows or Duvet. We have 5 young children and myself and partner don't smoke, they tried to accuse us of smoking in the apartment and charge us for it. Disappointed and Will never stay again.

the location and amenities in turtle cove.

was booked for Christmas Day/night and on Christmas Day was told we couldn’t check in until 3pm due to cleaner running late which was fine. checked in after 3pm and cleaner was still there cleaning. paid a-lot for one night stay to celebrate Christmas in the resort and after having to check in later we asked to a later check out to compensate the time and simply told “no”. not great customer service or any attempt to rectify the situation.

Excellent value, top spot for a young family ,,

Very helpful cleaning lady at the apartment, quiet location of apartment, great kitchen amenities, good aircon ,3 huge tv’s , with Netflix etc, 2 good sized bathrooms , beds comfy and the whole apartment was spacious, all this surrounded by waterslide’s and very well maintained swimming pools , all within a couple of minutes walk .

Great location and resort, large apartment with lots of room

The location of this apartment is excellent. The resort ‘Turtle Beach’ is ideal for families with both young and older children. And the restaurant is a bonus. The apartment was large and was plenty of room for a family.

The cleanliness of the apartment was not acceptable. When we arrived the floor was covered in sand and dirty, windows were dirty, the dishwasher and washing machine were dirty. There was wet dishes that had been put in cupboards, so we had to re wash the dishes when we first arrived. The furniture was very old and dated. There was also safety pins in the couch holding the fabric together which is totally unacceptable and dangerous. We had a 1 year old and 3 year old with us and we couldn’t let them sit on the couch as we were worried they’d be pricked. There needs to be more attention to detail in the cleaning of this apartment.

Overall we had a great time and would stay here again!

Everything was great, location, atmosphere for family, friendly and helpful, great facilities and good value.

Some things were a bit dirty, like dishwasher and some dishes, plus we used the sofa beds and they had stuff under the seat cushions so not cleaned.

Awesome stay for families. Highly recommend.

The amount of pools for the children to play in exceeded out expectations Everyone was so friendly Bbq areas are great Slides for kids Arcade Shops across the road so not far to stroll Our apartment was nice and big and clean and fresh Heaps of tvs in the unit for all to enjoy Netflix when it rained. Simple and convenient to communicate with host.

The bed was just a little uncomfortable it wasn't terrible just not as comfy as my own 😃 everything else was great. There's no elevator so be prepared to walk the stairs with your stuff but lucky enough it's not a huge amount maybe 2 floors. Would definitely recommend the deck staff to play music 🎶

Location was good pools and spas were great. Bar was great and staff lovely

Apartment was dirty beds weren’t made, floors were filthy baby had black feet and knees within 5 mins of arriving and crawling and bins in bathrooms full of rubbish and broken shower we were told would be repaired prior to arrival that wasn’t. Power cords and leads everywhere in reach of children.

The water park and pool were great for the kids.

Checkin wasn’t prompt. The back screen and door area was broken and very unclean, the kids bedroom sheets were dirty and the top bunk had no top sheet, there was dirty dishcloths left on the bench and cleaning products in pantry right where your food goes.

Fantastic clean and tidy 2 room apartments

Everything was so great. I liked the fact that it was like a home setting, everything was so convenient to us with a big family, saved us bit of money to cook our own meals and I liked the fact that all cookware and utensils was there in the kitchen. Owners were so friendly and helpful . Nice, clean and tidy, also so great to have a washing machine and dryer there. We had no problems at all, very nice rooms and good value for money. It was worth our stay.

Great for family fun

The apartment is situated in a family style resort with multiple pools and a splash zone. They also have a fantastic cafe/ restaurant within the resort. My kids loved the swimming and this is the highlight of staying here for families. The apartment is comfortable with a nice balcony, TV and two bathrooms. A kitchen is a great alternative to a hotel so u can do your own cooking. There is secure onsite parking and a small supermarket on site.

The units aren’t sound proofed that well so if you had noisy neighbours you would hear for sure. We didn’t and so it wasn’t a problem. If you like things sparkling clean then the unit isn’t that. It is clean and tidy and was fine for our family but under couches and beds etc. it was dirty and dusty.

The lane pool were opened to kids, which is fine -if they were doing laps but because they were playing, it was very hard for me to swim my laps.

Great value, great hosts, great stay

Great location, great size apartment, awesome facilities and things to do for the kids. Hosts were so lovely and accommodating.

Nothing really, just wished we could have stayed longer. I did wish the sauna was working, but due to covid it was closed. Because the pools and spa were heated enough for the kids but not for me in winter brrrr.

Bloody Awesome, Cheers.

We loved everything about the resort. The kids had a wonderful time at the onsite water park and at the beach which is less than a 5 min walk. The appartment was awesome and was well equipped with washing machine, dryer, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets, two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dining table and ample lounges 3 x tvs and gaming consoles in kids room. There is almost no noticable road / traffic noise even though its is on a main road which was really surprising and the unit was very private due to the palm trees in the court yard area. We had dinner at the on site restaurant and bar "The Deck" it was all amazing food and the Flathead fish and chips was the best fish we've had in years. Unfortunatly, we only stayed 1 night out of the 7 nights booked due to a Covid 19 lockdown and we chose to leave to ensure we could re-enter our home state without any quarantine requirements. We all wish we had of just stayed rather than leaving but we will be back next time as its an awesome place. Thank you.

Nothing apart from a QLD lockdown LOL. Be aware the underground parking has a max height of 2.1m so if you own a 4x4 check your vehicle before you book as we only just fit under some of the over head plumbing.
