Room was very small and a bit cramped. The shower pressure was rather low.

Wonderful place

The location couldn't have been better. Right in the middle of things. The bed was the most comfortable we've slept on in years and the facilities were very clean. The staff were knowledgeable and very helpful.

I would stay again

The place was modern, clean, stylish, the room had a safe and fridge and hair dryer, a place in the shower to hang clothes. Also had an elevator! It was steps away from the Sanctuary. Also steps away from market and restaurants but I did not hear any noise. Big comfortable bed

None really, but just a bit pricey because of the time of the year that I stayed (a feast day)

Excellent reasonable option

Clean, nice room with comfortable bed, decent sized closet, well located (we intentionally chose it away from the main road) and very reasonable. It was a nice treat since we were walking the Caminho Português.

Just one minor detail: Not enough shelf space

Good enough but felt mislead.

The hotel was very kind to provide for early breakfast end late checkout.

The room was way smaller then the photos and description said.

Excellent location.Great view.Quiet.Silence. Cozy and welcoming.

I did not like the fact that the cleaning lady didn't fix the bed with the excuse that looked fixed which was not.

Disappointing

The location is perfect and the staff was very friendly.

The room was not particularly clean. The beds were uncomfortable. The breakfast was not very good. But the worse part was the noise, the room had a terrible noise isolation and we could hear everything from the street, everything from the next door guests, and even from the reception. And at 9 morning we heard the cleaning woman vaccumming outside the room. The last night we arrived at 2 in the morning and our key didn't work and we couldn't enter the room. There was no one at the reception and they only left a phone number to call in case guests needed help. We called that number several times but no one answered. Fortunately I found a master key in the reception desk and we were able to enter the room, otherwise we would've had to sleep in the car.

Truly wonderful stay at Hotel Santa Isabel!

I loved my room (402)! Beautiful view of the church lit up until 12:30 am every night. Everything worked perfectly in the room - heat, TV, shower and the bed was so comfortable. Most of all, though, I loved the proximity to the Fatima sanctuary, and the incredible kindness of the staff - Ana Julia, Joao, Ines and the owner, Emanuel. I am looking forward to returning to Hotel Santa Isabel soon.

Best place to stay when in Fátima

Modern, clean rooms with everything you need. The staff is beyond helpful and super nice. The hotel is located right in the middle of town and you can walk everywhere. We would definitely come again. The price you pay is so little for what you get

Amazing breakfast and super service!

During booking it was possible to select an option with a double bed but in the end this was not available and they had to put two single beds together.
