Brand New 2/2 condo. Sleeps 5 with room for more. Private belcony with beautiful view of the sunset over the mobile bay. around the corner from a boat launch in mobile bay. 1.5 miles from I-10 close to malbis mall, 7 miles from fairhope and 30 miles from the beaches. Also pet friendly. if your a golfer 10 mins from Rock Creek or Timber Creek.. plenty of restaurant and grocery stores with 1 miles of condo.

Every year our family goes to Daphne, Alabama to celebrate our grandsons birthday! This location is beautiful and it takes under an hour to the Pensacola airport and the following beautiful beaches in Pensacola, Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, Fort Morgan, Perdido key. Fair hope is a must see too! The house is clean and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. There were so many extras and little details that made this trip the best thank you for sharing your home with us!

The condo was perfectly spotless when I arrived. Everything was clean and seemed to be brand new. The pictures really don't do it justice. The living room is spacious and comfortable. The beds are very comfortable, and the bathrooms were clean well equipped with towels, soap, shampoo, etc. The kitchen is also well equipped with dishes and cookware. I was pleased to find that I could choose between a Keurig or regular carafe coffee makers. (I brought my favorite Keurig pods) There is a nice balcony on the back. I didn't spend much time there because of the sweltering heat. But that brings me to the AC. It kept the place nice and cool, even in that oppressive heat! (I'm from Wisconsin!) Susan, our host, was cordial and easy to reach. It is clear, when you look around the place, that she put a lot of thought and effort into making it a pleasant and comfortable vacation spot.

This property is great! Amazing and safe location. Owner responded in a timely manner and was extremely polite and helpful. This place made me fall in love with Daphne! The view was beautiful! If I visit again, this is where I’d stay!

Place is great for 3 to four people. Centrally located in Daphne where you have quick access to anything you need and easy access to i-10. Few suggestions for the host would be to have a secondary supply of blankets, leave more toilet paper and trash bags, and replace shower liner in main bathroom. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay.

We love the Daphne area and we’re looking for a pet friendly place to stay. This was a gem. Spacious, clean, and updated. Were able to attend a Mardi Gras parade which was fun. We loved the natural light in the area. Loved the patio with the view of Mobile at night. There are designated parking spots. We didn’t realize that (we arrived at night and didn’t see them). The next day a neighbor told us. Also, had a little trouble finding the unit at night. It’s a large complex. Overall it’s a great place. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our 70 days in Daphne and this condo. Very convenient to fine restaurants and services. Visiting Mobile, battle fields, and Fairhope was very interesting.

My husband and I stayed here for a short visit. We were in town for my husband’s job and decided to make a vacation out of it. I’m so glad that we did! Susan was fantastic to work with the apartment is a perfect size for a small family or even two people. It’s close to plenty of shopping, restaurants, Fairhope and Mobile! The complex is quite and well kept! We had no issues and would stay here again in the future!

Very nice place, was a little hard to find once in the Sea cliff neighborhood, but once found, was easy to get too. Overall though, the place was very nice, clean, and we had a great time!

We required a local place to stay while some work was being done to our home. The condo was clean and nicely furnished. The owner was very easy to communicate with and accommodating when the work on our home ran a little longer than expected. Easy access to the interstate and close to restaurants/shopping. Would stay here again if local rental needed.

I was surprised when we arrived. So much more room than I expected from the photos. Everything looked newly renovated. The view from the balcony was awesome. The sunset was beautiful over Mobile. Lots of shopping and site seeing close by. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Problems we had

There is no sound barrier between floors so it sounds like a herd of elephants on the second floor. We had to put up with a paint crew for several weeks from 7AM to 5PM. The bunk bed in the second room is impossible to make up if I had to deal with that I would not stay. A second queen would be a better choice.

The condo was convenient to everything we needed and very clean. We had a small issue with the shower, and the owner came out and replaced the showerhead very quickly. We had a great stay!
