I would absolutely stay here again. I loved it.

The views were incredible and it is furnished so beautifully. The layout of the apartment was perfect and comfortable.

It was hard to find but the owners provide good directions.

Exceptional place to stay near Old Town

This is an especially wonderful place to stay! The location is great, the apartment is well-stocked, the balcony is amazing. We liked the art on the walls. The storage locker and combination lock entry are both handy. Josip was very helpful in arranging an early morning taxi to the airport.

Fun! Great! Lovely view!

I love the view! It was also very easy to find! There were some stairs but not a lot and that is saying something as I was 28 weeks pregnant when I went 😆 very close to the beach, and the old town. Easy to walk to. The host was very nice and responds very fast. He organized a car for the airport and even assisted in the delivery of stuff we accidentally left behind. He was very accommodating.

I liked everything! There was a stray cat that wanted to enter but not that difficult to avoid this. Found them cute

Killer views and well equipped and clean and comfy.

The property was modern and clean and very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The beds were super comfy. On arrival the host had left us a bottle of wine and basics such as tea and coffee and milk. The wine was delicious. They worked out one of the days was my birthday and left a bottle of Champagne as well! The view of the old town Dubrovnik and the coast and beach was fantastic as we were up so high. Had a washing machine and dryer which we needed. We just could not fault this place as it exceeded our expectations.

Brilliant base for exploring and a lovely apartment.

The view from the patio just knocks your socks off! The apartment has everything you need and it was the perfect base for our stay. Having a bit more room was great too, after so many hotel rooms over the weeks before this. It was nice to stretch out on a sofa and watch tv one night. It had everything we needed, and it was so clean and well appointed. And it was super cosy too.

Finding it is difficult the first time, but we got very good instructions from the manager. The walk down steps from the apartment were a pain carrying suitcases, but that’s what you get when you pack too much! And also what you have to trade in order to have that amazing view.

Why spend a fortune on a hotel when you can stay in a beautiful apartment like this!

This is a beautiful modern apartment in close proximity to Old Town. Everything about it was truly wonderful. The furnishing, the stocked kitchen, the wash machine and dryer, the location, and the host. I cannot think of any area of improvement. The sunsets from the balcony are just the icing on the cake!

Book it!

The view was perfect! The old city and the island of Lokrum in full view from the living room and spacious patio. The amenities were great! Full kitchen with everything we needed to cook great meals using fresh ingredients from the market just across the road. Perfect modern apartment in just the right location, as long as you are good with stairs. There are many stairs in Dubrovnik, which we loved! The bed was comfortable and the towels were thick and soft.

Apartment has all the modern amenities you need, and more. The view is spectacular. It is very clean and wine, coffee and cream were nice extras. Josip is a wonderful host who is available anytime. Adela welcomed us and answered all our questions. Would definitely recommend this property. Thank you for sharing with us and for helping us create such wonderful memories of Dubrovnik!!

Beautifully clean and modern apartment - but the view is stunning. Photos don’t do it justice - beautiful. Josep answered any questions super quickly. Had a lovely week.

Not much to complain about - but if you hire a car the parking is a little tricky.

Idyllic location, gorgeous views and modern interior. What more could you need?

The view alone makes this apartment phenomenal, but if you do venture inside you’ll find modern finishing and all the amenities you could ever need. The owners are fantastic and so helpful. If you’re going to visit Dubrovnik, this is the place to stay!

This is a stunning apartment in every regard. We arrived tired and hungry and were met with the pleasant and much appreciated surprise of wine, bread, cheese and cold cuts in the spotless modern kitchen. This apartment truly lives up to its name. Spectacular. The view from the balcony literally to my breath away. The location (walking distance from the old town) was excellent. The interior was beautiful, bright, modern, air conditioned, with lovely art work and high end kitchen and bathroom. Our stay was only one day, as we were moving to Korcula, but very momorable. I would come again and highly recommend. Finally, Josip responded quickly and clearly to every communication before, during and after our stay.

Stunning! Perfect!

Gorgeous, modern and clean! Very spacious with literally everything you could need, from kitchen equipment to towels. Balcony has stunning views and just a short walk to town. Local shop and bar only 1 min walk up the road and beach a few mins down the stairs! Perfect!

It was THE BEST stay ever. Josip (the host) was the best host ever.

This has been the best apartment I have ever stayed anywhere so far. The view is unbelievably beautiful and stunning from the balcony which has chairs and lovely table. The apartment is very lovely decorated. AC was working, TV had great channels, WiFi was really strong (I was teaching online without any issues), the host has been very responsive and helpful( he made a huge difference), free wine bottle was provided as a welcome gift... I cannot think of anything that was not perfect.

Nothing. Everything was completely perfect. I will gladly come back here and offer this property to all my friends and colleagues.

Nothing more could be added to what has already been said about the apartment: 5 star +. The inclusion of a couple of sun lounges would have been nice though as a few hours in the day were spent enjoying the superb vista. For us, the best way to Dubrovnik Old Town was via the steps on `PUT OD BOSANKE` - just across from the taxi rank at the entrance to the town. After every 2nd step there`s a 2mtr long flat part that allows you to take a breather.....or to step aside for younger ones to overtake!

For those unsteady on their feet: take care when negotiating the short unmade road to the apartment, it`s unlit at night so the use of the torch in the apartment would make things safer.

I would strongly recommend a stay at the apartment.

It's a very nice apartment with an amazing sea and Old City view from the terrace. It's perfectly located with a 10 minutes walking distance to the center. The flat is very clean. You had everything you need and you see how thoughtful the hosts are when even in small details. Josip is very responsive to the questions, which helped a lot.

everything. Location (8 minutes from the city center), view, terrace, apartment. The furniture are new, beds comfortable, kitchen well furnished. The host was always available. we were really happy, if you want to enjoy Dubrovnik this is a fantastic place to stay.
