This hotel is awesome. The hotel rooms are luxurious. I had such a wonderful and delightful experience. They treated me like an elite person and the room service was excellent.

The room was neat and clean and the amenties were adequate. The staff was courteous and helpful.
The in room food service took a very long time.
Also, the options for a vegetarian North Indian are very few.

I appreciated the driver that picked me up from airport was easily located, considerate and helpful. Everyone was very professional and hotel had safety standards in place. The bathtub was a luxury, bed was very comfortable, view amazing, wide selection of television channels, tasty breakfast with ample offerings. The housekeeper also considerate with my needs and timing. I could go on and on. Top notch hotel .
I didn’t care for when the kitchen called to inquire about a dinner order when indicator light was on for no disturbance.

My foot
The hotel management has damaged my vehicle during valet parking. They didn’t even care and compensated a single penny. When I asked for the cctv footage they denied and called up the police at the place. The police asked me to give a complaint and they went. I was struggling to get the csr copy to claim my insurance. The worst experience I ever had and my mental health was severely disturbed. This is my last and final stay at this place. the management didn’t even apologise what had happened. I will sue this guys for sure.

Terrible experience. They didn't have our room ready at 8:30pm when we tried to check in. Had to wait 20 minutes to be allowed up.When we did get to our room it hadn't been cleaned -at all. It was filthy. Not a single towel or anything provided in the room. Rubbish on the floor.When I complained to reception they said they would send the team up to fix it. At 11pm I was still waiting for even a towel. Had to sleep in a dirty room with no amenities. No apology offered. In fact the manager was awful. Next morning again no apology and when I pressed that this was unacceptable they just replied 'we'll make sure it's better for the next guest'. It's a joke of a hotel pretending to be something it isn't. They are charging a 5X Mark up for drinks which is crazy. Their wifi didn't work and a manager had to give me their log in so I could access. Something is seriously wrong at this hotel.

Booking.com clearly stated that there were no additional charges for 14 year old. The hotel charged us a significant additional amount towards that.
I stayed in this hotel last year and the experience was great. Unfortunately the standards have clearly fallen this time around.

The property had spacious rooms with a great view. The property is decently maintained. The location is ok however the access was cumbersome due to the one way road
The property had quite number of flaws which really made be question and wonder how they managed to get a 5 star rating. If you are a customer who is having a short stay, you might not really pay attention to the sub-standardness . But if you are staying for 2 or more nights, then you might not really enjoy the poor service quality for the premium that you would pay.
Unfortunately, I stayed with them for 4 days (Had 4 rooms booked) and below are the key service shortfalls that was evidently noticeable
1. The property is more interested in securing the money than focussing on providing an exemplary service like any normal 5 star property. When we checked in the member at the front desk forgot to charge us the tax and within 30 mins, they started calling all our rooms asking us to come to reception and close the bill. While them requesting to close the balance is not wrong, they could have ideally waited as they knew that we have a longer stay booked with them.
2. They provide only one key card. Since the elevators were access controlled using the key card, if either me or my wife had to go down, we were not able to do so. When requested for an additional card, to my surprise I was told that as per management policy only one card to be provided.
3. The bathroom supplies like dental kits, towels were rationed to only one even when they clearly knew that there are two people staying in the room.
4. The towels provided were torn and had holes. To be honest, it was looking like an overused rag.
5. If you request for cutlery, the in room dining team doesn't provide it even if you have ordered food earlier. They restrict the number of plates to just two per order.
I have never experienced such wierd service or policies in any other 5 star property. The management should learn the nuances of running a 5star property or think about downgrading their star status to 2 or 3.

The rooms were great. The staff was helpful and friendly. The meals were delicious and various.
8th floor was too moist and hot because of the pool upstairs. This should be prevented with extra A/C units for cooling.

Behaviour of the staff was wonderful. They are a really wonderful lot. Breakfast spread was very good. The ambience and general cleanliness is up to the mark.
I would not say 'didn’t like', but one area of improvement could be the supply of toiletries - shaving kit should be included and definitely more towels. I booked a room for two people, but the supplies were for one person only. Also, they can think of putting in a microwave oven in the room.
