big comfortable rooms in a charming building in the heart of town

very charming place in the heart of the historic district, big and comfortable rooms. Johnny was superb, very efficient, attentive and with great recommendations of places to visit and eat.

everything was great, there is no breakfast, but with so many cafes nearby at walking distance, that was not a problem

A perfect spot, a perfect apartment, accommodating and accommodating staff!

The staff very kindly changes my room to accommodate a concern I had, and also helped me with tips for transportation and setting up tours. The space I had was really lovely, met all my needs and more.

I did not realize that the initial room I booked had no windows. I could have managed this for a night but not for the length of time I was staying, but Joni worked hard to find a a really great solution for me. Much appreciated!

Nicely renovated old build in the old town part of Evaro with historic sites and restaurants close.

This hotel was located in the old part of Evaro, with nice, walkable historic sites all around. Many good restaurants and shops were within walking distance. The narrow streets were interesting and the locals were all quite friendly. Our room was just great-with a large bedroom and a king-sized bed. The living area was big and well furnished, with high curved arched ceilings (which the bedroom also had). The bathroom was spacious and had plenty of shelving for our toiletries--the only occasion we experienced that in or two weeks in Portugal.

Parking was just not available, and we used a lot about a half mile distant--a bit of a pain since it was a good uphill climb from the lot to our hotel.

Perfect for a weekend trip

Amazing location smack in the centre of town, but without the hotel feel. Very private and secluded. The level of comfort and the attention to the small details is excellent.

Hotel exceeded expectations with lively staff, great room & location

Location was excellent close to everything and room was very nice with all the extras for comfort. Wonderful kitchen with everything need and lots of space. Bonus had swimming pool in small garden

Liked everything. Loved room and 3 big windows which I kept open for air and view. If sensitive to noise choose different room because can hear noise from street below. They have several wonderful rooms

Great historical building in an unbeatable location

Excellent location, very comfortable main sleeping room, the living room was larger and with higher ceiling, which made the sofa bed a bit less comfortable. The staff was amazingly helpful and friendly. The towels smelled incredibly well, by the way! :)

Parking your car is a challenge, but that's a city problem.

The room, the facilities and the staff were all excellent. The property is located close the center of the city so get getting anywhere was very easy. But it was also very quit at night so no issues with noise or sleeping.

Exceptional. I don t know how to put photos in.

Couldn t be better. walking distance to everything, historical sites, cafes etc and we are seniors 77 and 71. loved the history of the villa. the beautiful lady at reception was always available with her expertise and help and went out of her way to make our stay memorable.

There is nothing I didn t like.

Loved the pool, the staff was super nice and helpful, the room and the bed were big, and the location was amazing.

The room was a little dark as it was a ground floor close to walls, but that was the only thing.

Superb

Great Location in the walled city very close to the Roman temple and main square. No parking at the hotel but we easily found public parking a few mins walk away. Very friendly and helpful staff.
