Topverblijf met ideale ligging

Mooie kamer met ideale ligging in het centrum van Permet. Parkeerplaats aan de overkant van de straat. Ontbijt was lekker en uitgebreid. De eigenaar regelde een rafting tour voor ons, we werden opgehaald en afgezet aan het verblijf.

Más céntrico imposible: en la plaza principal de la ciudad, donde hay animación todo el día, sobre todo en las horas del xhiro. Habitación más que correcta. Baño completo. Muy limpio. Buena relación calidad-precio. Muy buen desayuno selfservice, en una terraza con vistas a la plaza. Personal correcto.

Great value, nice hotel

Cute hotel, friendly staff, central location for walking.

The spiral staircase inside, very nice, but our knees didn't care for and we are on the taller side.

Tavsiye Ediyorum

Otelin konumuna bayıldım, direkt merkezde. Kahvaltısı çok güzeldi. Odadaki olanaklar çok güzeldi, hiçbir eksik yoktu.

Akşam yemeği için yalnızca bir restaurant bulabildik hazırlıklı gitmekte fayda var.

We loved out stay

The location of the hotel cannot be better, right on the central square, easy to park right outside the hotel. The hotel is very clean, quiet, recently refurbished, the most amazing breakfast I had in Albania. We had a large two bedroom suite, beautifully decorated and very comfy. Great attentive service from everybody we met at the hotel. Great recommendations for activities in Permet.

I would mention that there is a street light in front and the light of this street lamp can be disturbing at night. I would recommend to install full black out curtains which would easily solve the problem. I still give 10/10 to the hotel because it really is perfect.

Super gute Lage und toller Ausblick auf die wunderschöne Lage. Das Frühstück war liebevoll hergerichtet und Essens Möglichkeiten gab es in direkter Umgebung.

Die Verständigung war etwas holprig, da nichts alle Angestellten der Unterkunft englisch konnten.

Sehr nette Gastgeber und abwechslungsreiches Frühstück.

Nur Barzahlung wird akzeptiert, kein Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer, etwas wenig Handtücher.

Central, with a lively vibe (apparently a centre for active holiday excursions - though we didn’t opt for these).

All ok - spiral staircase to room might be an issue for some.

Great place to stay in a charming town

The staff are friendly and the location is great. The room we had overlooked the square which was ideal to people watch. The beds are comfy and the room has good air-con. Breakfast is fairly simple but offers everything authentic to Albania - so preserved meats, white cheese, preserves and coffee. There is cereal as well but not much.

Exceptional

Everything was great, especially the hosts. The room is clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious, and you can eat inside or on the balcony. There are many activities to do in the area, and I booked the horse riding tour with Funky Adventures. It was an amazing experience, and Avenir made sure everyone was having a great time. I highly recommend staying here if you have booked a tour or joining a tour if you are staying.

Amazing stay in Permet thanks to the host

Nice guesthouse, with a very clean and functional room. We booked a horse riding trek with the guesthouse and we loved it! The host, Avenir, was super helpful: he gave us lots of tips (good restaurants in town), helped us to book a bus, was very accomodating and always happy to help. Thanks!

I enjoyed my stay very much, it's really good value for your money

Funky Guest House is run by a very kind family, who do everything to make your stay comfortable. It's in the heart of Përmet, with a nice view on the square and the mountains. The staff is also very kind, towels and linen changed regularly, great shower with sliding doors. My room had a very big window and I enjoyed sitting there very much.

It would have been nice to have a refrigerator in the room

Superb

Such a lovely family run place right in the middle of the center. We had a room with a view of the central square in the city and still had no problems with noise. Definitely a recommendation!

Very good

The location is perfect, and the staff really helpful. We also booked white water rafting with them which was great. The accommodation is located right in the centre which is perfect for people watching. Breakfast is a buffet so you just take what you want.

Parking is terrible. The police were continually going round looking to give tickets out, but the owner does a good job of looking out for you

Ideal location in the town centre. Clean and tidy property with very comfortable bed. The owner was really helpful and there was a tasty breakfast served on the terrace overlooking the main square. The horse trekking is also highly recommended. I had a great stay.

Check in was really nice. They were waiting for us with a sweet detail to eat (gliko) and a glass of cold water that was appreciated. Location is perfect and owner is really kind and you can count on him. Good advices in advance to get to the hotel by car as not all roads are OK for a normal car (mountain roads only for 4x4)

Unfortunately we have experienced no real hot water in the bathroom either at night and in the next morning. It was just mild and you have to wait to get it just a bit warm. Perhaps the hot deposit is not big enough for the size of the hotel.

The property is very spacious and perfectly located. The owner was very welcoming and friendly and could speak excellent English.

Great location! Hosts provided a few good recommendations for restaurants and shops. Clean bedrooms. Spectacular view! Good breakfast.

Fridge was very noisy. Electricity wasn't working in a few rooms, but the host fixed that.

Friendly guesthouse in a good location

Friendly, helpful staff, good location in the center of town, lots of outdoor activities in the region. Nice 2nd floor deck for breakfast and coffee.

minor issue- I am super tall and the ceilings in the breakfast area were so low that I couldn’t stand straight in some areas.

The Very Very Best!

I've been traveling around Europe for the past year and a half and Funky Guesthouse has been one of my most favorite stays! Really lovely and comfortable rooms with plenty of hot water and strong wifi. Great breakfast included with the stay. Balcony in the cafe/breakfast area overlooks the square and it's a nice place to sit and unwind. The family and staff are the most genuine and kind people you will ever meet. Really thoughtful, helpful, sweet, and you will feel right at home. They can also organize horseback riding and rafting excursions, among other activities. I did the horse a riding and it's definitely been the highlight of my stay in Albania. I can't recommend this place highly enough!
