Would love some of my money back as I payed a fortune to stay in a nice place and was let down.

The view

There was no bath plug, the door was broken and the wifi didn't work. So we had no tv the whole stay as there was no wifi. I let them know the first day of our stay and didn't get fixed until our very last day late in the afternoon. Very disappointed.

Beautiful, loved it and would stay again.

It was a beautiful apartment, great location, amazing view! Pool was great too.

Not much to not like really, could only have been better if the dryer was working, otherwise it was fantastic.

The view and the location were amazing. The apartment itself was average.

The location and view were amazing.

The room needed a bit of TLC. The blinds in the ensuite were broken. Taps were broken. Plug for the kitchen sink was broken. The washing machine was broken and still not fixed before I left. This I factor into what I pay for when I holiday.

was frustrating having to collect keys from Broadbeach booking agent instead of the reception.

We had a great stay, and the position for what we needed was perfect!

I had never picked up the keys to an apartment from a different location before, but the process was easy. The staff at GCLR were very helpful.

Having to drop the keys back to the pick up point was a little annoying, but certainly not difficult.

Great location, beautiful apartment, great amenities and easy access. Right across the road from the beach and beach markets, plenty of restaurants below, 1 minute walk to supermarket and pharmacy on Cavill Avenue. We had a great stay and will be back!

Fantastic location - so close to all the attractions of Surfers.

Great location, so close to everything and right on the beach. It was great to be able to leave the car in the carpark and walk to restaurants and local attractions.

Wonderful stay in a fabulous resort

The location is across the road from the beach and we had an ocean view room on a high floor and were mesmerised by the beautiful beach and the sound of waves that lulled us to sleep. The apartment is spacious and clean and the kitchen is well equipped . The pools wer lovely- both indoor and outdoor and there were many lounges by the pool. There is a secret garden , a gym and sauna. Every morning we just crossed the road and took long walks on the beach. Heavenly!

We had to get the keys off site which for us was not a huge issue but if you were not hiring a car, it may have been a bit of a nuisance.
