An adequate but frustrating stay. OK for one night but one would need own vehicle to reach site

Quiet surroundings despite being in industrial area. On-site car parking. Bright, airy room & comfortable bed. Clean. Adequate breakfast offerings

Asked for ground or first floor room because of our age & heavy luggage but told no lower floor rooms available (but we saw very few clients, even at breakfast) so were given 3rd floor (top) rooms. Free wi-fi assured but no wi-fi reception in our room. By time this was discovered reception had closed for the night.

Our stay was very pleasant and recommended

Excellent breakfast! Dog accepted. Seating outside for our group on a wine tour to share a bottle available from reception. The only inconvenience was third floor without a lift - 50 steps!

No lift and air conditionning.

Rather an ugly building in an industrial zone of Hassloch - You need a car to get anywhere. Good breakfest.

We will book here again.

That my pet was not only allowed but welcomed. They had bowls and treats for my dog. The Reception very friendly. It was perfect as a place to rest while visiting the area. Although on the highest floor it was not extremely hot (temps reached 35° C that weekend!)

I wish there were more places to sit outside. There was no waste basket outside. so there was some rubbish laying around on Sunday morning. And I had no where to leave my dog's poo.

comfortable, efficient stay

The hotel is very efficient. You get a clean room with a clean bathroom. Also, there is good closet space Breakfast is good, there is variety of food to select from Parking is free on the premises, and there is enough for all the guests

No air conditioned, not even a fan. In summer this has not become a must After 20:00 the reception is closed and there is no one to contact in case you need

Nice place with great reception.

Great Staff and had everything set up for my dog. Was very nice! There is a big grassy area in the back so I could take my puppy out and let him run. There are also many trails in the forest nearby.

I missed a garbage can outside. I had nowhere to put my dog's waste. Maybe the possibility to eat breakfast outside so my puppy could have joined me.

Spacious appartment; clean and comfortable with kitchen. Shops closeby. Outstanding value for the money - we slept with 6 for 100 Euro or so.

You get what you pay for. One night stay on the way from UK to Croatia. Very quiet around in Sat evening. Can buy beer at the reception.

Practical location, not very relaxing.

They serve a great breakfast and there is lots of parking space. Rooms are pretty spacious.

The room wasn't very quiet (next to the staircase) and one of the beds was extremely creaky.

The location near this property is very good, apart from the issue we faced other stuffs are ok.

The location was quite near to the place of our visit.

We booked the room for 2 nights, on early morning of the day 1 we started to feel a bad smell under the sink of the kitchen. Tried to contact the reception but no one were there as this day was good Friday. on this evening luckily found a person in reception, informed the problem, she acknowledged our complaint and later provided a new room.

Exceptional

The rooms was spacious and with its own kitchen. The breakfast was delicious! Huge variety of options. In general was a great place to stay.

It was not a problem for us but it is a bit far away so if you have a car is perfect but with train might be tricky

Totally fair and satisfatory

The accommodations are very clean and comfortable, the staff is absolutely kind and the breakfast is generous and tasty. For those like myself who are not going by car, just an advice: if you can´t walk long distances or if you don´t like to walk, look for a taxi in advance (ask the reception desk, I guess they can help you). This was not a problem for me, because I love walking, but the guesthouse is 40 minutes far from the train station (walking)

Unfortunatelly, the wifi was out of work in my room more than once, althougth I was able to surf the web at the recepction desk. The reception desk tryied to help me with a payied wifi box, but it did not work either. I guess it was a problem with the location of the room.

The room was very big and so the toilet. It was very clean too

Wifi was mentioned in the options but was not provided. Washing machine room was closed at 8 p.m. and opened at next day 8 a.m.

Comfortable and clean

We were looking for a place to just spend the night and leave in the morning. This place met our needs well. The room was very basic but the place was clean, comfortable and the staff friendly. The breakfast was pretty good too. I would recommend it to a friend.

We were on the top floor and it was quite a walk up a lot of stairs.
