Freundlicher Service. Zimmer zur Straße laut. Mit Bergblick buchen! Wlan top. Warmes Wasser - muß man aber anfordern. Preiswert
Laut - Frühstück relativ teuer

When I arrived I wasn't well but the staff went above and beyond to help me sort out the room. Sadly I didn't get to experience the facilities but the room was very comfortable and clean which was what I needed. We went during the monsoon season and the cloud didn't lift, but I can imagine how amazing this hotel would be be on a dry clear day. Would recommend.
Hot water would have been a bonus.

The bed was comfy although the sheets smelt like someone else had slept in them.
The room awful, damp, peeling paint, bathroom smelt. No remote for the TV. Myself and friends got sick from staying here and were vomiting. Nothing to do with altitude sickness as my friend is Nepali and is used to the mountains.

I loved the quality pf food as well as the hospitality of the place.
It only lacked tissues and toothpaste, other services were good.

The staff was very friendly and attentive which was certainly a plus and the location was great, right in the heart of everything. I felt safe as a female solo traveller and the security was quite good; they lock the front of the hotel with these rolldown gates. The food at the hotel was very good, fresh, and priced reasonably.
I liked everything. I felt safe as a female solo traveller and the security

Good clean room good staff and clean kitchen

The room is spacious. Beds are comfortable, although a little bit hard if your not used to firmed mattresses.
Toilet is clean. Linen is decent. The food is good, but you have to order in advance and schedule your breakfast/dinner at a specific time, which they will have ready. Staff are very kind and nice
Hot water wasn’t always available. Almost everyday I had to call reception to let them know, they were always kind and solved the problem, but once fixed, hit water would only run a few minutes.
I don’t know why, but I didn’t stay in the room I booked on the fist night… but they switched me on the second night.
There was a very big and very noisy group having a party, singing songs and playing the guitar almost after midnight. I called recepción and they talked to big group. I had to call through booking because there was no one at reception

The view from the rooms was spectacular. We had booked the hotel just for the view and it did have a promising as mentioned. The rooms and the washrooms were clean. The staff and the host were accommodating to our needs. They have arranged for the conveyance to the sunrise / sunset point.
Everything here was good as promised. I am thankful to the hosts and the staff for their hospitality.

Staff was friendly, it would've been great if the weather had been better but that was not the hotels fault of course. Well located in Nagarkot, easy to find, nice deck.
For the price it was good.

- not many rooms facing the view so most facing the noisy street
- very cold and only a thin blanket given
