La qualité de la nourriture ainsi que l’accueil et l’amabilité des équipes de l’hôtel
Le seul bémol de l’hôtel est la présence des chiens sur la plage. Ils sont gentils et pas agressifs mais attendent de la nourriture à nos pieds lorsque l’on mange en extérieur. Nous avons également pu en voir certains faire leurs besoins sur l’herbe ou sur la plage. Pas idéal lorsque l’on est amené à être pieds nus sur ces endroits

J’ai aimé la nourriture et la piscine.
Nous avons été déçus de recevoir une chambre avec une climatisation défectueuse. Il a fallu insister à plusieurs reprises pour obtenir une chambre avec une climatisation fonctionnelle. À chaque demande, il fallait relancer deux ou trois fois avant d’obtenir satisfaction, ce qui s’est répété à plusieurs occasions. J'ai séjourné à C Mauritius par le passé et j'avais trouvé le service et le standing bien supérieurs. Cette fois, je n'ai pas eu l'impression d'être dans un hôtel 5 étoiles, mais plutôt dans un établissement 4 étoiles.

The staff were definitely the best part of the trip. Everyone were always so welcoming and willing to go above and beyond. Jesh really helped to make sure we had everything for our daughter during all meal times which was extremely appreciated
We travelled with our 2 year old and wish there was more for her to be able to do at the resort ie. Kids club / corner or outdoor play area to help mix it up from just swimming and playing in the beach!

We stayed at C Mauritius for our honeymoon and it was amazing!! The room was clean and modern with a lovely terrace that over looked the sea and pool. There were snacks and refreshments provided daily in the mini bar and a TV with a variety of channels and the bed was very comfortable. But the best thing about C Mauritius is the staff!! The front desk staff were soo friendly and helpful in particular Emilie and Charles who really went the extra mile to give great recommendations. The restaurants are all fantastic with a wide variety of food Jessen, Dimitri, Didier and the manager Nitesh were always so friendly and helpful but honestly all the waiting staff were great! The tuna tartar in wok n roll is to die for! Then there was the bar staff, Andiket, Biness, Moon, Krite, Shreesh and Preeya who are warm friendly attentive and kind and they make the best Asian Martinis and Old Fashioned’s. There were many other staff who were lovely too but unfortunately we did not get their names but honestly I cannot recommend this place enough. It is right on the beach with amazing staff, tasty food, even tastier drinks and cosy rooms. What more could you ask for? We would not change a thing, it was perfect, thank you so much for making our honeymoon the best trip of our lives!! Love Matty & Rose 22222

Sehr schönes und stilvolles Hotel, mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich und kümmert sich um alle Wünsche. Das Meer ist atemberaubend und der hoteleigene Strand ist aus wunderschönem weißen Sand. Auch die Pools sind sehr sehr schön. Das Essen hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt und alles wird immer frisch zubereitet. Es fehlt einem an nichts.
Außerhalb des Hotels gibt es nicht wirklich etwas zu tun, weshalb man die meiste Zeit in der Anlage bleibt. Es werden vom Hotel aber auch Ausflüge angeboten und man kann eine Reihe von Wassersportarten machen, wie z.B. Kite Surfen, Kajak oder Tretboot fahren. Das meiste davon ist sogar kostenlos.

We had a ground floor unit, which was easily accessible from the main pool area and not far from the beach bar. It was very well furnished and clean. We did however hear guests above us as they walked and moved furniture. But we quickly got used to that. Breakfast selection was good, a wide variety of foods to choose from. Lunch options were also excellent especially with the C Bistro on the beach and their options too. Dinner themes were different every night. The fresh grill items were always a favorite. Some of the chicken dishes were dry if you did not eat dinner promptly at 7. But we never went hungry. The desert selection was amazing. We had a special Lobster dinner one evening, at an extra cost and it was worth every cent. The 4 course meal was carefully put together and the lobster flavor was carried all the way through to the main course. Nitish the manager and Rajesh our waiter were accommodating and made our evening very special. C Mauritius has a big selection of all inclusive wines which you can order by the bottle. They offer wine tastings so you can find your perfect wine for your stay. Milan the wine sommelier did our wine tasting with us, and he was very knowledgeable. Geraldine and Priya were our beach bar staff, and always served drinks with a smile. Jessen was our waiter in the main dining hall and always had a smile on his face and made sure we had the best table every night. There is enough included activities to keep one busy during high tide. Like Stand Up paddle boarding, canoeing, snorkeling and so on. The pool where we stayed closest to, was sheltered from the wind on very windy days, which meant we could still be outside by the pool even though it was windy. The staff are all very helpful and friendly, always.
We would have liked to find out about the a la carte wine selection earlier. I already mentioned that some of the dishes were a bit dry towards the end of the dinner setting. When we visit again, we will go in season. The windy days were not too nice, but that is not the resort's fault. The bar service in the evenings were a bit slow. They did not have brandy for my husband to enjoy. Being from South Africa we enjoy brandy and cola.

The alcohol was top quality and the barman’s were knowledgeable.

Nous sommes venues au C. Mauritius pour célébrer l’obtention de notre Master, nous ne regrettons pas notre choix. Notre séjour à coïncidé avec le C. Kite festival, ce qui a apporté un plus. C’était aussi l’anniversaire d’une d’entre nous. Tout le personnel de l’hôtel lui a souhaité, elle a même eu droit à un gâteau apporté par un charmant serveur. 😍
Nous n’avons eu a nous soucier de rien. Le personnel est très accueillant et prévenant. Spécial remerciements à Jesh et la cheffe des omelettes du pdj. Les spa, hammam et bain à bulles sont très bien entretenus et en accès sur simple rendez-vous. La possibilité d’échanger avec la réception via WhatsApp est très pratique. Enfin, même si l’hôtel était plein, ce n’était pas bondé.

Nous avons découvert l'hôtel C Mauritius et avons été agréablement accueillis dès le départ par un personnel chaleureux et qui vous met dans l'ambiance des vacances à peine sortis du taxi : bagage pris en charge, accueil avec cocktail, présentation des lieux et présence rassurante pour ne pas se sentir perdus. Nous avions demandé à être hébergé dans une chambre au premier étage. L'hôtel a respecté notre demande. La chambre était spacieuse et d'une très grande qualité : literie très très confortable, vue magnifique sur la plage, salle de bain propre, grand placard pour ranger ses affaires, petit message de bienvenue sur le lit, terrasse,... bref, le luxe !
Côté repas, il y a beaucoup de choix avec un coin pour les végétariens. Le restaurant propose des plats locaux, des plats sur mesure (salade, wok, plancha, ...). Tout était véritablement délicieux ! Jusqu'aux desserts qui sont, eux aussi, à volonté. A chaque repas, la carte est sans arrêt différente, vous ne mangez pas deux fois la même chose. L'avantage du tout inclus c'est que vous êtes totalement libres de manger et boire ce que vous voulez (même le vin français est compris dans le tout inclus !). L'hôtel dispose de nombreux services : boutique souvenirs, jeux, tennis, padel, SPA, bar ouvert toute la journée, épicerie, ...
La plage qui est au pied de l'établissement est somptueuse. Nous avons pu apprécier de nombreuses démonstrations de kitesurf. Les serviettes de plage sont fournies et les transats en nombre suffisant pour que tout le monde puisse s'allonger sur la plage. Vrai petit plus qui a son importance : quand vous avez une question ou que vous rencontrez un problème, il est possible de dialoguer avec un membre de l'accueil de l'hôtel via tchat à toute heure. Un immense MERCI à toutes les équipes de l'hôtel pour cet accueil fabuleux et un clin d'oeil amical à Marie DW qui nous a accompagné et dont nous avons adoré faire la connaissance ! :-)

L’hôtel, le personnel d’une immense gentillesse, l’emplacement (attention côté venteux de l’île) les plats tous très bons et variés.
La seule et unique chose que nous n’avons pas apprécier est le bureau d’excursion présent dans l’hôtel. La personne nous a vanté une excursion avec leur propre moyen/bateau 8500 roupies pour deux personnes. Nous devions aller sur l’île aux cerfs et descendre en bateau jusqu’à l’aéroport. Le temps très très venteux du jour les a contraint à nous enlever de la réservation pour nous basculer sur une moins longue en distance/durée à 7000 roupies. Ils nous avaient annoncés une excursion assez privilégiée avec seulement un autre couple. À ce tarif effectivement nous nous attendions à bien mieux. Au final nous avons effectué une excursion que n’était pas celle de l’hôtel mais d’un prestataire : Robin de Mer vendu à 2600 roupies nous avions vu cette excursion de notre côté mais avions préférés le côté premium de la sois disante offre de l’hôtel. Une belle marge sur notre dos donc il serait bon de ne pas prendre les clients pour des pigeons.

Super leckeres A-La-Carte-Restaurant - es war eines der besten Restaurants, in denen wir je gegessen haben, fast Sterneniveau! Live-Cooking am Buffet war sehr fein.
Schöne, geräumige Zimmer, Bad war individuell abtrennbar mit Schiebetüren, das war sehr praktisch.
Fürs Baby wurde super gesorgt: Baby-Badewanne, Wickeltisch, Babybett, Windelmülleimer und Flaschenwärmer wurden bereitgestellt.
Leider waren die Pools für das Baby zu kalt, da sie nicht beheizt wurden.
Am Strand waren viele Algen, diese wurden zwar alle ein bis zwei Tage weggeräumt, aber recht schnell wieder angespült, wofür das Hotel natürlich nichts kann...

The property, staff,facilities and location were excellent. The staff took extra extra care to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Reception front desk ,dining room, bar cleaning and ground staff were excellent. All were great.Some people who dealt with us were exceptional -Rajesh, Sanjeev,Emily,Hilroy,Krishna and Atish.I can comfortably give a 10 out of 10 .The weather made the beach less enjoyable but the pool and all the other facilities were grand.

War für ein 4 Sterne Hotel i.O., für den 5ten Stern fehlt einfach zuviel (s.h. Was hat Ihnen nicht gefallen).
Für Schnorchler ein Reinfall, durch die Wellenbrechen ist der Hotel Strand biologisch tot. Das Hotel eher 4 als 5 Sterne, dafür lässt der Service zu sehr zu wünschen übrig. Wir wollten uns für eine Tagestour eine Lunchbox vom Hotel packen lassen, was abgelehnt wurde unter Verweis auf Hygiene Vorschriften, wir könnten uns selbst was am Frühstücksbuffet machen. Am Strand gab es keinen Service (obwohl es genug Personal und nicht viele Gäste gab). Und auch Kleinigkeiten die den 5ten Stern ausmachen wurden ausgelassen (z.B. vor dem Zimmer ein Wassergefäß um die Füße vom Sand zu befreien und nicht alles ins Zimmer zu schleppen). Alles in allem 5.000 € für 10 Tag ok, aber keine 5 Sterne. Ach ja, und das Hotel hat keinen Helipad (ok, Luxus Problem)

The hotel facilities were great. The service provided by the staff was excellent. Our room was spacious and comfortable with properly functioning AC and plenty of hanging space for our clothes. The private beach was pristine and the inclusive paddle boarding, kayaking etc were great. The food provided in the main and beach restaurants was very good..
