The hosts are so lovely and helpful on arrival and throughout your stay.

Lovely modern room, secure building. Great views, albeit up some stairs! But there is a lift on the street that makes the walk up to apartment a little easier, hosts will give you details!

The location can be a little out of the way but overall it’s worth it as it’s a great find and you get great views which you wouldn’t maybe see otherwise!

tirando o problema sério das escadas, foi agradável, a Alessa foi muito Gentil e prestativa.

a localização era ótima.

o San Giorgio não foi claro em relação as escadarias que tem para chegar ao hotel, são cinco lances de escadas com uma media de 10 a 15 degraus cada lance. e no estabelecimento não havia elevador e tivemos que subir mais 2 lances de escadas, com malas pesadas . ele não disponibiliza nenhum ajudante para subir com as malas. o grupo era de 4 senhoras com idade de 60 à 69 anos. tivemos muita dificuldade para subir e descer os 7 lances de escadas com as malas.

L’accueil par Alessia était super et bien pratique pour votre voyage dans les 5 terres. Elle sera vous donner de bons conseils 😉 La chambre était très propre et bien nettoyée chaque jour avec toujours des petites attentions qui vont bien (surtout quand vous revenez d’une randonnée). Je recommande ce logement pour votre voyage.

Douche qui déborde car le drain est bouché, frigo qui ne fonctionne pas quand on s’absente alors breuvages chauds.

Fantastic apartment with a very nice host!

The place was very good situated, inside the apartment was spacious, nicely decorated with a beautiful balcony. We loved to stay outside every evening. The best part was the host, Alessia was fantastic from the first moments, she helped us in a lot of things what wasn't her problem. She is the very best host we ever experienced in Italy, and we made a long trip.

Fantastic facilities, Alessia wonderful, absolutely beautiful experience

Everything!The room was gorgeous, snacks and drinks provided on arrival and topped up during my stay 😊. Alessia very helpful and nothing too much trouble, even did a load of laundry for me!!! Location was great, very central, could have done without the steps but hey that’s cinque terre, in fact I liked it so much I stayed an additional night. Highly recommend

The room was very clean, well decorated and the staff was really great.

The room was very small, we saw the picture of a different room and expected a bigger room (it was our mistake) but overall; well spent two days. Will go there again without hesitation.

Super nice host and comfy stay at the city centre, but a bit hard for people with big suitcases

The host was super nice and helpful, provided us lots of useful information including the boat trip to cinque terre, which had fascinating sceneries.

The apartment was in the middle of long staircases, so we needed to carry our suitcases either walking upwards or downwards. Although there's elevator in the building, it's not usable to reach the apartment which was on the first floor, therefore we needed to climb staircases again.

Wonderful location for the great price. And lovely host.

It all started with amazingly warm welcome by Alessia - she introduced the place, gave perfect tips about the town (seriously I recommend you to follow all her advices - we did check them all, and were never disappointed) The rooms is lovely inside with all new furniture, perfect bathroom, comfortable bed and sofa, big windows. the location is perfect! just 5min down the stairs to the main walking street and 10 min from the sea port. Just use the elevators instead of climbing the stairs! Seriously, follow the instructions!

Alessia was an incredible host! Amazing reception and so helpful! She helped us and accommodated us in every way possible. The rooms were very clean and the ac was working perfectly fine. It’s conveniently located near the harbor for the cinque terre ferries and near the train station! The view is also incredible. Thank you Alessia!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Alessia, the owner and manager, is an incredible host. She was proactive in her communication (before, during and after my stay). She was very generous with the check-out times and offered great suggestions on places to visit. Brilliant stay, great value for money.

Alessia the host is one of a kind - extremely helpful, very guest-oriented and fun :-) room was very clean, well decorated and it seems that someone is thinking about the small stuff that makes the difference. I would definitely recommend. thank you for a great stay!

Superb

Alessia was the absolute sweetest! She is an incredible host. Very accommodating and kind, and was very helpful in giving us great tips for dinner and for our trip through Cinque Terre. We had some of our best meals at La Spezia, and thanks to her we were able to book one of the restaurants that we wanted to try while visiting. Would definitely recommend San Giorgio Boutique Rooms!

Relaxing stay in a beautiful part of Italy

Alessia our host was extremely helpful in providing advice on arrival and ideas for activities. The room was in a very convenient part of town and was beautifully presented. Lovely extra touches providing fruit and cake . The area is very peaceful so no disturbances to our sleep. All in all 5* experience .

Overall we had a nice stay and loved Cinque Terre!

Our room was small but had a nice balcony to sit on when we were there. Allessia our host was wonderful and very helpful!

My husband didn’t like the lack of privacy in the bathroom. I didn’t like all the steps with our luggage. The 2 free lifts help but still not ideal if you need to avoid stairs.

Superb

Fantastic location in terms of close to Town Centre. Alessia, our host was one of the most helpful and lovely people I have ever dealt with. Nothing was a problem. Her instructions on how to reach the hotel was perfect. We were welcomed with a cold drink and check in was quick. Our room was lovely and big with a small drinks fridge and somewhere to make coffee. The fridge included a bottle of beer, a can of coke and water. Coffee and biscuits were supplied for the machine and you could make tea in the lobby area where cake and biscuits were on offer too.

Unfortunately, you need to have strong legs to reach this hotel. If you walk from town, you have so many steps to walk up. You can get the little street lift but this wasn't running on the Saturday. This place is not ideal for anyone who has problems with walking. I don't know if the room above mine was part of this hotel or if they were residents, but they were unbelievably noisy. You could hear them stomping around above your head and moving furniture around. It was quiet when they weren't in their room. The other thing I didn't love was that anyone staying in the rooms around us, could use the kettle which was outside my room. This was noisy and would have been better to have a kettle in each room but as the host and place as so lovely, I tried not to let it annoy me too much.

Exceptional

The rooms are large, clean, comfortable and filled with natural light. The location is perfect for exploring both Cinque Terre and also La Spezia, and easy to reach from the train station with luggage. Alessia was extremely friendly, inviting and helpful, and has a clear passion for the region that she calls home. We would happily recommend this accommodation to our friends and family!

The owner, Alessia, was really helpful and welcoming. She explained beforehand how to get to the place, offered us some beverage at arrival and advice on what to visit. The room was huge, comfortable and clean.

The main door is a little bit noisy, especially at night.

Highly recommend, beautiful place to stay with great location and excellent service

Really great location, the room was always spotless and v comfortable. Really great shower and memory foam pillows and mattress. I had a very warm welcome from Alessia who gave me some excellent recommendations of things to do in the area to make the most of my stay. I was there for 5 days and loved it.
