No climate control at the coast?

Nice location on the beach, but no sea view from our room… or any of the ground floor rooms. Host was friendly & room was spacious & clean.

No fan or air conditioning… for the price at over R1300 one would expect climate control. Even a free standing fan would have helped. The bed is located in a corner of the room with no airflow… as a result it was a very uncomfortable night’s sleep. The sliding door close to the bed opens out in full view of the breakfast room so we had to keep that door & curtain closed… disappointing stay.

Superb

Beautiful place and location. Breakfast was exceptional. Host was very accommodating. Would recommend!

Odd smell in one of the rooms when the wind blows a certain direction. Locking system on the private beach gate makes it difficult for multiple residents to use at different times due to the padlock orientation.

very pleasant , will definitely stay there again

The owner is very friendly, she has gone out of her way to ensure that our short stay was enjoyable. The breakfast was great - as if it was especially prepared for us

The water pressure in the shower a bit low, but not a problem at all

Breakfast was very nice.

There was no tv . Wanted to upgrade as there was no bath but it was not possible. There was only 1 braai facility so we felt rushed for the next couple to braai. We were told that it is backpacker rate so we can't expect more😒

Will book again definately

It was very quiet , very clean and breakfast was excellant.

It was my own fault. I changed my booking from twin to double at the last moment and ended up without an en- suite toilet, but at least the toilet was super near.

I enjoyed my stay at the BnB, the room was beautiful and clean the host was friendly

The breakfast was nice. The BnB is located in a nice area it's closer to the beach and closer to the shops. It's located in a safe area very peaceful

There is no generator during load shedding for television but the lights are on and wifi

The fact of the matter that my toilet was not in the room, had to out of the room to relieve myself even middle of the night. Single ply toilet paper on my last day.

very kind of the staff to prepare us a breakfast to go, as we were leaving before breakfast time.

I booked a twin bed room, when we arrived in the room there was a queen bed. The bathroom was unfortunately outside of the room.

Our room was upgraded due to maintenance work and it was an exceptional room. Had everything you could need. Stunning decor. Views of beach from balcony which was a quick five minute walk away.

We really enjoyed Jeffreys Bay and Nine on Uys was a good base.

We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony. The beach was literally out of the back gate which was great. The managers were friendly and helpful with suggestions of places to eat etc. The beach at Jeffreys bay is wonderful and was a highlight of our holiday.

We didn't like the bathroom facilities being part of the room instead of in a separate room, especially the toilet! It was noisy. The sound echoed up from downstairs and the room next to us had a bathroom across the landing so the people were going from one to the other,

The hostess and her team were just great and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay.

Excellent breakfasts with friendly and competent service. Access to the beach is fantastic - only 20 metres if that! The room was very comfortable with all conveniences to cater for load-shedding.

Would have preferred an en suite bathroom but not an issue as it was VERY close and private.

The place was clean and Cosy,close to the beach, with excellent breakfast.....for the little I paid.

Exceptional

We had a fabulous light and spacious room. Sandra was so welcoming and helpful - and accommodated an earlier check in too. Breakfast was great, and being a minute's walk from the beach was a bonus

Very good

So, in the end our late check in was accomodated. It was great that we were able to check in late.

Our booking was accepted on the grounds of having a late check in. We then needed to check in slightly later, so amended our booking, but were told the entirety of the late booking was not possible (despite original acceptance and messages) without paying for it in its entirety. It took quite a bit of back and forwards to get to a resolution, which it would have been a much better experience without.
